Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro jejich vznik p\u0159edstavuje kombinace horka, sucha a&nbsp;siln\u00e9ho v\u011btru, a&nbsp;pr\u00e1v\u011b vlivem klimatick\u00fdch zm\u011bn se tyto podm\u00ednky st\u00e1vaj\u00ed \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi a&nbsp;intenzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 teplota na Zemi stoup\u00e1 a&nbsp;s n\u00ed roste pravd\u011bpodobnost extr\u00e9mn\u00edch teplotn\u00edch vln, kter\u00e9 spole\u010dn\u011b s&nbsp;nedostate\u010dn\u00fdmi sr\u00e1\u017ekami zvy\u0161uj\u00ed riziko sucha. D\u00e9lka obdob\u00ed s&nbsp;vhodn\u00fdmi podm\u00ednkami pro po\u017e\u00e1ry se prodlu\u017euje, a&nbsp;to v&nbsp;kombinaci se zv\u011bt\u0161uj\u00edc\u00edmi se oblastmi, kde jsou tyto podm\u00ednky p\u0159\u00edtomny. N\u00e1r\u016fst pravd\u011bpodobnosti vzniku po\u017e\u00e1r\u016f lze pozorovat zejm\u00e9na v&nbsp;ji\u017en\u00ed Evrop\u011b, severn\u00ed Eurasii, USA, Austr\u00e1lii a&nbsp;pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b i&nbsp;na jihu \u010c\u00edny.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u010cast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vlny veder: D\u016fsledek zm\u011bny klimatu a&nbsp;hrozba pro sv\u011bt, jak ho zn\u00e1me<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zd\u016fraznit, \u017ee klimatick\u00e1 zm\u011bna neznamen\u00e1 jen zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed teploty, ale tak\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost extr\u00e9mn\u00edho po\u010das\u00ed. Po\u017e\u00e1ry jsou zp\u016fsobeny kombinac\u00ed faktor\u016f, jako jsou teplota, vlhkost, a&nbsp;v\u00edtr, kter\u00e9 se vlivem klimatick\u00fdch zm\u011bn st\u00e1vaj\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi. Krom\u011b toho, lid\u00e9 hraj\u00ed roli v&nbsp;rozsahu a&nbsp;intenzit\u011b po\u017e\u00e1r\u016f, a\u0165 u\u017e \u00famysln\u011b \u010di nedbalost\u00ed, ale klimatick\u00e1 zm\u011bna p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k&nbsp;tomu, \u017ee po\u017e\u00e1ry maj\u00ed tendenci b\u00fdt \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed a&nbsp;nebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee data o&nbsp;po\u017e\u00e1rech nejsou v\u0161ude stejn\u011b dostupn\u00e1, je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee klimatick\u00e1 zm\u011bna m\u00e1 vliv na zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se riziko po\u017e\u00e1r\u016f na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b. \u0158\u00edzen\u00e9 vypalov\u00e1n\u00ed les\u016f a&nbsp;opat\u0159en\u00ed ke sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed lidsk\u00e9ho zavin\u011bn\u00ed mohou b\u00fdt d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1r\u016f v&nbsp;n\u011bkter\u00fdch oblastech, ale p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed pouze \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Celkov\u011b je t\u0159eba se zam\u011b\u0159it na opat\u0159en\u00ed na celosv\u011btov\u00e9 \u00farovni, kter\u00e1 sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed produkci emis\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f a&nbsp;pom\u016f\u017eou zadr\u017eovat vodu v&nbsp;krajin\u011b. To je nevyhnutn\u00e9 pro zm\u00edrn\u011bn\u00ed klimatick\u00e9 krize, aby se zamezilo dal\u0161\u00edmu zhor\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed situace a&nbsp;ochr\u00e1nila se planeta p\u0159ed \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi a&nbsp;nebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi po\u017e\u00e1ry.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Zes\u00edlen\u00fd sklen\u00edkov\u00fd efekt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 klimatick\u00e1 zm\u011bna je d\u016fsledkem lidsk\u00e9 \u010dinnosti, co\u017e ji v\u00fdrazn\u011b odli\u0161uje od p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch zm\u011bn klimatu v&nbsp;minulosti. Je to \u010dinnost \u010dlov\u011bka, jako je spalov\u00e1n\u00ed uhl\u00ed, ropy a&nbsp;zemn\u00edho plynu, a&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00ed faktory, kter\u00e9 vedou ke zm\u011bn\u011b slo\u017een\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ry a&nbsp;zvy\u0161uj\u00ed koncentraci sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f. Tento zes\u00edlen\u00fd sklen\u00edkov\u00fd efekt zp\u016fsobuje glob\u00e1ln\u00ed oteplov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 d\u016fsledky, jako je t\u00e1n\u00ed ledovc\u016f, stoupaj\u00edc\u00ed hladiny oce\u00e1n\u016f, dlouhodob\u00e1 sucha a&nbsp;\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed extr\u00e9mn\u00ed projevy po\u010das\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b vln veder.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dopady klimatick\u00e9 zm\u011bny na spole\u010dnost i&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edrodu, s&nbsp;nimi\u017e se budeme setk\u00e1vat v&nbsp;n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch letech a&nbsp;desetilet\u00edch, budou p\u0159\u00edmo z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na mno\u017estv\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f, kter\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b do atmosf\u00e9ry vypust\u00edme. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je, abychom omezili emise sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f, kter\u00e9 vznikaj\u00ed spalov\u00e1n\u00edm fosiln\u00edch paliv a&nbsp;jin\u00fdmi lidsk\u00fdmi aktivitami, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 minimalizovat negativn\u00ed dopady klimatick\u00e9 zm\u011bny a&nbsp;ochr\u00e1nit na\u0161i planetu pro budouc\u00ed generace.<\/p>\n\n<p>S postupuj\u00edc\u00ed klimatickou zm\u011bnou doch\u00e1z\u00ed k&nbsp;\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu v\u00fdskytu a&nbsp;zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 intenzit\u011b extr\u00e9mn\u00edch projev\u016f po\u010das\u00ed, jako jsou vlny veder na pevnin\u011b i&nbsp;tzv. mo\u0159sk\u00e9 vlny veder, p\u0159\u00edvalov\u00e9 de\u0161t\u011b, dlouh\u00e1 obdob\u00ed sucha, hurik\u00e1ny (tropick\u00e9 cykl\u00f3ny) nebo podm\u00ednky pro vznik lesn\u00edch po\u017e\u00e1r\u016f, kdy se spoj\u00ed suchost a&nbsp;siln\u00fd v\u00edtr.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Omezen\u00ed fosiln\u00edch paliv kl\u00ed\u010dem k&nbsp;ochran\u011b p\u0159ed katastrof\u00e1ln\u00edmi n\u00e1sledky<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Klimatick\u00e1 zm\u011bna v\u0161ak nen\u00ed n\u00e1hodn\u00fd bo\u017e\u00ed z\u00e1sah&nbsp;\u2013 je v\u00fdsledkem vl\u00e1dn\u00ed politiky. V&nbsp;tomto ohledu m\u00e1 \u0158ecko ostudn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky, proto\u017ee jeho vl\u00e1dy k&nbsp;n\u00ed aktivn\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed. Dokonce i&nbsp;nyn\u00ed, navzdory varov\u00e1n\u00ed mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed v\u011bdeck\u00e9 komunity, m\u00e1&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwfmmi.org\/10_facts_about_new_oil_and_gas_exploitation_in_greece\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u0158ecko ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se zbytkem EU nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed procento pl\u00e1novan\u00e9ho rozvoje infrastruktury pro fosiln\u00ed plyn<\/a>.&nbsp;Pokra\u010duje tak\u00e9 v&nbsp;pr\u016fzkumu a&nbsp;t\u011b\u017eb\u011b fosiln\u00edch paliv na pevnin\u011b a&nbsp;v nedot\u010den\u00fdch mo\u0159sk\u00fdch oblastech&nbsp;\u2013 jedn\u00e1 se o&nbsp;obrovsk\u00e9 pozemky, kter\u00e9 byly licencov\u00e1ny spole\u010dnostem ExxonMobil, Energean a&nbsp;HelleniQ Energy.<\/p>\n\n<p>Vlivem lidsk\u00e9 aktivity, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b spalov\u00e1n\u00edm fosiln\u00edch paliv, se vlny veder st\u00e1vaj\u00ed st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi v&nbsp;Severn\u00ed Americe, Evrop\u011b i&nbsp;v&nbsp;\u010c\u00edn\u011b. To odpov\u00edd\u00e1 o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm z&nbsp;minul\u00fdch klimatick\u00fdch progn\u00f3z a&nbsp;zpr\u00e1v Mezivl\u00e1dn\u00edho panelu pro zm\u011bnu klimatu (IPCC).&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldweatherattribution.org\/extreme-heat-in-north-america-europe-and-china-in-july-2023-made-much-more-likely-by-climate-change\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">V&nbsp;sou\u010dasn\u00e9m klimatu ji\u017e tyto extr\u00e9mn\u00ed teplotn\u00ed ud\u00e1losti nejsou vz\u00e1cn\u00e9, a&nbsp;v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b USA\/Mexika se podobn\u00e1 vlna veder o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 jednou za 15&nbsp;let, v&nbsp;ji\u017en\u00ed Evrop\u011b jednou za 10&nbsp;let a&nbsp;v&nbsp;\u010c\u00edn\u011b jednou za 5&nbsp;let<\/a>. Av\u0161ak bez lidsk\u00e9ho z\u00e1sahu by byly tyto vlny veder vz\u00e1cn\u00fdmi jevy. Nap\u0159\u00edklad v&nbsp;\u010c\u00edn\u011b by se podobn\u00e1 ud\u00e1lost mohla opakovat zhruba jednou za 250&nbsp;let, a&nbsp;extr\u00e9mn\u00ed vedra, jako byla ta v&nbsp;\u010dervenci 2023&nbsp;v oblasti USA\/Mexika a&nbsp;ji\u017en\u00ed Evropy, by byla prakticky nemo\u017en\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n<p>Studie ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee v&nbsp;dne\u0161n\u00edm klimatu jsou vlny veder v&nbsp;porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s&nbsp;klimatem p\u0159ed pr\u016fmyslovou revoluc\u00ed o&nbsp;2,5&nbsp;\u00b0C teplej\u0161\u00ed v&nbsp;ji\u017en\u00ed Evrop\u011b, o&nbsp;2&nbsp;\u00b0C teplej\u0161\u00ed v&nbsp;Severn\u00ed Americe a&nbsp;p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o&nbsp;1&nbsp;\u00b0C teplej\u0161\u00ed v&nbsp;\u010c\u00edn\u011b, co\u017e je v\u00fdsledkem zm\u011bny klimatu zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 \u010dlov\u011bkem.<\/p>\n\n<p>Probl\u00e9m se zhor\u0161\u00ed, pokud neomez\u00edme spalov\u00e1n\u00ed fosiln\u00edch paliv. V&nbsp;tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se budou vlny veder vyskytovat je\u0161t\u011b \u010dast\u011bji a&nbsp;budou trvat d\u00e9le. O\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 se, \u017ee ve sv\u011bt\u011b, kter\u00fd bude o&nbsp;2&nbsp;\u00b0C teplej\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v&nbsp;p\u0159edindustri\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00e9\u0159e, se vlny veder, jako byly ty ned\u00e1vn\u00e9, budou vyskytovat ka\u017ed\u00fdch 2-5&nbsp;let.<\/p>\n\n<p>Existuje v\u0161ak nad\u011bje. Vzhledem k&nbsp;vzr\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00ed zranitelnosti, zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 k\u0159\u00ed\u017een\u00edm zm\u011bny klimatu, st\u00e1rnut\u00ed populace a&nbsp;urbanizace, je nal\u00e9hav\u00e9 urychlit zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bchto ak\u010dn\u00edch pl\u00e1n\u016f na zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed horka, aby se minimalizovaly d\u016fsledky budouc\u00edch vln veder.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Investice do obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f &#8211; ekologicky a&nbsp;ekonomicky v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Ukon\u010den\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed fosiln\u00edch paliv p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed mnoho v\u00fdhod. Elektrick\u00e1 energie z&nbsp;obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f je mnohem levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, a&nbsp;dokonce i&nbsp;samotn\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed ve fosiln\u00edm pr\u016fmyslu uzn\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee provoz jejich elektr\u00e1ren na fosiln\u00ed paliva v&nbsp;nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch letech nen\u00ed ekonomicky udr\u017eiteln\u00fd bez dotac\u00ed od st\u00e1tu. Tyto spole\u010dnosti se sna\u017e\u00ed udr\u017eet sv\u00e9 obrovsk\u00e9 zisky za cenu b\u0159emene nesen\u00e9ho ob\u010dany a&nbsp;jejich pen\u011b\u017eenkami. Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 je tedy p\u0159esunout investice z&nbsp;uhl\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zat\u011b\u017euje \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, sm\u011brem ke zdroj\u016fm, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed budoucnost a&nbsp;jsou ekonomicky smyslupln\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p>Podpora fosiln\u00edch paliv znamen\u00e1 setrv\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0minulosti a\u00a0zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 pl\u00fdtv\u00e1n\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00edmi prost\u0159edky ve prosp\u011bch fosiln\u00edho pr\u016fmyslu. Nam\u00edsto toho je t\u0159eba investovat do zdroj\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 a\u00a0p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e9 v\u00fdhody. P\u0159echod na obnoviteln\u00e9 zdroje energie je nejen ekologicky nezbytn\u00fd, ale tak\u00e9 ekonomicky v\u00fdhodn\u00fd pro spole\u010dnost. T\u00edmto sm\u011brem se ub\u00edr\u00e1 budoucnost, a\u00a0podpora t\u011bchto zdroj\u016f je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pro na\u0161e \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed i\u00a0ekonomick\u00fd rozvoj.
