Kog &#8211; imens du r\u00f8rer &#8211; indtil l\u00f8gene er bl\u00f8dgjort og bliver gennemsigtige ca. 6 til 8 minutter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tils\u00e6t hvidl\u00f8g, karry og timian. Lad det koge under omr\u00f8ring i ca. 1 minut. H\u00e6ld de hakkede tomater i og kog et par minutter til under omr\u00f8ring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tils\u00e6t bouillon og vand, endnu en \u00bd tsk salt, laurb\u00e6rblade og chiliflager. Tils\u00e6t friskmalet sort peber. H\u00e6v varmen s\u00e5 blandingen koger op, d\u00e6k derefter gryden delvist med l\u00e5g, og reducer varmen for at lade det simre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lad det hele koge ved reduceret varme i 25 minutter, fjern derefter l\u00e5get og tils\u00e6t den hakkede gr\u00f8nk\u00e5l eller spinat. Lad det simre i 5 minutter eller mere, indtil k\u00e5len eller spinaten er bl\u00f8dgjort.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fjern gryden fra varmen, og fjern laurb\u00e6rblade. R\u00f8r lejlighedsvis.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tils\u00e6t vand, bouillon, revet ingef\u00e6r, gurkemeje og soja i gryden, og kog derefter op. Tils\u00e6t nudlerne, reducer varmen, l\u00e6g l\u00e5g over og lad det hele sm\u00e5koge i 20 minutter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mens bouillonen koger, kan du forberede toppings. Varm en tsk sesamolie i en stor stegepande. Steg k\u00e5len ved medium varme i 3 til 5 minutter indtil den begynder at blive brun og spr\u00f8d. Tag k\u00e5len af gryden og s\u00e6t den til side, indtil resten er f\u00e6rdig<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00e5 samme stegepande, opvarmes en ny tsk sesamolie. Tils\u00e6t tofu og steg det i 3-4 minutter, eller indtil det begynder at tage farve. Vend tofuen j\u00e6vnligt. Tils\u00e6t 2 tsk soja og varm yderligere i ca 1 minut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Server Ramen varm i en stor sk\u00e5l, toppet med den sauterede k\u00e5l og tofu. Tils\u00e6t hvedekernerne sammen med 7 kopper koldt vand og salt i en stor gryde. Kog op ved h\u00f8j varme, reducer derefter varmen, l\u00e6g l\u00e5g over og lad det simre i en time, indtil kernerne er m\u00f8re.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mens hvedekernerne koger, forvarmes ovnen til 180 \u00b0 C. Vask din butternut-squash og sk\u00e6r den midt over p\u00e5 langs og fjern kernerne. Sk\u00e6r den derefter i mindre, mundrette stykker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e6g butternut-squashen p\u00e5 en bageplade og pensl med olivenolie. Bag den i 20 minutter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00f8r dressingen klar ved at r\u00f8re alle ingredienserne sammen og krydre med salt og peber. N\u00e5r hvedekernerne er f\u00e6rdige, sies resterende vand fra. Kernerne l\u00e6gges i en sk\u00e5l, og dressingen h\u00e6ldes over. Bland godt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damp broccolien, indtil den er m\u00f8r, og skyl derefter i koldt vand.
