Greenpeace European Unit is a non-profit organisation under Belgian law (VZW, ASBL). Its General Assembly consists of the Executive Directors of Greenpeace's European offices.
The members of its Board are mainly elected from among the members of this General Assembly. A representative of Greenpeace International is also a member of the Board.
