class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>a. \u571f\u5730\u4f9b\u61c9\uff1a<\/strong>\u5169\u968e\u6bb5\u53ea\u6536\u56de47\u516c\u9803\u5efa\u516c\u5c4b\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u96e2\u653f\u5e9c\u57282018\u5e74\u300c\u5168\u76e4\u63a5\u7d0d\u300d\u571f\u5730\u4f9b\u61c9\u5c08\u8cac\u5c0f\u7d44\u7684\u77ed\u4e2d\u671f (110\u516c\u9803)\u5efa\u8b70\u76ee\u6a19\u7684\u4e0d\u8db3\u4e00\u534a\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>b. \u512a\u5148\u767c\u5c55\u68d5\u5730\uff1a<\/strong>\u73fe\u6642\u4ecd\u6709\u6700\u5c11630\u516c\u9803\u68d5\u5730\u88ab\u653f\u5e9c\u5b8c\u5168\u7121\u8996\uff0c\u66f4\u672a\u6709\u5177\u9ad4\u767c\u5c55\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u4f46\u7576\u5c40\u537b\u4e0d\u65b7\u5f37\u63a8\u300c\u660e\u65e5\u5927\u5dbc\u300d\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u63d0\u51fa\u958b\u767c\u7f3a\u4e4f\u57fa\u5efa\u7684\u300c\u6fd5\u5730\u7de9\u885d\u5340\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>c. \u91cd\u7f6e\u4f5c\u696d\uff1a<\/strong>\u7814\u7a76\u7bc4\u570d\u4e2d\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u53ea\u5c0726\u516c\u9803\u4f4d\u65bc\u9732\u5929\u5132\u7269\u53ca\u5f8c\u52e4\u5de5\u696d\u7528\u9014\u7b49\u5730\u5e36\u539f\u5c01\u4e0d\u52d5\uff0c\u672a\u6709\u8ddf\u5f9e2018\u5e74\u571f\u5730\u4f9b\u61c9\u5c08\u8cac\u5c0f\u7d44\u5efa\u8b70\u7684\u300c\u900f\u904e\u8f03\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u898f\u5283\u53ca\u914d\u5957\u8a2d\u65bd\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u68d5\u5730\u7684\u571f\u5730\u4f7f\u7528\u6548\u7387\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>d. \u74b0\u5883\u4fee\u5fa9\uff1a<\/strong>\u5728\u6574\u500b\u5b98\u65b9\u68d5\u5730\u653f\u7b56\u4e2d\uff0c\u53ea\u5254\u966476\u516c\u9803\u4fdd\u80b2\u76f8\u95dc\u5730\u5e36\u7684\u68d5\u5730\uff0c\u537b\u4e0d\u4f5c\u4efb\u4f55\u8655\u7406\u6216\u5fa9\u4fee\uff0c\u672a\u6709\u5982\u7279\u9996\u6797\u912d\u6708\u5a25\u65bc2017\u5e74\u7684\u53c3\u9078\u653f\u7db1\u4e2d\u6307\u300c\u82e5\u767c\u5c55\u6f5b\u529b\u4e0d\u9ad8\u4fbf\u61c9\u52a0\u4ee5\u4fdd\u80b2\uff0c\u56de\u5fa9\u539f\u672c\u7da0\u8272\u5730\u8c8c\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u662f\u6b21\u7814\u7a76\u900f\u904e\u7a7a\u9593\u5206\u6790\u53ca\u5f9e\u300a\u516c\u958b\u8cc7\u6599\u5b88\u5247\u300b\u9996\u6b21\u53d6\u5f97\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u6aa2\u8996\u73fe\u6709\u68d5\u5730\u7814\u7a76\u9078\u5740\u754c\u7dda\u5916500\u7c73\u7bc4\u570d\uff0c\u4fdd\u5b88\u4f30\u7b97\u7d04\u6709160\u516c\u9803\u68d5\u5730\u8207\u653f\u5e9c\u9078\u5740\u53ef\u9054\u5ea6\u76f8\u82e5\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u66f4\u4f73\uff0c\u537b\u88ab\u7576\u5c40\u5b9a\u7fa9\u70ba\u300c\u5206\u6563\u300d\u53ca\u300c\u96e3\u4ee5\u767c\u5c55\u300d\u7b49\uff0c\u800c\u672a\u88ab\u7d0d\u5165\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u82e5\u88ab\u7d0d\u5165\u9078\u5740\u7bc4\u570d\u4f5c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u6536\u5730\u9762\u7a4d\u4fbf\u53ef\u52a0\u5927\u7d043.5\u500d\uff0c\u53ef\u589e\u5efa\u7684\u55ae\u4f4d\u90545\u842c\u500b\u3002<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2><span id=\"%E6%95%B4%E5%80%8B%E5%AE%98%E6%96%B9%E6%A3%95%E5%9C%B0%E6%94%BF%E7%AD%96%E7%9A%84%E7%BC%BA%E9%99%B7\"><\/span>\u6574\u500b\u5b98\u65b9\u68d5\u5730\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u7f3a\u9677<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>a. \u300c\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u300d\u68d5\u5730\u653f\u7b56\uff1a<\/strong>\u73fe\u6642\u672a\u6709\u767c\u5c55\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u68d5\u5730\u4f54\u68d5\u5730\u7e3d\u9762\u7a4d\u7d76\u5927\u90e8\u4efd\uff0c\u4f46\u898f\u5283\u7f72\u6c92\u6709\u4ea4\u4ee3\u5176\u53bb\u5411\uff0c\u4ea6\u6c92\u6709\u8de1\u8c61\u653f\u5e9c\u6703\u5728\u5b8c\u6210\u73fe\u968e\u6bb5\u5de5\u4f5c\u5f8c\u7e7c\u7e8c\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>b. \u9810\u8a2d\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u4f4f\u5b85\u767c\u5c55\u6a21\u5f0f\uff1a<\/strong>\u653f\u5e9c\u767c\u5c55\u68d5\u5730\u50be\u5411\u4ee5\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u767c\u5c55\u70ba\u524d\u8a2d\uff0c\u672a\u6709\u300c\u56e0\u5730\u5236\u5b9c\u300d\u8003\u616e\u4e2d\u4f4e\u5bc6\u5ea6\u767c\u5c55\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u898f\u5283\u7b56\u7565\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>c. \u6536\u68d5\u5730\u6e96\u5247\u300c\u884c\u68d5\u4e0d\u660e\u300d\uff1a<\/strong>\u81f3\u5c11\u6578\u767e\u516c\u9803\u300c\u843d\u9078\u68d5\u5730\u300d\u672a\u88ab\u6df1\u5165\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4f46\u653f\u5e9c\u537b\u5f9e\u672a\u516c\u958b\u4ea4\u4ee3\u672a\u88ab\u7d0d\u5165\u9078\u5740\u7684\u5177\u9ad4\u7406\u7531\uff0c\u6709\u640d\u516c\u773e\u6aa2\u8996\u53ca\u8a55\u8ad6\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u7a7a\u9593\u3002<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2><span \u300c\u6f0f\u7db2\u4e4b\u5730\u300d\u6d41\u6d6e\u5c71\u6c99\u6c5f\u570d\uff1a<\/strong>\u6c99\u6c5f\u570d\u5357\u53ca\u897f\u9762\u4e00\u5e36\u68d5\u5730\u572832\u5e74\u9593\u7531\u7d048\u516c\u9803\u589e\u81f3\u73fe\u6642\u7d0440\u516c\u9803\uff0c\u537b\u5148\u5f8c\u672a\u88ab\u7d0d\u5165\u6d2a\u6c34\u6a4b\uff0f\u5ec8\u6751\u65b0\u767c\u5c55\u5340\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7b2c\u4e8c\u968e\u6bb5\u68d5\u5730\u6aa2\u8996\u6c99\u6c5f\u570d\u4e00\u5e36\u7684\u68d5\u5730\u9078\u5740\u7bc4\u570d\u3002\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u73fe\u6642\u65b0\u767c\u5c55\u5340\u908a\u754c\u591650\u7c73\u5167\u4ecd\u670956.8\u516c\u9803\u68d5\u5730\u672a\u88ab\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u66f4\u6709\u90e8\u5206\u5728\u653f\u5e9c\u4fee\u8a02\u767c\u5c55\u5340\u908a\u754c\u6642\u7591\u4f3c\u88ab\u523b\u610f\u52fe\u8d70\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>b.
