class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u662f\u6b21\u7814\u7a76\u4e3b\u8981\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u5317\u90e8\u90fd\u6703\u5340\u5167\u5171\u6709433\u516c\u9803\u300c\u5feb\u719f\u68d5\u5730\u300d\u3002\u82e5\u53d6\u5176\u4e00\u534a\u4f5c\u4e2d\u6216\u4f4e\u5bc6\u5ea6\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u4f30\u8a08\u5927\u7d04\u53ef\u5efa\u7d04108,250\u4f19\uff0c\u55ae\u4f4d\u6578\u76ee\u76f8\u7b49\u65bc\u903e14\u689d\u5f69\u8679\u90a8\uff0c\u6bd4\u904e\u53bb\u516d\u5e74\u516c\u71df\u623f\u5c4b\u5efa\u5c4b\u91cf\u66f4\u591a\u3002\u6b64\u7b49\u300c\u5feb\u719f\u68d5\u5730\u300d\u7576\u4e2d\u66f4\u6709100\u516c\u9803\u5c6c\u9592\u7f6e\u68d5\u5730\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u9577\u905414\u5e74\u6c92\u4efb\u4f55\u4f5c\u696d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u548c\u672c\u571f\u7814\u7a76\u793e\u6839\u64da2022\u5e743\u6708\u62168\u6708\u7684\u885b\u661f\u5716\u53ca\u5be6\u5730\u8003\u5bdf\uff0c\u5206\u6790\u5317\u90e8\u90fd\u6703\u5340\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\uff0c\u6309\u56db\u9805\u6e96\u5247\uff0c\u5305\u62ec 1) \u96e2\u4e3b\u8981\u4ea4\u901a\u5e79\u9053\u7d0410\u5206\u9418\u8eca\u7a0b\u30012) \u5df2\u958b\u5c55\u6216\u64ec\u8b70\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u8a08\u5283\u908a\u754c\u5916\u7684\u4e00\u516c\u91cc\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u30013) \u9762\u7a4d\u90542\u516c\u9803\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u68d5\u5730\u7fa4\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca 4) \u73fe\u6642\u4ecd\u672a\u88ab\u7d0d\u5165\u4efb\u4f55\u767c\u5c55\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u7be9\u9078\u51fa\u9069\u5408\u4f5c\u77ed\u4e2d\u671f\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u68d5\u5730\uff0c\u4ea6\u5373\u300c\u5feb\u719f\u68d5\u5730\u300d\u3002\u82e5\u7576\u4e2d\u6c92\u6709\u71df\u904b\u4f5c\u696d\uff0c\u6216\u53ea\u64fa\u653e\u5c11\u6578\u96dc\u7269\u6216\u5efa\u7bc9\u7269\u6599\uff0c\u5247\u6b78\u985e\u70ba\u9592\u7f6e\u7684\u300c\u5feb\u719f\u68d5\u5730\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u4e9b\u300c\u5feb\u719f\u68d5\u5730\u300d\u540c\u6642\u7b26\u5408\u653f\u5e9c\u65e9\u524d\u68d5\u5730\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u300c\u9ad8\u3001\u4e2d\u767c\u5c55\u6f5b\u529b\u300d\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u5373\u8207\u7576\u5c40\u7269\u8272\u7684\u68d5\u5730\u9078\u5740\u689d\u4ef6\u76f8\u82e5\uff0c\u53ef\u63a8\u7b97\u6bd4\u4e00\u822c\u9020\u5730\u97008\u5e74\u7684\u8f03\u5feb\uff0c\u80fd\u65bc6\u5e74\u5167\u7531\u300c\u751f\u5730\u8b8a\u719f\u5730\u300d\uff0c\u9069\u5408\u77ed\u4e2d\u671f\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u800c\u9592\u7f6e\u7684\u300c\u5feb\u719f\u68d5\u5730\u300d\u53ef\u6e1b\u7701\u91cd\u7f6e\u3001\u6e05\u62c6\u3001\u53ca\u5e73\u6574\u7b49\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5247\u6709\u671b\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u65bc4-5\u5e74\u5b8c\u6210\u9020\u5730\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u958b\u59cb\u8208\u5efa\u623f\u5c4b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u767c\u5c55\u300c\u5feb\u719f\u68d5\u5730\u300d\u5bb9\u6613\u64cd\u4f5c\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u53ea\u8981\u4e00\u4f75\u6aa2\u8996\u65b0\u767c\u5c55\u5340\u53ca\u68d5\u5730\u9078\u5740\uff0c\u53ca\u5176\u908a\u754c\u5ef6\u4f38\u7d04\u4e00\u516c\u91cc\u5167\u7684\u300c\u5feb\u719f\u68d5\u5730\u300d\uff0c\u4fbf\u53ef\u8655\u7406\u5927\u91cf\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u5728\u7576\u5340\u4f5c\u66f4\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u898f\u5283\u3002\u800c\u9592\u7f6e\u7684\u300c\u5feb\u719f\u68d5\u5730\u300d\u66f4\u53ef\u4ee5\u6e1b\u7701\u91cd\u7f6e\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u6e1b\u4f4e\u767c\u5c55\u6210\u672c\u4e4b\u9918\uff0c\u4ea6\u907f\u514d\u60f9\u8d77\u66f4\u5927\u722d\u8b70\u76f8\u6bd4\u7834\u58de\u5927\u81ea\u7136\uff0c\u6b64\u8209\u5fc5\u5b9a\u66f4\u6709\u52a9\u52a0\u5feb\u623f\u5c4b\u4f9b\u61c9\uff0c\u4f46\u7576\u5c40\u4ecd\u672a\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u767c\u5c55\u8a08\u5283\u5584\u7528\u9019\u4e9b\u571f\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u90e8\u5206\u300c\u5feb\u719f\u68d5\u5730\u300d\u4f4d\u65bc\u9109\u90ca\u5730\u5e36\uff0c\u7576\u5c40\u4ea6\u61c9\u76e1\u5feb\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u4ee5\u514d\u5f71\u97ff\u9109\u90ca\u74b0\u5883\u53ca\u5b9c\u5c45\u5ea6\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u518d\u6709\u64f4\u5f35\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u70ba\u4ee4\u73cd\u8cb4\u7684\u571f\u5730\u8cc7\u6e90\u5f97\u4ee5\u5584\u7528\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u4ea6\u61c9\u6574\u9ad4\u898f\u5283\u68d5\u5730\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u91cd\u7f6e\u672c\u5730\u5de5\u696d\uff0c\u53ca\u76e1\u5feb\u516c\u4f48\u8655\u7406\u91cd\u7f6e\u68d5\u5730\u4f5c\u696d\u8005\u591a\u5c64\u5f0f\u5927\u5ec8\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E9%87%8D%E9%BB%9E%E5%80%8B%E6%A1%88\"><\/span>\u91cd\u9ede\u500b\u6848<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">1. \u5feb\u719f\u68d5\u5730\uff1a\u6d2a\u6c34\u6a4b\u5357 - \u5927\u7247\u76f8\u9023\u53ca\u4ea4\u901a\u4fbf\u5229<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u5728\u6d2a\u6c34\u6a4b\/\u5ec8\u6751\u767c\u5c55\u5340\u5916\u7d041\u516c\u91cc\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u6709108\u516c\u9803\u300c\u5feb\u719f\u68d5\u5730\u300d\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u7d04\u4e00\u534a\u4f4d\u65bc\u6d41\u6d6e\u5c71\u4e00\u5e36\uff0c\u9762\u7a4d\u5927\u800c\u4e14\u76f8\u9023\u3002\u4f4d\u65bc\u5927\u9053\u6751\u8def\u4e00\u5e36\u7684\u68d5\u5730\u7fa4\uff0c\u9130\u8fd1\u9752\u5c71\u516c\u8def\u53ca\u65b0\u754c\u74b0\u8ff4\u516c\u8def\uff0c\u672c\u8eab\u4e5f\u6709\u85cd\u5730\u7ad9\u3001\u6d2a\u6c34\u6a4b\u7b49\u8f15\u9435\u7ad9\u9023\u63a5\uff0c\u53ef\u9054\u5ea6\u751a\u9ad8\u3002\u518d\u8005\uff0c\u5728\u898f\u5283\u7f72\u68d5\u5730\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\uff0c\u8a72\u5e36\u68d5\u5730\u88ab\u5217\u70ba\u300c\u9ad8\u767c\u5c55\u6f5b\u529b\u300d\uff0c\u53cd\u6620\u5728\u653f\u5e9c\u773c\u4e2d\u4ea6\u5177\u767c\u5c55\u6f5b\u529b\uff0c\u65e5\u5f8c\u65b0\u767c\u5c55\u5340\u843d\u6210\u5f8c\uff0c\u5c07\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u57fa\u5efa\u3001\u793e\u5340\u914d\u5957\u7b49\uff0c\u6f5b\u529b\u66f4\u9ad8\u3002\u81f3\u65bc\u4f4d\u65bc\u6d41\u6d6e\u5c71\u6c99\u6c5f\u570d\u53ca\u6c99\u6c5f\u6751\u4e00\u5e36\uff0c\u7dca\u8cbc\u898f\u5283\u7f72\u7684\u68d5\u5730\u9078\u5740\u908a\u754c\uff0c\u5247\u5171\u670950\u516c\u9803\u5927\u7247\u68d5\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5169\u7d44\u68d5\u5730\u7fa4\u6975\u5177\u767c\u5c55\u6f5b\u529b\uff0c\u4f46\u81f3\u4eca\u4ecd\u672a\u88ab\u653f\u5e9c\u7d0d\u5165\u4efb\u4f55\u898f\u5283\uff0c\u4e0d\u55ae\u5927\u91cf\u571f\u5730\u88ab\u6d6a\u8cbb\uff0c\u53ea\u7528\u4f5c\u9732\u5929\u8ca8\u5009\u53ca\u8ca8\u6ac3\u8eca\u5834\u7b49\uff0c\u68d5\u5730\u4ea6\u64f4\u5f35\u81f3\u9130\u8fd1\u7684\u300c\u6d77\u5cb8\u4fdd\u8b77\u5340\u300d\uff0c\u67093\u516c\u9803\u571f\u5730\u88ab\u7834\u58de\u6210\u68d5\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">2. \u9592\u7f6e\u7684\u5feb\u719f\u68d5\u5730<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u800c\u8fd1100\u516c\u9803\u7684\u9592\u7f6e\u300c\u5feb\u719f\u68d5\u5730\u300d\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u7121\u9808\u91cd\u7f6e\uff0c\u6599\u53ef\u66f4\u5feb\u63d0\u4f9b\u5efa\u5c4b\u7528\u5730\u3002\u65bc\u65b0\u6f6d\u8def\u4ee5\u6771\uff0c\u6c99\u57d4\u6751\u4e00\u5e36\u70ba\u9592\u7f6e\u68d5\u5730\u7684\u91cd\u707d\u5340\uff0c\u517121\u516c\u9803\u7684\u300c\u5feb\u719f\u68d5\u5730\u300d\u5747\u8655\u65bc\u8352\u5ee2\u72c0\u614b\uff0c\u66f4\u4e0d\u4e4f\u9762\u7a4d\u5927\u65bc2\u516c\u9803\u3001\u5177\u767c\u5c55\u6f5b\u529b\u7684\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u4f54\u8a72\u5e36\u300c\u5feb\u719f\u68d5\u5730\u300d\u903e\u56db\u6210\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u4e00\u584a\u8d85\u904e5\u516c\u9803\u68d5\u5730\uff0c\u75312008\u5e74\u8352\u5ee2\u81f3\u4eca\uff0c\u9577\u905414\u5e74\uff0c\u96d6\u591a\u6b21\u7372\u6279\u6539\u5283\u4f5c\u4f4f\u5b85\u7528\u9014\uff0c\u4f46\u4ecd\u672a\u8208\u5efa\u4efb\u4f55\u623f\u5c4b\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u65e9\u524d\u7814\u7a76\u8a72\u5e36\u68d5\u5730\u6642\uff0c\u4ea6\u6c92\u6709\u7d0d\u5165\u767c\u5c55\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u4efb\u7531\u5176\u8352\u5ee2\uff0c\u8b8a\u76f8\u62d6\u6162\u623f\u5c4b\u4f9b\u61c9\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E6%94%BF%E7%AD%96%E5%80%A1%E8%AD%B0\"><\/span>\u653f\u7b56\u5021\u8b70<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u7576\u653f\u5e9c\u5c62\u6b21\u5f37\u8abf\u8981\u52a0\u5feb\u623f\u5c4b\u4f9b\u61c9\uff0c\u65b0\u767c\u5c55\u5340\u53ca\u5b98\u65b9\u68d5\u5730\u9078\u5740\u5916\u7684\u300c\u5feb\u719f\u68d5\u5730\u300d\u80fd\u5920\u7e2e\u77ed\u300c\u751f\u8b8a\u719f\u300d\u7684\u5efa\u5c4b\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u6545\u6b64\u5fc5\u5b9a\u70ba\u9700\u8981\u512a\u5148\u8655\u7406\u7684\u571f\u5730\u9078\u9805\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">1. \u70ba\u5168\u6e2f\u68d5\u5730\u8a2d\u767c\u5c55\u8def\u7dda\u5716\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u5feb\u719f\u68d5\u5730<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u65b0\u4e00\u4efb\u7279\u9996\u4e00\u4e0a\u5834\u5373\u63d0\u51fa\u8981\u70ba\u65bd\u653f\u8a2d\u7acb\u95dc\u9375\u7e3e\u6548\u6307\u6a19 (KPI)\uff0c\u800c\u767c\u5c55\u68d5\u5730\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u540c\u6a23\u9700\u8981KPI\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u61c9\u8a72\u70ba\u300c\u5feb\u719f\u68d5\u5730\u300d\u8a02\u7acb\u767c\u5c55\u8def\u7dda\u5716\u3002\u9996\u8981\u662f\u512a\u5148\u898f\u5283\u662f\u6b21\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\u7684100\u516c\u9803\u9592\u7f6e\u5feb\u719f\u68d5\u5730\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u4ea6\u61c9\u70ba\u65b0\u767c\u5c55\u5340\u5916\u7684\u68d5\u5730\u5b9a\u4e0b\u767c\u5c55\u8def\u7dda\u5716\uff0c\u4ee5\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u571f\u5730\u4f9b\u61c9\u7e2e\u77ed\u516c\u5c4b\u8f2a\u5019\u6642\u9593\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u914d\u5408\u65b0\u767c\u5c55\u5340\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u61c9\u56e0\u5730\u5236\u5b9c\u5229\u7528\u300c\u5feb\u719f\u68d5\u5730\u300d\u914d\u5408\u8a72\u5340\u7684\u4eba\u53e3\u627f\u8f09\u91cf\u53ca\u9700\u8981\u4f5c\u9069\u7576\u7684\u898f\u5283\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u7d13\u7de9\u5e02\u6c11\u5c0d\u623f\u5c4b\u77ed\u7f3a\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">2.
