If appropriate facilities are not provided, high summer temperatures can make bus <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.leicestermercury.co.uk\/news\/leicester-news\/bus-journeys-like-travelling-giant-7325453\" target=\"_blank\">journeys<\/a> difficult, uncomfortable, and pose health problems. Therefore, the Public Transport Forum, Delhi and Greenpeace India are trying to draw the Delhi Transport Corporation&#8217;s attention to the need for a Heatwave Action Plan for public buses and urge the authorities to introduce measures that can help reduce the impact of heatwave conditions on bus users and workers. The Public Transport Forum Delhi and Greenpeace India recommend some actionable interventions which must be introduced by the Delhi Transport Corporation before 30th of May.
