As temperatures soar across the city, community-driven cooling points are becoming a vital lifeline. Whether you&#8217;re a resident group, youth collective, school, or shop owner, you can be a part of the solution. Here&#8217;s how.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Set Up a Cooling Point<\/strong><br><\/h3>\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greenpeace.org\/static\/planet4-india-stateless\/2025\/05\/3574f3e6-cooling-points-images.gif\" style=\"width:100%\" \/>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Find a shaded or accessible location<\/strong> (markets, outside clinics, near public transport)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Set up a Cooling point with a stand and Matkas and ensure a continuous supply of water<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Include signage<\/strong>: \u201cFree Water&nbsp;
