The situation worsens every year due to climate change, inefficient water infrastructure, and the unequal distribution of resources.<\/p>\n\n<p>A survey of 500 households carried out across 12 informal settlements in Delhi revealed a shocking truth. The findings indicate that many residents in these areas are facing extreme difficulty in accessing drinking water and rely on private water suppliers, adding a significant financial burden on their families.<\/p>\n\n<p>The water access audit report aims to highlight the water availability gap during peak summer months.
