Let’s make history – Global Plastics Treaty Now!
Starting February 28th, the United Nations Environment Assembly will meet in Nairobi, Kenya to discuss a mandate to open negotiations for a global, legally-binding treaty on plastics. This means that plastic pollution will be regulated at global level and everybody will have to comply. But we must act now!
Join the online mobilisation on Twitter and tell world leaders to support a global plastics treaty covering the entire lifecycle of plastics!!
To tackle this global crisis, we need a solution that matches the scale of the problem: an international commitment to stop plastic pollution at its source and save the planet. A global treaty is the solution.
