This will be the first round of global biodiversity talks since 196 governments reached the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbd.int\/gbf\">historic Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework agreement<\/a> in 2022. Referred to as the \u201cBiodiversity Plan\u201d, this landmark deal has real potential to stop and reverse biodiversity loss and mass extinction.<\/p>\n\n<p>But governments\u2019 words are only as good as their actions. And it\u2019s up to all of us to hold them accountable.<\/p>\n\n<p>Greenpeace International is collaborating with World Wildlife Fund to share an online tool to track governments\u2019 progress in developing their own plans at the national level to meet the global targets of the 2022 global biodiversity framework.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/wwf.panda.org\/act\/nbsap_tracker_check_your_countrys_nature_progress\/\">NBSAP Tracker<\/a> assesses governments&#8217; National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plans (NBSAPs), which are the national-level plans they\u2019ve committed to deliver as their contribution to the global biodiversity framework\u2019s goals.
