As directed by the North Dakota Supreme Court, the anti-suit injunction is \u2018narrowly tailored\u2019 so as not to interfere with key claims in Greenpeace International\u2019s anti-SLAPP case.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe North Dakota courts have cleared the way for Greenpeace International to continue pursuing justice under Dutch law.
