La causa \u00e8 stata intentata il 7 ottobre 2024 e la prima udienza si terr\u00e0 online il 23 settembre 2025.<\/p>\n\n<p>Questo attacco legale fa parte di una tendenza globale, in crescita, che vede le aziende produttrici di combustibili fossili ricorrere alle SLAPP per mettere a tacere il dissenso e ostacolare la responsabilit\u00e0 pubblica.
