Poutine"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Publi\u00e9 le 10 mars 2022<\/em> &#8211; Dans une\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.greenpeace.fr\/site\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Decryptage-Lindustrie-nucleaire-francaise-une-alliee-du-regime-de-Poutine-Greenpeace-France-mars-2022.pdf?_ga=2.6919154.1155966366.1646645573-1999540756.1598256811\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">analyse<\/a>\u00a0publi\u00e9e aujourd\u2019hui, Greenpeace France montre les interd\u00e9pendances entre les fili\u00e8res nucl\u00e9aires fran\u00e7aise et russe, de l\u2019exploitation de l\u2019uranium au traitement des d\u00e9chets radioactifs, de la construction des centrales \u00e0 leur exploitation.<\/p>\n\n<p>La connivence des industriels fran\u00e7ais et russes facilite le d\u00e9veloppement tentaculaire de l\u2019industrie nucl\u00e9aire russe et renforce l\u2019influence de Vladimir Poutine sur la sc\u00e8ne internationale. Si le gouvernement fran\u00e7ais veut \u00eatre cr\u00e9dible au sommet de Versailles sur une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019ind\u00e9pendance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique europ\u00e9enne, il doit exiger des entreprises fran\u00e7aises du nucl\u00e9aire la rupture de leurs contrats avec Rosatom et ses filiales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>L\u2019analyse de Greenpeace d\u00e9taille notamment :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>les relations \u00e9troites entre l\u2019industrie nucl\u00e9aire fran\u00e7aise et Rosatom, entreprise publique du nucl\u00e9aire au service des int\u00e9r\u00eats de Vladimir Poutine ;&nbsp;<\/li><li>comment, \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rents partenariats, EDF, Framatome ou le Commissariat \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9nergie atomique facilitent l\u2019implantation des activit\u00e9s de Rosatom hors de la Russie&nbsp;;&nbsp;<\/li><li>la place centrale de la sph\u00e8re d\u2019influence russe, notamment du&nbsp; Kazakhstan, dans l\u2019approvisionnement en uranium de la France (45%) ;&nbsp;<\/li><li>le choix exclusif de la Russie par Orano et EDF pour r\u00e9duire leur stock encombrant d\u2019uranium de retraitement.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 le d\u00e9but de la guerre en Ukraine, les industriels fran\u00e7ais du nucl\u00e9aire ont jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent estim\u00e9 qu\u2019aucun changement de leurs relations avec Rosatom n\u2019\u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire. Pire, ces liens sont en passe de se renforcer avec la perspective que l\u2019\u00c9tat fran\u00e7ais c\u00e8de au russe Rosatom 20% du capital de GEAST, fabricant des turbines Arabelle pour centrales nucl\u00e9aires.                                                                                        <br><\/p>\n\n<p>L\u2019Etat fran\u00e7ais ignore ainsi les injonctions du\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/doceo\/document\/TA-9-2022-0052_FR.html\" target=\"_blank\">Parlement europ\u00e9en<\/a>\u00a0\u00e0 stopper les partenariats industriels avec la Russie.\u00a0<em>\u00ab La fili\u00e8re nucl\u00e9aire fran\u00e7aise a tant besoin de ses contrats russes qu\u2019elle ne peut se d\u00e9cider \u00e0 les arr\u00eater. Emmanuel Macron fait preuve d\u2019un cynisme gla\u00e7ant en d\u00e9non\u00e7ant l\u2019agression militaire de Vladimir Poutine tout en pr\u00e9servant les coop\u00e9rations entre l\u2019industrie fran\u00e7aise du nucl\u00e9aire et le secteur nucl\u00e9aire russe \u00bb,\u00a0<\/em>analyse Pauline Boyer, charg\u00e9e de campagne Transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e0 Greenpeace France.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Alors que les chefs d\u2019Etat europ\u00e9ens sont r\u00e9unis \u00e0 Versailles pour d\u00e9finir des alternatives \u2013 n\u00e9cessaires et urgentes \u2013 au gaz et au p\u00e9trole russes, le d\u00e9veloppement du nucl\u00e9aire ne peut pas \u00eatre une r\u00e9ponse. Au contraire, la rupture des liens de l\u2019industrie nucl\u00e9aire entre la France et la Russie stopperait la dynamique d\u2019exportation des r\u00e9acteurs russes, utilis\u00e9e par V. Poutine \u00e0 des fins g\u00e9opolitiques.&nbsp;<em>\u00ab Aujourd\u2019hui, miser sur le nucl\u00e9aire, c\u2019est maintenir la France sous l\u2019influence de la Russie. La souverainet\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique gr\u00e2ce au nucl\u00e9aire est une chim\u00e8re.
