Starting with the initial purchase, I try to avoid fast fashion brands like Shein, H&M, and Zara (I’ve not shopped there for more than 5 years, if not, never). Instead, I choose thrift stores, preloved clothes, clothes swap or even hand-me-downs, and actually prefer this knowing that my pieces are unique and one-of-a-kind! Preparing my own meals means I can reuse what I already have and make more conscious choices when buying ingredients, reducing unnecessary waste. Finally, home-cooked food is a healthier option. I have full control over what goes into my meals, using less oil, salt, and processed ingredients. This not only supports my well-being but also encourages a more mindful and sustainable way of living, where small daily choices can make a real difference for the environment.

      Every donation counts.

We can’t do this without your help.
