This includes tasks such as assisting with the preparation of reports, processing invoices and payments, managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining records, and coordinating with other departments to ensure that all relevant tasks are completed accurately and on time.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing accounts payable and receivable and reconciling accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing administrative support to the team, such as maintaining office supplies, handling procurement, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flight and hotel bookings and travel arrangements with the travel agency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in event budget estimations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up with suppliers and consultants on invoices, payments, and receipt of payments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supplier and bank reconciliations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing and organizing files and records, both hard and soft copies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare service agreements.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Educational Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Experience &amp; skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A minimum of 3 years of relevant, practical working experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional certification such as Certified Accounting Technician (CAT), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Accountant (CA) is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in using accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to work as part of a team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analytical and problem-solving skills&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem-solving and analytical skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professionalism and a strong work ethic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and fluency in the English language.
