 1. Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

 Greenpeace Middle East and North Africa (MENA) is an independent environmental organization established in 2018 to address the unique and complex environmental and climate challenges facing this region we call our home. As a politically and financially independent non-profit organisation, we are dedicated to empowering local communities and collaborating with allies to develop innovative and practical solutions that help people to live in harmony with the environment.

 2. Objectives<\/strong>

Greenpeace MENA manages multiple digital platforms<\/strong> (Planet 4 WordPress & HubSpot CMS). The main objective of this consultancy is to perform a thorough technical audit of GP MENA website with an emphasis on:<\/p>\n\n

\u00b7       Identifying gaps and technical problems.<\/p>\n\n

\u00b7       Assessing how well external tools and systems integrate.<\/p>\n\n

\u00b7       Evaluating web design, user experience (UX), and structure.<\/p>\n\n

\u00b7       Examining the optimisation and functionality of search engines.<\/p>\n\n

\u00b7       Recommendations on changes to increase scalability, performance, and usability.<\/p>\n\n

3. Scope of Work<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The consultant will:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Technical Audit:<\/strong> Review the website\u2019s backend and frontend performance, including hosting, load speeds, security, and code quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Integrations:<\/strong> Assess existing integrations (APIs, CRM, analytics, forms, payment gateways, etc.) and identify potential improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Web Structure:<\/strong> Evaluate navigation, architecture, and content organization for clarity and efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Web Design & UX:<\/strong> Review layout, responsiveness, accessibility, and user-friendliness across devices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Search Engine:<\/strong> Audit the website\u2019s search functionality and SEO readiness (indexing, metadata, tags, and performance in search engines).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Recommendations:<\/strong> Provide prioritized recommendations (short-, medium-, and long-term) for technical fixes and strategic improvements. This would include recommendations if we should stay with P4\/Information Architecture (IA) or develop a new independent website from scratch.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
