Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Graduate degree in HR Management, Business Management, or a related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 7 years of practical HR experience, including policy\/SOP development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with NGOs\/INGOs or similar organizations is a plus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of HR governance, operational systems, and personnel administration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with MENA labor laws preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accurate, proactive, people-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of cultural and market differences across MENA countries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Microsoft Office proficiency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English &amp;
