OVERALL PURPOSE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The overall purpose of this role is to maintain and operate the database and data systems on Salesforce in terms of data integration, payment processing and data analysis in order to achieve fundraising goals as well as the objectives of the organization of Greenpeace MENA\u2019s. <\/p>\n\n

SCOPE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The post holder is line-managed by the Organisational Director and works closely with the FR team. He\/She will be responsible to run and manage its database based on Salesforce- system  at GP MENA<\/p>\n\n

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/u><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

OVERALL PLANNING<\/strong> Building,  managing and maintaining Greenpeace MENAs supporters database system in collaboration with the fundraising department.<\/p>\n\n

INTEGRATION <\/strong>between Database systems and external systems, including Billing\/Payments systems, e-marketing, petition websites, CTI systems etc.<\/p>\n\n

Use<\/strong> Reporting and Business Intelligence tools<\/strong> to provide data analysis and operational reports to management, team leaders and users, about supporter behaviour, growth and development.<\/p>\n\n

FINANCIAL REPORTING <\/strong>and coordination with Finance team for fundraising and finance reconciliation.<\/p>\n\n

IDENTIFYING <\/strong>and fulfilling process documentation <\/strong>and users training <\/strong>needs.<\/p>\n\n

LIAISE WITH MANAGEMENT AND USERS<\/strong> to understand business requirements and implement them in the information system. Will lead on writing reports and analysis. Will also communicate with users as seen fit and required.<\/p>\n\n

MAKE RECOMMENDATION AND LEAD <\/strong>the implementation and management of any new systems required to support the fundraising program.<\/p>\n\n

Collaborate with External Service Provider:<\/strong> where needed, to ensure the software is updated and maintained to perform the required standards. <\/p>\n\n
