Equinor\u2019s partner on the Rosebank development is majority-owned by Delek Group, one of Israel\u2019s biggest energy companies. Delek Group is listed on a UN \u201cblacklist\u201d of companies operating in Israel\u2019s West Bank settlements, considered illegal under international law.
