This highlights the importance of addressing both the recovery from the pandemic and the ongoing climate challenges in a unified manner. Through this Climate Preparedness Portal, we aim to assist communities and local leaders in crafting informed and sustainable plans for tackling these dual crises.<\/p>\n\n<p>The good news is the solutions we need for healthy, liveable, and climate-responsive cities already exist, as well as stories of hope and community-shared innovations. With these local, grassroots initiatives, and with everyone doing their part, we can transform our cities and communities.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-green-500-color has-text-color\">Climate Preparedness Map<\/h2>\n\n<p>Citizens, communities, and different sectors each have unique experiences, and these form our collective story.
