The Aquino Administration will have a significant role to play in the transition from a regime of over-exploitation to a sustainable fisheries management regime.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/e.issuu.com\/embed.html#1072409\/8047565\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>This Roadmap constitutes a resounding call for the national leadership to convene a crisis team that will formulate and implement the changes needed to ensure\u00a0healthy seas and sustainable fisheries.
