With the triple planetary crisis\u2014climate change, pollution, and biodiversity loss\u2014escalating, it is crucial for the current administration to lead with a framework grounded in human rights and corporate accountability. The Climate Justice Agenda calls for decisive actions, including holding polluters accountable, securing reparations for loss and damage, and steering the country toward a sustainable and equitable future.<\/p>\n\n

This agenda outlines specific demands, including the enactment of the Climate Accountability Bill, litigation against carbon majors, cancellation of harmful MOUs, and the implementation of the Climate Damages Tax.
