O evaluare bazat\u0103 pe indicatori\u201d<\/a> [1], material preg\u0103tit de Institutul Wuppertal pentru Clim\u0103, Mediu \u0219i Energie. Raportul reprezint\u0103 o completare a clasamentului ora\u0219elor din anul 2018 privind mobilitatea durabil\u0103 [2], \u00een care au fost analizate 13 ora\u0219e europene: Berlin, Londra, Viena, Bruxelles, Moscova, Roma, Z\u00fcrich, Paris, Amsterdam, Copenhaga, Oslo, Budapesta \u0219i Madrid.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Bucure\u0219tiul a fost comparat cu celelalte ora\u0219e \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te transportul public, siguran\u021ba rutier\u0103, calitatea aerului, managementul mobilit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i mobilitatea activ\u0103. Per total, Bucure\u0219tiul s-a clasat pe locul 13 din cele 14 ora\u0219e, pe baza punctajului ob\u021binut pentru fiecare indicator.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large  caption-style-blue-overlay caption-alignment-center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2000\" height=\"2000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greenpeace.org\/static\/planet4-romania-stateless\/2020\/01\/14c5cb2d-infografic-1c-02.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2505\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>La indicatorii siguran\u021b\u0103 rutier\u0103, calitatea aerului \u0219i mobilitate activ\u0103 (deplasare nemotorizat\u0103 &#8211; mersul pe jos, cu bicicleta, skateboard, role etc), Bucure\u0219tiul s-a clasat pe penultimul loc, iar la capitolul managementul mobilit\u0103\u021bii, chiar pe ultimul loc.<strong> <\/strong>\u00cen aceste domenii este nevoie de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021biri concrete precum dezvoltarea infrastructurii pentru pietoni \u0219i bicicli\u0219ti, combaterea parcatului ilegal pe trotuare, extinderea spa\u021biilor verzi urbane, precum \u0219i prioritizarea \u00een trafic a mijloacelor de transport public, prietenoase cu mediul, pentru a reduce durata c\u0103l\u0103toriei \u0219i, prin urmare, pentru a cre\u0219te atractivitatea lor pentru localnici \u0219i naveti\u0219ti.<\/p>\n\n<p>Politicile care ar putea ameliora situa\u021bia actual\u0103 a transporturilor \u0219i mobilit\u0103\u021bii Bucure\u0219tiului ar trebui s\u0103 abordeze, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd, ponderea ridicat\u0103 a transportului motorizat privat din ora\u0219. Aceasta implic\u0103, de exemplu, un sistem de gestionare a parc\u0103rii mai eficient \u0219i dezvoltarea \u0219i modernizarea \u00een continuare a infrastructurii pietonale \u0219i pentru biciclete din Bucure\u0219ti \u00eentr-o re\u021bea integrat\u0103 mai confortabil\u0103, durabil\u0103 \u0219i atractiv\u0103. Mobilitatea activ\u0103 performant\u0103 se traduce printr-un num\u0103r mai mic de vehicule folosite pe strad\u0103, congestionare redus\u0103, str\u0103zi mai sigure \u0219i un nivel mai bun al calit\u0103\u021bii aerului.<\/p>\n\n<p>Infrastructura sigur\u0103 \u0219i eficient\u0103 nu numai c\u0103 va cre\u0219te cota de deplas\u0103ri pentru cei cu mobilitate redus\u0103 \u0219i cei care se deplaseaz\u0103 cu bicicleta \u0219i pe jos, dar va reduce \u0219i accidentele care implic\u0103 persoane din aceste categorii.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cLocul coda\u0219 ocupat de Bucure\u0219ti este rezultatul mai multor motive. Acesta prezint\u0103 cel mai ridicat nivel de congestionare dintre cele 14 ora\u0219e analizate, cu o cot\u0103 de deplas\u0103ri zilnice cu vehicule private de 48 % \u0219i o pondere relativ mic\u0103 de mobilitate activ\u0103 de doar 16 %. \u00cen plus, spa\u021biul verde pe cap de locuitor \u00een capital\u0103 este sub 10mp, \u00een timp ce norma UE este de 26mp\/capita\u201d, a declarat Alin T\u0103nase, coordonator de campanii Greenpeace Rom\u00e2nia. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image  caption-style-blue-overlay caption-alignment-center\"><img alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>[1] Raportul &nbsp;\u201cMobilitate durabil\u0103 \u00een Bucure\u0219ti.
