Oamenii ar putea fi tenta\u021bi s\u0103 evite transportul \u00een comun \u0219i s\u0103 c\u0103l\u0103toreasc\u0103, \u00een schimb, cu ma\u0219ina. Drumurile congestionate nu sunt doar o problem\u0103 de mobilitate, ele declan\u0219eaz\u0103 un lan\u021b de efecte adverse \u00een mai multe domenii: s\u0103n\u0103tate, economie, calitatea vie\u021bii \u0219i siguran\u021ba rutier\u0103.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Mobilitatea urban\u0103 este \u00een primul r\u00e2nd o problem\u0103 de s\u0103n\u0103tate public\u0103.<\/strong> Poluarea aerului provoac\u0103 aproximativ 500.000 de decese premature pe an \u00een Europa, inclusiv 26.000 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia. Standardele europene \u0219i valorile recomandate de Organiza\u021bia Mondial\u0103 a S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii (OMS) pentru praf (PM10 \u0219i PM2.5) sunt dep\u0103\u0219ite \u00een multe zone din Rom\u00e2nia. Valoarea limit\u0103 obligatorie din punct de vedere legal pentru dioxidul de azot (NO2) nu este respectat\u0103 \u00een mai multe ora\u0219e cu trafic dens. Din cauza abord\u0103rii laxe pentru \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea calit\u0103\u021bii aerului, diferitele autorit\u0103\u021bi din \u021bara noastr\u0103 sunt chemate \u00een judecat\u0103 la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hotnews.ro\/stiri-administratie_locala-23657015-ecopolis-dat-judecata-primaria-capitalei-deoarece-institutia-nu-asigura-aer-curat-pentru-cetatenii-capitalei.htm\">nivel na\u021bional<\/a> sau \u00een fa\u021ba <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenpeace.org\/romania\/articol\/4295\/romania-condamnata-de-curtea-de-justitie-a-ue-pentru-esecul-sistematic-de-a-reduce-poluarea-din-bucuresti\/\">Cur\u021bii de Justi\u021bie a Uniunii Europene<\/a>. Prin urmare, este dificil s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegem de ce \u00eencerc\u0103m s\u0103 combatem criza de s\u0103n\u0103tate a coronavirusului f\u0103r\u0103 a \u021bine cont de cealalt\u0103 problem\u0103 de s\u0103n\u0103tate etern prezent\u0103. Dup\u0103 cum am v\u0103zut \u00een primele s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni de relaxare, traficul este \u00een cre\u0219tere \u0219i deja apar ambuteiaje \u00eentr-o zi \u201cnormal\u0103\u201d de lucru. Cum \u00een Bucure\u0219ti o persoan\u0103 efectueaz\u0103 \u00een medie 2,7 c\u0103l\u0103torii pe zi, \u00eens\u0103 acest num\u0103r este mult mai mic dec\u00e2t \u00een alte capitale europene, num\u0103rul c\u0103l\u0103toriilor zilnice este a\u0219teptat s\u0103 creasc\u0103. Izolarea de s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni \u00eentregi a necesitat eforturi speciale de la mul\u021bi locuitori ai ora\u0219ului. La nivel global, accidentele de circula\u021bie s-au dovedit a fi cea mai mare cauz\u0103 de deces \u00een r\u00e2ndul copiilor \u00eentre 4 \u0219i 25 de ani. Paradoxul este c\u0103 drumurile nesigure \u00eei fac pe p\u0103rin\u021bi s\u0103-\u0219i conduc\u0103 copiii la \u0219coal\u0103, f\u0103c\u00e2nd astfel drumurile \u0219i mai periculoase. Avem dou\u0103 recomand\u0103ri de f\u0103cut.<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00cen primul r\u00e2nd, autorit\u0103\u021bile locale trebui s\u0103 emit\u0103 linii directoare care s\u0103 permit\u0103 distan\u021barea fizic\u0103 \u00een locurile publice \u0219i \u00een transportul public. Acest lucru va implica <strong>cre\u0219terea capacit\u0103\u021bii de mers cu bicicleta \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103 prin extinderea pistelor de biciclete pe c\u00e2t mai multe bulevarde \u0219i str\u0103zi, prin eliminarea leg\u0103turilor lips\u0103 \u0219i conectarea pistelor cu re\u021belele de piste pe distan\u021be lungi din afara ora\u0219elor.<\/strong> Sunt necesare, de asemenea, amenajarea de noi spa\u021bii verzi \u0219i parcuri \u0219i crearea unor str\u0103zi vii, a unor zone f\u0103r\u0103 ma\u0219ini \u0219i cu filtre de trafic bine planificate, care s\u0103 reduc\u0103 drastic impactul traficului rutier asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii publice \u0219i s\u0103 amelioreze astfel calitatea vie\u021bii. Eliminarea parcatului pe trotuare \u0219i l\u0103rgirea zonelor pentru pietoni sau crearea de str\u0103zi comerciale f\u0103r\u0103 autovehicule le permite oamenilor s\u0103 stea la coad\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 a fi nevoie s\u0103 aleag\u0103 \u00eentre s\u0103n\u0103tatea public\u0103 \u0219i siguran\u021ba rutier\u0103.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li>\u00cen al doilea r\u00e2nd, inform\u0103rile publice ar trebui s\u0103 prioritizeze clar modurile de transport active, \u00een conformitate cu orient\u0103rile OMS: <strong>\u201eori de c\u00e2te ori este posibil, lua\u021bi \u00een considerare mersul cu bicicleta sau mersul pe jos\u201d<\/strong>. Este important ca guvernul s\u0103 \u00eendemne \u00een mod clar oamenii s\u0103 aleag\u0103 modurile de transport active.
