De asemenea, pandemia Covid-19 impune o distan\u021bare social\u0103, iar pistele de bicicleta sunt o solu\u021bie extrem de bun\u0103 \u0219i pentru atingerea acestui obiectiv.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-yellow-background-color\"><strong>\u00cen realitate sunt de vreo 10 ori mai pu\u021bine piste dec\u00e2t \u00een promisiuni&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Prim\u0103ria Municipiului Bucure\u0219ti nu \u0219tie sau nu vrea sa spun\u0103 c\u00e2\u021bi km de piste de biciclete exista \u00een acest moment \u00een Bucure\u0219ti, de\u0219i le-am cerut aceasta informa\u021bie \u00een repetate randuri. Ne-au tot plimbat de la o institu\u021bie la alta, a\u0219a c\u0103 am decis sa ne plimbam mai bine prin ora\u0219 \u0219i s\u0103 estim\u0103m lungimea pistelor de biciclete. Din m\u0103sur\u0103torile online \u0219i offline, ne-au reie\u0219it c\u0103 sunt aproximativ 10 km de piste existente \u0219i omologate. Din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/notes\/optarro\/analiza-traseelor-pentru-biciclete-din-bucuresti-dupa-4-ani-de-firea\/3196829073736862\/\">noile estim\u0103ri, realizate de OPTAR<\/a> (Organiza\u0163ia pentru Promovarea Transportului Alternativ \u00een Rom\u00e2nia), a reie\u0219it c\u0103 \u00een Bucure\u0219ti, exista ast\u0103zi semnalizate ca piste pentru biciclete 16.64 km de trasee. \u00cen orice caz, lungimea pistelor de biciclete din Bucure\u0219ti \u00een 2020 este mult mai mic\u0103 dec\u00e2t sutele de kilometrii promi\u0219i a fi gata de Prim\u0103ria Capitalei prin Planul de Mobilitate Urbana Durabila (PMUD) \u0219i prin Planul Integrat de Calitate a Aerului (PICA).<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00cen Bucure\u0219ti, \u00een 2020, exist\u0103 doar c\u00e2teva buc\u0103\u021bi de pist\u0103, prin diverse zone ale ora\u0219ului, \u00eens\u0103 acestea nu sunt conectate. Prim\u0103ria Municipiului Bucure\u0219ti a cheltuit 11 milioane de euro \u00een 2008 \u0219i 2010 pentru amenajarea a 122 km de piste de biciclete, \u00eens\u0103, \u00een 2012, <a href=\"https:\/\/bpr.politiaromana.ro\/ro\/sistematizare\/piste-pentru-biciclete\">Poli\u021bia Rutier\u0103 a \u00eenchis aproximativ 80% dintre aceste piste<\/a> deoarece erau nefunc\u021bionale &#8211; bordurile nu erau cobor\u00e2te, erau copaci pe piste, sta\u021bii STB, chio\u0219curi sau pur \u0219i simplu se opreau brusc \u00eentr-un obstacol. Conform Poli\u021biei Rutiere &#8211; singurele piste omologate de biciclete din Bucure\u0219ti sunt cele de pe Calea Victoriei \u0219i Strada Buzesti.<\/p>\n\n<p>Actualul primar, Gabriela Firea promitea la \u00eenceput de mandat 100 km de piste pentru bicicli\u0219ti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>Prin Planul Integrat de Calitate a Aerului (PICA) se promiteau crearea a 30 de km de piste p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2018, \u0219i a altor 70 de km p\u00e2n\u0103 la finalul lui 2019 pentru ca mersul cu bicicleta s\u0103 fie parte din solu\u021bia reducerii traficului \u0219i a polu\u0103rii. Aceste planuri au r\u0103mas pe hartie, Prim\u0103ria Capitalei a primit \u0219i o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediafax.ro\/social\/costel-alexe-anunta-ca-primaria-capitalei-si-primariile-de-sector-au-fost-amendate-de-inspectorii-de-mediu-18944206\">amend\u0103 din partea G\u0103rzii de Mediu<\/a> pentru ne\u00eendeplinirea acestor obliga\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n<p><br>Cu toate c\u0103 infrastructura pentru biciclete este mult deficitar\u0103 \u00een Bucure\u0219ti, iar mersul pe bicicleta pare o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediafax.ro\/social\/mersul-pe-doua-roti-in-bucuresti-este-o-aventura-periculoasa-19417561\">aventur\u0103 periculoas\u0103<\/a>, v\u00e2nz\u0103rile de biciclete sunt \u00een cre\u0219tere \u00een Bucure\u0219ti. \u201cV\u00e2nz\u0103rile au crescut chiar de dinainte de ridicarea restric\u021biilor, c\u00e2nd au ap\u0103rut \u0219tirile c\u0103 se vor relaxa. <a href=\"https:\/\/pressone.ro\/pedalam-prin-pandemie-bucurestiul-bicicletelor-fara-biciclisti\">Cre\u0219terea este de aproximativ 30-40% fa\u021b\u0103 de aceea\u0219i perioad\u0103 a anului trecut<\/a> \u0219i este mai mare dec\u00e2t oferta\u201d declara unul dintre reprezentan\u021bii magazinelor specializate \u00een v\u00e2nzarea de biciclete.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 alte ora\u0219e din \u00eentreaga lume au folosit perioada de carantin\u0103 pentru a extinde re\u021beaua de piste de biciclete, \u00een Bucure\u0219ti nu s-a f\u0103cut nici m\u0103car un metru de pista &#8211; nici din cele promise prin planuri, nici piste temporare atat de necesare \u00een contextul distan\u021b\u0103rii fizice impuse de pandemia Covid-19. New York, Philadelphia, Vancouver, Paris, Milano, Bruxelles \u0219i multe alte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.green-report.ro\/sosele-biciclete\/\">ora\u0219e au investit \u00een locuri prietenoase cu biciclistii<\/a>, \u00een perioada de carantin\u0103. Spre exemplu, Milano a transformat 35 de kilometri de str\u0103zi destinate autovehiculelor \u00een zone pietonale \u0219i pentru bicicli\u0219ti pentru a p\u0103stra calitatea bun\u0103 a aerului observat\u0103 \u00een timpul carantinei, iar Parisul, care are deja 370 de kilometri de piste, a mai \u00eenfiin\u021bat unele temporare \u0219i a ajuns la aproximativ 650 de kilometri de piste.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00cen Bucure\u0219ti, nici m\u0103car \u00een perioada de carantin\u0103, cand lucr\u0103rile de amenajare s-ar fi efectuat cu mai mult\u0103 u\u0219urin\u021b\u0103, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenpeace.org\/romania\/articol\/4467\/bicicleta-campionul-mobilitatii-urbane\/\">infrastructura pentru biciclete din Bucure\u0219ti nu a primit aten\u021bia pe care o merit\u0103<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>Abia la \u00eenceputul lunii iulie, la 4 luni de la izbucnirea pandemiei, Prim\u0103ria Municipiului Bucure\u0219ti a declarat c\u0103 re\u021beaua de piste de biciclete din Bucure\u0219ti se va <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hotnews.ro\/stiri-administratie_locala-24191811-pista-biciclete-prima-banda-splaiul-independentei-natiunile-unite-eroilor-grozavesti.htm\">extinde cu doua trasee<\/a> care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie finalizate, cu \u00eent\u00e2rziere, \u00een august 2020. Pistele totalizeaz\u0103 aproximativ 10 km (m\u0103surate pe ambele sensuri) \u0219i fac parte din cei 100 km promisi a fi gata \u00een 2019 prin Planul Integrat de Calitate a Aerului (PICA).<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00cen realitate, \u00een 2020, Bucure\u0219tiul are undeva \u00eentre 10 \u0219i 20 de km de piste de biciclete, o fr\u00e2ntur\u0103 din c\u00e2te ar fi nevoie pentru un trafic mai lejer \u0219i un aer mai respirabil. Printr-o re\u021bea extins\u0103 de piste de biciclete, Prim\u0103ria Municipiului Bucure\u0219ti ar adresa probleme de s\u0103n\u0103tate, schimb\u0103ri climatice, poluare \u0219i alte aspecte legate de calitatea vie\u021bii \u00een ora\u0219.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Greenpeace Rom\u00e2nia a atras aten\u021bia asupra nivelului ridicat de poluare din capital\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 din 2017, fiind prima organiza\u021bie care <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rfi.ro\/emisiunile-rfi-ro-94673-praf-romania-poluare-aer-greenpeace\"><strong>a m\u0103surat independent calitatea aerului<\/strong><\/a><strong> \u00een paralel cu re\u021beaua oficial\u0103. De atunci, propune solu\u021bii, pune presiune pe autorit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i lucreaz\u0103 pentru un Bucure\u0219ti cu aer curat \u0219i transport durabil.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Anul acesta, am propus 10 solu\u021bii pentru \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea calit\u0103\u021bii aerului, de care administra\u021bia trebuie s\u0103 \u021bin\u0103 cont fiindc\u0103 nu exist\u0103 o singur\u0103 solu\u021bie magic\u0103 care rezolv\u0103 tot.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-text-align-center has-inch-worm-background-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/act.greenpeace.org\/page\/56845\/petition\/1?locale=en-GB\"><strong>Semneaz\u0103 \u0219i tu pentru cele 10 solu\u021bii Greenpeace pentru reducerea polu\u0103rii \u00een Bucure\u0219ti<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mai mul\u021bi tineri activi\u0219ti \u00eentind un covor ro\u0219u paralel cu Prim\u0103ria Capitalei, pe bulevardul Regina Elisabeta.
