Emisiile provenite din transport au fost cu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eea.europa.eu\/data-and-maps\/indicators\/transport-emissions-of-greenhouse-gases\/transport-emissions-of-greenhouse-gases-12\">28% mai mari \u00een 2017 dec\u00e2t \u00een 1990<\/a>. Doar sectorul transporturilor a fost responsabil pentru <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eea.europa.eu\/data-and-maps\/indicators\/transport-emissions-of-greenhouse-gases\/transport-emissions-of-greenhouse-gases-12\">27% din emisiile UE<\/a> \u00een acela\u0219i an.<\/p>\n\n<p>Foaia de parcurs propus\u0103 se bazeaz\u0103 at\u00e2t pe p\u00e2rghiile tehnologice, c\u00e2t \u0219i pe cele sistemice, pentru a oferi recomand\u0103ri de politici pentru factorii de decizie din institu\u021biile europene \u0219i guvernele na\u021bionale. P\u00e2rghiile tehnologice includ trecerea la tehnologii alternative \u0219i cre\u0219terea eficien\u021bei, \u00een timp ce solu\u021biile sistemice includ reducerea nevoii de transport, trecerea la alternative ecologice \u0219i interzicerea complet\u0103 a motoarelor cu ardere intern\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2040.<\/p>\n\n<p>Elementele esen\u021biale ale tranzi\u021biei prezentate sunt \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea infrastructurii pentru mersul cu bicicleta \u0219i mersul pe jos \u00een ora\u0219e; investi\u021bii semnificative \u0219i sus\u021binute \u00een c\u0103i ferate, trenuri \u0219i autobuze electrice; interzicerea zborurilor pe distan\u021be scurte; eliminarea treptat\u0103 a v\u00e2nz\u0103rilor de vehicule noi pe baz\u0103 de combustibili fosili \u0219i \u00eencheierea tuturor investi\u021biilor \u00een moduri de transport intens poluante, cum ar fi aeroporturi suplimentare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>Este de a\u0219teptat ca guvernele UE, \u00een perioada 15 octombrie 2020 &#8211; 30 aprilie 2021, s\u0103 prezinte Comisiei Europene planurile lor na\u021bionale de recuperare \u0219i rezilien\u021b\u0103 \u00een contextul Covid-19. Multe dintre m\u0103surile prezentate pe larg \u00een raport ar putea fi luate \u00een considerare \u00een acest context.
