Cu autobuzul ca singur\u0103 op\u021biune r\u0103mas\u0103, Constan\u021ba este un ora\u0219 cu variante limitate de transport \u00een comun.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Descrie o deplasare obi\u0219nuit\u0103 prin ora\u0219. Ce provoc\u0103ri \u00eent\u00e2mpini?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Deplasarea mea c\u0103tre \u0219i de la \u0219coal\u0103 se repet\u0103 aproape zilnic, a\u0219a c\u0103 e cel mai bun exemplu. \u00cencep \u0219coala la ora 8 am, a\u0219a c\u0103 sosesc \u00een stat\u021bia de autobuz la aproximativ 7:15 am. Doar c\u0103 traseul pe distan\u021ba de 3,5 km \u00eentre cas\u0103 \u0219i \u0219coal\u0103 este mult mai imprevizibil dec\u00e2t ne-am a\u0219tepta. Aplica\u021biile de mobilitate ca Google Maps sau Moovit au integrate orarele autobuzelor dar, din p\u0103cate, majoritatea nu sunt corecte. Autobuzele sunt majoritatea hiperaglomerate, chiar \u0219i \u00een timpul pandemiei, \u0219i ne\u0219tiind c\u00e2nd va sosi cu adev\u0103rat autobuzul \u0219i nefiind o modalitate de transport de \u00eencredere face mul\u021bi oameni s\u0103 opteze s\u0103 ia un taxi. As we approach my school, the bus passes one of the few bike tracks from the city, but they can&#8217;t even be used safely as they are too small.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Dac\u0103 ai putea s\u0103 recreezi ora\u0219ul t\u0103u ideal din perspectiva mobilit\u0103\u021bii, cum ar ar\u0103ta acesta?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>De-nceput, ca s\u0103 evit ambuteiajele din trafic, a\u0219 crea benzi dedicate mijloacelor de transport \u00een comun. Autobuzele \u0219i tramvaiele ar trebuie s\u0103 dispun\u0103 de acces corespunz\u0103tor&nbsp; persoanelor cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi, c\u0103rucioarelor pentru copii \u0219i persoanelor \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103 care s\u0103 poat\u0103 urca \u0219i cobor\u00ee \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i care s\u0103 poat\u0103 s\u0103 interac\u021bioneze cu \u0219oferul la nevoie. E nevoie \u0219i de crearea unor spa\u021bii dedicate acestor tipuri de autoturisme.<\/p>\n\n<p>De\u0219i poate p\u0103rea nesemnificativ, ad\u0103posturile din sta\u021bii sunt foarte importante, mai ales \u00een condi\u021bii de vreme nefavorabil\u0103. Toate sta\u021biile ar trebui s\u0103 dispun\u0103 de panouri electronice care s\u0103 afi\u0219eze orarele autobuzelor \u0219i care s\u0103 ajute c\u0103l\u0103torii s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i planifice c\u0103l\u0103toriile. Pentru estimarea sosirilor s-ar folosi sisteme de tracking prin GPS.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>A healthy alternative to public transport is cycling but, to practise it safely, you need bicycle lanes. The local authorities offer a free bike rental service but only for two hours and, to use the bike for longer, you have to check it in\/out again at one of the few stations. In my ideal city, the two hours would become eight hours and the number of stations would increase significantly.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Cum s-ar schimba via\u021ba ta dac\u0103 aceste m\u0103suri ar fi implementate?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Aceste schimb\u0103ri ar ajuta pe toat\u0103 lumea, inclusiv pe mine. Dac\u0103 ar exista autobuze mai accesibile \u0219i mai pu\u021bin aglomerate, a\u0219 c\u0103l\u0103tori cu sora mea mai des.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Dac\u0103 ai avea ocazia, ce le-ai spune politicienilor despre mobilitatea urban\u0103?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Nu am v\u0103zut niciodat\u0103 un politician c\u0103l\u0103torind cu autobuzul \u00een afara unei campanii politice sau f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 fie filmat.
