Slovensko sa umiestnilo siedme od konca [1], Bratislava skon\u010dila piata najlep\u0161ia [2].<\/p>\n\n<p>Greenpeace analyzoval 30 eur\u00f3pskych kraj\u00edn (E\u00da27, N\u00f3rsko, \u0160vaj\u010diarsko, Ve\u013ek\u00e1<br>Brit\u00e1nia) a ich hlavn\u00e9 mest\u00e1 pod\u013ea 4 krit\u00e9ri\u00ed: jednoduchos\u0165 syst\u00e9mu predaja cestovn\u00fdch l\u00edstkov, pln\u00e1 cena dlhodob\u00fdch cestovn\u00fdch l\u00edstkov, z\u013eavy pre soci\u00e1lne znev\u00fdhodnen\u00e9 skupiny a sadzba DPH. Zatia\u013e \u010do niektor\u00e9 krajiny (Luxembursko \u010di Malta) zaviedli bezplatn\u00fa vn\u00fatro\u0161t\u00e1tnu dopravu, in\u00e9 zav\u00e1dzaj\u00fa v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 tzv. \u201cklimatick\u00e9 l\u00edstky\u201d (Rak\u00fasko, Nemecko, Ma\u010farsko).<\/p>\n\n<p><br>Slovensko, ktor\u00e9 skon\u010dilo siedme od konca (spolu s F\u00ednskom, Franc\u00fazskom a Talianskom), nepon\u00faka pod\u013ea anal\u00fdzy v mo\u017enostiach dopravy \u017eiadne progres\u00edvne rie\u0161enia, DPH je vysok\u00e1 a jedin\u00e9, \u010do u\u013eah\u010duje dostupnos\u0165 verejnej dopravy s\u00fa na\u0161e \u201cvlaky zadarmo\u201d pre deti, \u0161tudentov a d\u00f4chodcov. Hor\u0161ie dopadli len Rumunsko, Loty\u0161sko, N\u00f3rsko, Gr\u00e9cko, Chorv\u00e1tsko a Bulharsko.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pod\u013ea riadite\u013eky Greenpeace Slovensko Katar\u00edny Jur\u00edkovej je pr\u00edstupnos\u0165 verejnej dopravy jedn\u00fdm zo sp\u00f4sobov, ako obmedzova\u0165 emisie, pokia\u013e chceme \u00fa\u010dinne bojova\u0165 s klimatickou kr\u00edzou: \u201cViacer\u00e9 krajiny v Eur\u00f3pe zav\u00e1dzaj\u00fa v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 klimatick\u00e9 l\u00edstky. Aj Slovensko by sa malo rozh\u00fdba\u0165 a urobi\u0165 kroky smerom k civilizovanej\u0161ej Eur\u00f3pe. Pod pojmom &#8222;klimatick\u00e9 l\u00edstky&#8220; rozumieme cenovo dostupn\u00e9 dlhodob\u00e9 l\u00edstky na verejn\u00fa dopravu, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa platn\u00e9 vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch prostriedkoch verejnej dopravy v danej krajine alebo v regi\u00f3ne. T\u00fdm, \u017ee sa verejn\u00e1 doprava stane cenovo v\u00fdhodnou, m\u00f4\u017eu \u013eudia prejs\u0165 od s\u00fakromn\u00fdch \u00e1ut k ekologickej\u0161\u00edm form\u00e1m mobility, \u010do pom\u00f4\u017ee rie\u0161i\u0165 klimatick\u00fa kr\u00edzu.\u201d<br><\/p>\n\n<p>Napriek tomu, \u017ee dokonal\u00fd klimatick\u00fd l\u00edstok pod\u013ea anal\u00fdzy v Eur\u00f3pe zatia\u013e neexistuje, in\u0161pir\u00e1ciu mo\u017eno h\u013eada\u0165 vo viacer\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch &#8211; \u010di u\u017e v spom\u00ednanom Rak\u00fasku, Nemecku, Luxembursku, Malte \u010di \u0160panielsku.<br><\/p>\n\n<p>Bratislava z\u00edskala 91 bodov zo 100, \u010d\u00edm sa umiestnila na 5. mieste. Je to druh\u00fd najlep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledok spomedzi miest bez bezplatnej verejnej dopravy. Sedem kraj\u00edn E\u00da v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti zda\u0148uje verejn\u00fa dopravu rovnako ako \u0161perky alebo luxusn\u00e9 hodinky [3].
