K\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 zistenia pod\u013ea organiz\u00e1cie dokazuj\u00fa, \u017ee nespravodliv\u00e9 regula\u010dn\u00e9 podmienky pre dia\u013ekov\u00fa dopravu podkop\u00e1vaj\u00fa eur\u00f3psku \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00fa dopravu, vykoris\u0165uj\u00fa pracovn\u00edkov a zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00fa plan\u00e9tu. Zo spr\u00e1vy vypl\u00fdva, \u017ee vlaky s\u00fa v priemere dvakr\u00e1t drah\u0161ie ako lietadl\u00e1, pri\u010dom jedna cesta vlakom m\u00f4\u017ee st\u00e1\u0165 niekedy a\u017e 30-kr\u00e1t viac ako lietadlom. Greenpeace vyz\u00fdva eur\u00f3pske in\u0161tit\u00facie a vl\u00e1dy jednotliv\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1tov, aby zaviedli klimatick\u00e9 cestovn\u00e9 l\u00edstky.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cesta vlakom z Bratislavy do Lond\u00fdna m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 a\u017e 15-kr\u00e1t drah\u0161ia ako lietadlom, cesta z Lond\u00fdna do Barcelony a\u017e 30-kr\u00e1t. Vypl\u00fdva to z najnov\u0161ej anal\u00fdzy porovnania cien vlakov\u00fdch l\u00edstkov a leteniek, ktor\u00fa Greenpeace robil na 112-tich r\u00f4znych eur\u00f3pskych tras\u00e1ch v 9 r\u00f4znych \u010dasov\u00fdch \u00fasekoch. Spr\u00e1va tie\u017e ukazuje, \u017ee vlaky s\u00fa v priemere dvakr\u00e1t drah\u0161ie ako lety a pribli\u017ene 4-kr\u00e1t drah\u0161ie v Spojenom kr\u00e1\u013eovstve a \u0160panielsku. Celkov\u00fd vplyv lietania na kl\u00edmu pritom m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 viac ako 80-kr\u00e1t hor\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e cestovanie vlakom [1].<br><\/p>\n\n<p>Napr\u00edklad na trase Bratislava-Lond\u00fdn letelo v minulom roku viac ako 160 000 \u013eud\u00ed, \u010do z nej robilo v r\u00e1mci pravideln\u00fdch letov najvyu\u017e\u00edvanej\u0161iu leteck\u00fa trasu na Slovensku. Vyprodukovalo sa pribli\u017ene 61 000 ton sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plynov, \u010do je rovn\u00e9 zne\u010disteniu zo 40 000 automobilov za rok. ,,Ke\u010f\u017ee najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ia \u010das\u0165 vlakovej trasy Bratislava-Lond\u00fdn vedie cez Nemecko a Rak\u00fasko, so 100 % obnovite\u013enou elektrickou energiou, prechodom na \u017eeleznicu by sa dalo u\u0161etri\u0165 najmenej 85 % \u0161kodliv\u00fdch emisi\u00ed. V 3 z 9 analyzovan\u00fdch dn\u00ed bola cena vlaku vy\u0161\u0161ia ako 350 EUR. Len pri dlhodob\u00fdch rezerv\u00e1ci\u00e1ch sa na\u0161iel vlak za 139,90 \u20ac. V priemere s\u00fa ceny vlakov na \u00farovni 780 % cien leteniek, pri\u010dom najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed rozdiel je 15,5-n\u00e1sobn\u00fd. Ide o tretiu najdrah\u0161iu vlakov\u00fa trasu zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch 112 analyzovan\u00fdch tr\u00e1s,\u201d uviedla hovorky\u0148a organiz\u00e1cie Greenpeace Slovensko<br>Miroslava \u00c1belov\u00e1. <\/p>\n\n<p>Eur\u00f3pske \u017eeleznice pod\u013ea Greenpeace po\u0161kodzuj\u00fa najm\u00e4 nef\u00e9rov\u00e9 podmienky n\u00edzkon\u00e1kladov\u00fdch leteck\u00fdch spolo\u010dnost\u00ed. Tie toti\u017e prev\u00e1dzkuj\u00fa 79 % analyzovan\u00fdch tr\u00e1s a vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine pr\u00edpadov s\u00fa lacnej\u0161ie ako \u017eeleznice v\u010faka nef\u00e9rov\u00fdm a agres\u00edvnym cenov\u00fdm strat\u00e9gi\u00e1m. Niekedy pon\u00fakaj\u00fa dokonca lacnej\u0161ie prestupn\u00e9 lety ako spolo\u010dnosti, ktor\u00e9 u\u017e prev\u00e1dzkuj\u00fa priame lety na t\u00fdch ist\u00fdch tras\u00e1ch. To sp\u00f4sobuje a\u017e 10-kr\u00e1t viac emisi\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plynov. T\u00e1to prax \u010dasto navrhuje cestuj\u00facim, aby i\u0161li z Lond\u00fdna do Bruselu napr\u00edklad cez D\u00e1nsko, \u010do je v \u010dase klimatickej kr\u00edzy nehor\u00e1zne.<\/p>\n\n<p>,,Spr\u00e1va ukazuje, ako zle nastaven\u00fd syst\u00e9m motivuje Eur\u00f3panov lieta\u0165. Leteck\u00e9 spolo\u010dnosti benefituj\u00fa z nehor\u00e1znych da\u0148ov\u00fdch v\u00fdhod. Najm\u00e4 tie n\u00edzkon\u00e1kladov\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa v\u0161etky medzery v syst\u00e9me: lety za 10 eur s\u00fa mo\u017en\u00e9 len preto, \u017ee skuto\u010dn\u00fa cenu platia in\u00ed. Hovor\u00edme tu o vykoris\u0165ovan\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkoch, o viacn\u00e1sobn\u00fdch dodato\u010dn\u00fdch n\u00e1kladoch pre z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov, o dot\u00e1ci\u00e1ch miestnych org\u00e1nov z pe\u0148az\u00ed platcov dan\u00ed\u2026 V z\u00e1ujme plan\u00e9ty a \u013eud\u00ed musia politici tento trend zvr\u00e1ti\u0165,\u201d mysl\u00ed si Herwig Schuster, dopravn\u00fd expert kampane Greenpeace Mobilita pre v\u0161etk\u00fdch.<\/p>\n\n<p>Greenpeace preto vyz\u00fdva vl\u00e1dy jednotliv\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1tov, aby zaviedli klimatick\u00e9 l\u00edstky &#8211; cenovo dostupn\u00e9 a jednoduch\u00e9 dlhodob\u00e9 l\u00edstky platn\u00e9 vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch prostriedkoch verejnej dopravy v krajine alebo vo vymedzenom regi\u00f3ne, vr\u00e1tane v\u0161etk\u00fdch vlakov a cezhrani\u010dnej dopravy.
