To predstavuje 2-kr\u00e1t viac invest\u00edci\u00ed do cestnej infra\u0161trukt\u00fary ne\u017e do \u017eelezni\u010dnej. Vypl\u00fdva to z najnov\u0161ej \u0161t\u00fadie, ktor\u00fa pre Greenpeace v strednej a v\u00fdchodnej Eur\u00f3pe vypracoval Wuppertalsk\u00fd in\u0161tit\u00fat a T3 Transportation Think Tank. Negat\u00edvny trend v kontexte klimatickej kr\u00edzy mo\u017eno pod\u013ea \u0161t\u00fadie pozorova\u0165 v celej Eur\u00f3pe, ktor\u00e1 namiesto udr\u017eate\u013enej verejnej dopravy stimuluje s\u00fakromn\u00fa dopravu poh\u00e1\u0148an\u00fa fos\u00edlnymi palivami.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Eur\u00f3pske cesty a dia\u013enice sa stavaj\u00fa, \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00e9 trate a stanice sa ru\u0161ia. Najnov\u0161ia \u0161t\u00fadia, ktor\u00fa zverejnila organiz\u00e1cia Greenpeace, poukazuje na nerovnomern\u00e9 financovanie dopravy zo strany eur\u00f3pskych vl\u00e1d. D\u013a\u017eka eur\u00f3pskych dia\u013enic sa od roku 1995 zv\u00fd\u0161ila o 60 %, teda o viac ako 30 000 kilometrov. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 sa v\u0161ak celkov\u00e1 eur\u00f3pska \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00e1 sie\u0165 od roku 1995 zmen\u0161ila o 6,5 % &#8211; alebo o 15 650 km. Krajiny E\u00da 27-ky, N\u00f3rsko, \u0160vaj\u010diarsko a Spojen\u00e9 kr\u00e1\u013eovstvo investovali od roku 1995 do roz\u0161irovania a rekon\u0161trukcie ciest v priemere o 66 % viac ako do \u017eelezn\u00edc. Koordin\u00e1tor kampane Mobilita pre v\u0161etk\u00fdch Herwig Schuster z Greenpeace upozor\u0148uje, \u017ee v \u010dase klimatickej kr\u00edzy mus\u00edme presta\u0165 dotova\u0165 cestn\u00fa dopravu.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cAk m\u00e1 ma\u0165 Eur\u00f3pa udr\u017eate\u013en\u00fa a spravodliv\u00fa bud\u00facnos\u0165, vl\u00e1dy a E\u00da musia presta\u0165 zatv\u00e1ra\u0165 region\u00e1lne \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00e9 trate a stanice, znovu otvori\u0165 nevyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00fa \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00fa infra\u0161trukt\u00faru a presun\u00fa\u0165 mas\u00edvne financovanie cestnej a leteckej dopravy na \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00fa. Len tak zabezpe\u010d\u00edme zn\u00ed\u017eenie emisi\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plynov a rovnak\u00fd pr\u00edstup k udr\u017eate\u013enej mobilite pre v\u0161etk\u00fdch. Eur\u00f3pa by u\u017e naozaj mala presta\u0165 uprednost\u0148ova\u0165 automobily,&#8220; dodal.<\/p>\n\n<p>Slovensko investovalo v rokoch 1995 a\u017e 2018 do rozvoja ciest 10 mili\u00e1rd eur a do \u017eelezn\u00edc len 4,8 mili\u00e1rd eur. Od roku 2014 do roku 2018 sa navy\u0161e, v rozpore s eur\u00f3pskym trendom, pomer invest\u00edci\u00ed do ciest a pomer invest\u00edci\u00ed do \u017eelezn\u00edc dokonca zhor\u0161il. Invest\u00edcie do ciest boli takmer \u0161tyrikr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161ie ako invest\u00edcie do \u017eelezn\u00edc. Slovensk\u00e1 dia\u013eni\u010dn\u00e1 sie\u0165 sa od roku 1995 rozr\u00e1stla zo 198 na 521 kilometrov, \u010do predstavuje n\u00e1rast o 163 %. Uzavreli sa dve \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00e9 trate v d\u013a\u017eke 37 kilometrov, \u010do je v porovnan\u00ed s in\u00fdmi eur\u00f3pskymi krajinami pomerne n\u00edzke \u010d\u00edslo. Na druhej strane Slovensko zru\u0161ilo 222 \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00fdch stan\u00edc, v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu z nich na tratiach, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa st\u00e1le v prev\u00e1dzke. Tento \u00fabytok \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00fdch stan\u00edc je druh\u00fd najvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v prepo\u010dte na obyvate\u013ea zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch analyzovan\u00fdch kraj\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n<p>Hovorky\u0148a Greenpeace Slovensko Miroslava \u00c1belov\u00e1 dod\u00e1va, \u017ee doprava zost\u00e1va jedin\u00fdm sektorom v E\u00da, ktor\u00fd neprispel k zni\u017eovaniu emisi\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plynov. Pod\u013ea nej sa na rozdiel od in\u00fdch odvetv\u00ed emisie z dopravy v obdob\u00ed rokov 1995 a\u017e 2019 v Eur\u00f3pe v skuto\u010dnosti zv\u00fd\u0161ili o 15 %, a to najm\u00e4 v d\u00f4sledku vozidiel spa\u013euj\u00facich ropu:<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cO ni\u010d lep\u0161ie na tom nie sme ani na Slovensku, kde sa od roku 1990 podiel dopravy na celkov\u00fdch emisi\u00e1ch strojn\u00e1sobil. Priemern\u00e1 cesta vlakom v Eur\u00f3pe pritom produkuje o 77 % menej emisi\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plynov ako cesta autom na osobokilometer. Z \u00fadajov vypl\u00fdva, \u017ee hust\u00e1 a dobre rozvinut\u00e1 \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00e1 sie\u0165 je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dom k tomu, aby bola verejn\u00e1 doprava dostupn\u00e1 a atrakt\u00edvna pre \u013eud\u00ed, \u010do n\u00e1sledne povedie k zn\u00ed\u017eeniu emisi\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plynov.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p>Greenpeace vyz\u00fdva politikov, aby presunuli priority financovania z ciest na \u017eeleznice a zabezpe\u010dili tak zn\u00ed\u017eenie emisi\u00ed \u010di udr\u017eiavanie lep\u0161ej \u017eelezni\u010dnej infra\u0161trukt\u00fary a \u010fal\u0161ie finan\u010dn\u00e9 prostriedky smerovali na cenovo dostupn\u00e9 &#8222;klimatick\u00e9 l\u00edstky&#8220; na vlaky a verejn\u00fa dopravu v r\u00e1mci Eur\u00f3py.
