Priame vlakov\u00e9 spojenia v Eur\u00f3pe by sa pritom mohli viac ne\u017e strojn\u00e1sobi\u0165, keby sa naplno vyu\u017eili u\u017e existuj\u00face trate. Greenpeace vyz\u00fdva eur\u00f3pske vl\u00e1dy a E\u00da, aby posilnili \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00e9 spojenie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Z 990 tr\u00e1s medzi 45 ve\u013ek\u00fdmi eur\u00f3pskymi mestami, ktor\u00e9 analyzovala organiz\u00e1cia Greenpeace [1], len po 12 % jazdia priame vlaky, zatia\u013e \u010do 69 % obsluhuj\u00fa priame lety. To je takmer \u0161es\u0165kr\u00e1t viac priamych letov ako priamych vlakov\u00fdch spojen\u00ed medzi ve\u013ek\u00fdmi mestami v Eur\u00f3pe vr\u00e1tane kraj\u00edn E\u00da-27 (okrem \u00cdrska, Cypru a Malty), Spojen\u00e9ho kr\u00e1\u013eovstva, N\u00f3rska, \u0160vaj\u010diarska, Ukrajiny, Moldavska, Srbska, Bosny, \u010ciernej Hory, Severn\u00e9ho Maced\u00f3nska, Kosova, Alb\u00e1nska a T\u00fcrkije (iba Istanbul). <\/p>\n\n<p>Po\u010det priamych vlakov v Eur\u00f3pe by sa pritom mohol strojn\u00e1sobi\u0165. Ak by sa vyu\u017eili v\u0161etky existuj\u00face \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00e9 trate, a\u017e 42 % (419 tr\u00e1s) zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch analyzovan\u00fdch tr\u00e1s by mohlo by\u0165 obsluhovan\u00fdch priamym denn\u00fdm alebo no\u010dn\u00fdm vlakom s \u010dasom cesty krat\u0161\u00edm ako 18 hod\u00edn [2] [3]. Av\u0161ak len 27 % (114 zo 419 potenci\u00e1lnych priamych vlakov\u00fdch tr\u00e1s) je v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti obsluhovan\u00fdch priamym vlakom, pri\u010dom 73 % (305 potenci\u00e1lnych tr\u00e1s) zost\u00e1va nevyu\u017eit\u00fdch. <\/p>\n\n<p>Pod\u013ea hovorkyne Greenpeace Slovensko Miroslavy \u00c1belovej je lietanie najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edm rast\u00facim zdrojom emisi\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plynov s\u00favisiacich s dopravou v E\u00da a \u010dlensk\u00e9 \u0161t\u00e1ty, vr\u00e1tane Slovenska, robia m\u00e1lo preto, aby situ\u00e1ciu zlep\u0161ili: \u201cBratislava m\u00e1 slab\u00e9 cezhrani\u010dn\u00e9 priame vlakov\u00e9 spojenie. Existuj\u00facim priamym vlakom sa z nej d\u00e1 dosta\u0165 iba do siedmich analyzovan\u00fdch miest, zatia\u013e \u010do do 28 miest by sa dalo dosta\u0165 priamym vlakom do 18 hod\u00edn. Ide o priame vlakov\u00e9 spojenie len na \u00farovni 25 %. Susedn\u00e9 mest\u00e1 ako Praha, Budape\u0161\u0165 alebo Viede\u0148 maj\u00fa ove\u013ea vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed po\u010det priamych cezhrani\u010dn\u00fdch vlakov\u00fdch spojen\u00ed.\u201d Aj ke\u010f Bratislava v rebr\u00ed\u010dku pod\u013ea nej nedopadla a\u017e tak zle, (\u0161estn\u00e1sta spomedzi 45 miest), je to aj preto, \u017ee v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu letov vybavuje viedensk\u00e9 letisko. \u201cNo ka\u017ed\u00fd, kto na Slovensku alebo zo Slovenska v poslednom \u010dase cestoval vlakom vie, ako biedne to vyzer\u00e1 v d\u00f4sledku nez\u00e1ujmu \u0161t\u00e1tu o skvalitnenie \u017eelezni\u010dnej dopravy u n\u00e1s,\u201d dodala. <\/p>\n\n<p><br>Pod\u013ea anal\u00fdzy sa d\u00e1 z Bratislavy dosta\u0165 priamym no\u010dn\u00fdm vlakom len do dvoch analyzovan\u00fdch miest, a to do Berl\u00edna a Var\u0161avy. \u010eal\u0161\u00edch p\u00e4\u0165 miest, do ktor\u00fdch sa d\u00e1 dosta\u0165 priamym denn\u00fdm vlakom, s\u00fa Budape\u0161\u0165, Hamburg, Praha, Viede\u0148 a Z\u00fcrich. Do 75 % miest, do ktor\u00fdch by sa dalo dosta\u0165 priamym vlakom do 18 hod\u00edn, neexistuje priame vlakov\u00e9 spojenie. Ved\u00faci dopravnej kampane Greenpeace v strednej a v\u00fdchodnej Eur\u00f3pe Herwig Schuster uviedol, \u017ee Eur\u00f3pa u\u017e roky zv\u00fdhod\u0148uje leteck\u00fa dopravu, ktor\u00e1 po\u0161kodzuje kl\u00edmu, a poskytuje jej da\u0148ov\u00e9  \u00fa\u013eavy, zatia\u013e \u010do vlaky a \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00e1 infra\u0161trukt\u00fara upadaj\u00fa: \u201cV eur\u00f3pskej \u017eelezni\u010dnej sieti m\u00e1me obrovsk\u00e9 medzery a zna\u010dn\u00fd nevyu\u017eit\u00fd potenci\u00e1l priamych vlakov, a to najm\u00e4 v d\u00f4sledku nespr\u00e1vnych prior\u00edt v\u00fddavkov na mobilitu. Eur\u00f3pa mus\u00ed t\u00fato historick\u00fa nerovnov\u00e1hu napravi\u0165, mus\u00ed zlep\u0161i\u0165 prepojenie a komfort vlakov.&#8220;<br><\/p>\n\n<p>Priame vlaky maj\u00fa v porovnan\u00ed s pr\u00edpojn\u00fdmi vlakmi zna\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdhody, ako napr\u00edklad v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie pohodlie, spo\u013eahlivos\u0165 a \u010dasto aj ni\u017e\u0161ie cestovn\u00e9, \u010do podnecuje \u013eud\u00ed, aby namiesto dopravy na fos\u00edlne paliv\u00e1 vyu\u017e\u00edvali udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9 vlaky. V \u017eiadnom z miest analyzovan\u00fdch organiz\u00e1ciou Greenpeace sa v\u0161ak potenci\u00e1l priamych vlakov nevyu\u017e\u00edva naplno. Po Viedni (17 priamych spojen\u00ed) s\u00fa najlep\u0161\u00edmi mestami s priamym vlakov\u00fdm spojen\u00edm Mn\u00edchov (15 spojen\u00ed, potenci\u00e1l \u010fal\u0161\u00edch 14), Berl\u00edn (14 spojen\u00ed, potenci\u00e1l \u010fal\u0161\u00edch 14), Z\u00fcrich (13 spojen\u00ed, potenci\u00e1l \u010fal\u0161\u00edch 15) a Par\u00ed\u017e (13 spojen\u00ed, potenci\u00e1l \u010fal\u0161\u00edch 16). \u0160es\u0165 miest s najhor\u0161\u00edm priamym vlakov\u00fdm spojen\u00edm s\u00fa At\u00e9ny, Lisabon, Pri\u0161tina, Sarajevo, Skopje a Tallinn, z ktor\u00fdch \u017eiadne nem\u00e1 priame vlakov\u00e9 spojenie so \u017eiadnym in\u00fdm analyzovan\u00fdm eur\u00f3pskym mestom.<br><\/p>\n\n<p>Napriek tomu, \u017ee Eur\u00f3pska komisia v decembri 2021 v r\u00e1mci najnov\u0161\u00edch \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00fdch pl\u00e1nov ozn\u00e1mila <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/commission\/presscorner\/detail\/en\/qanda_21_6701\">15 nov\u00fdch cezhrani\u010dn\u00fdch projektov pre E\u00da<\/a>, tento po\u010det sa odvtedy na za\u010diatku roka 2023 zn\u00ed\u017eil <a href=\"https:\/\/transport.ec.europa.eu\/news-events\/news\/connecting-europe-train-10-eu-pilot-services-boost-cross-border-rail-2023-01-31_en\">len na 10 a \u017eiadna<\/a> nov\u00e1 trasa sa zatia\u013e nerealizovala. Greenpeace vyz\u00fdva E\u00da a vl\u00e1dy jednotliv\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1tov, aby podporili rozvoj priamych vlakov\u00fdch spojov prostredn\u00edctvom invest\u00edci\u00ed do infra\u0161trukt\u00fary, lep\u0161ej spolupr\u00e1ce medzi \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00fdmi spolo\u010dnos\u0165ami a zaveden\u00edm mand\u00e1tu pre priame vlaky tam, kde e\u0161te nie s\u00fa komer\u010dne rentabiln\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p><br><em><strong>Pozn\u00e1mky:<\/strong><br>[1] Medzi 45 miest patr\u00ed hlavn\u00e9 mesto ka\u017edej krajiny, okrem Z\u00fcrichu vo \u0160vaj\u010diarsku, a v\u0161etky ostatn\u00e9 mest\u00e1 s viac ako jedn\u00fdm mili\u00f3nom obyvate\u013eov, ako aj druh\u00e9 a tretie najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie mest\u00e1 v piatich naj\u013eudnatej\u0161\u00edch krajin\u00e1ch.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p><em><br>[2] S dodato\u010dn\u00fdmi invest\u00edciami do infra\u0161trukt\u00fary, ktor\u00e9 by viedli k priemernej r\u00fdchlosti vlakov aspo\u0148 80 km\/h na v\u0161etk\u00fdch tras\u00e1ch, by sa po\u010det priamych vlakov\u00fdch spojen\u00ed na analyzovan\u00fdch tras\u00e1ch mohol zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 dokonca na 54 %.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p><em><br>[3] 18 hod\u00edn je s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fd maxim\u00e1lny cestovn\u00fd \u010das priameho no\u010dn\u00e9ho vlaku, ktor\u00fd je mo\u017en\u00e9 v Eur\u00f3pe vyu\u017ei\u0165. Na z\u00e1klade tohto existuj\u00faceho \u010dasov\u00e9ho r\u00e1mca nov\u00e9 potenci\u00e1lne priame vlakov\u00e9 trasy vypo\u010d\u00edtan\u00e9 organiz\u00e1ciou Greenpeace nie s\u00fa dlh\u0161ie ako 18 hod\u00edn. V\u00fdpo\u010det toho, \u010di by sa trasa dala prejs\u0165 vlakom za menej ako 18 hod\u00edn, sa uskuto\u010dnil najm\u00e4 s\u010d\u00edtan\u00edm s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fdch \u010dasov jazdy vlakom na r\u00f4znych \u00fasekoch trasy a pripo\u010d\u00edtan\u00edm historick\u00fdch \u010dasov jazdy tam, kde v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti neprebieha osobn\u00e1 doprava, ale akt\u00edvna n\u00e1kladn\u00e1 doprava, napr\u00edklad medzi Chorv\u00e1tskom a Srbskom alebo medzi Gr\u00e9ckom a Bulharskom.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nov\u00e1 anal\u00fdza Greenpeace o vlakov\u00fdch a leteck\u00fdch spojeniach.
