Cenovo dostupn\u00e1 verejn\u00e1 doprava otv\u00e1ra nov\u00e9 pr\u00edle\u017eitosti a je \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdm n\u00e1strojom boja proti klimatickej kr\u00edze<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n\n<p>Doprava predstavuje pribli\u017ene 15 % celosvetov\u00fdch emisi\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plynov (GHG) a odhaduje sa, \u017ee v E\u00da predstavuje takmer \u0161tvrtinu v\u0161etk\u00fdch emisi\u00ed. Zlep\u0161enie syst\u00e9mu verejnej dopravy m\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00fd v\u00fdznam nielen pre kl\u00edmu, ale aj pre \u013eud\u00ed. Mnoh\u00ed toti\u017e pre nevhodn\u00e9 alebo neexistuj\u00face podmienky nem\u00f4\u017eu cestova\u0165 za pr\u00e1cou, vzdelan\u00edm, \u010di in\u00fdmi \u017eivotn\u00fdmi pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165ami. Spravodlivos\u0165 v oblasti mobility je toti\u017e aj klimatickou spravodlivos\u0165ou.<\/p>\n\n<p>Verejn\u00e1 doprava je pre komunity s n\u00edzkymi pr\u00edjmami v mnoh\u00fdch mest\u00e1ch jedinou z\u00e1chranou. N\u00e1klady na dopravu a z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e, ktor\u00fa predstavuje pre dom\u00e1cnosti, s\u00fa zna\u010dn\u00e9: doprava predstavuje v Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanii v priemere takmer 15 % rozpo\u010dtu dom\u00e1cnosti a v USA v priemere 16 %.<\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00e1klady na dopravu m\u00f4\u017eu ma\u0165 obrovsk\u00fd vplyv na kl\u00edmu, zne\u010distenie ovzdu\u0161ia, zdravie a kvalitu \u017eivota. V lete 2022 platil 9-eurov\u00fd l\u00edstok vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch prostriedkoch miestnej verejnej dopravy (ako RB, RE, U-Bahn, S-Bahn, autobus, elektri\u010dka). Nesk\u00f4r ho roz\u0161\u00edrili na mesa\u010dn\u00fd l\u00edstok za 49 eur na neobmedzen\u00e9 region\u00e1lne cestovanie v Nemecku.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p>Pred nieko\u013ek\u00fdmi t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ami sme zverejnili anal\u00fdzu, pod\u013ea ktorej je cestovanie vlakom v Eur\u00f3pe dvakr\u00e1t drah\u0161ie ako let, ktor\u00fd zne\u010dis\u0165uje \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie. To je \u010fal\u0161\u00ed z d\u00f4vodov, pre\u010do mus\u00edme zmeni\u0165 tento absurdn\u00fd syst\u00e9m. Syst\u00e9m, ktor\u00fd na\u010falej uprednost\u0148uje leteck\u00fa dopravu pred \u017eelezni\u010dnou.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>Zlep\u0161enie cenovej dostupnosti dopravy je samozrejme len jedn\u00fdm z krokov, ktor\u00e9 mus\u00edme podnikn\u00fa\u0165; potrebujeme tie\u017e, aby sa zlep\u0161ila aj kvalitu a dosah slu\u017eieb.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Cenovo dostupn\u00e1 verejn\u00e1 doprava je nevyhnutn\u00e1 pre soci\u00e1lnu spravodlivos\u0165<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n\n<p>Probl\u00e9my s cenovou dostupnos\u0165ou dopravy sa zintenz\u00edvnili v d\u00f4sledku zv\u00fd\u0161enia cien energi\u00ed a celosvetovej kr\u00edzy \u017eivotn\u00fdch n\u00e1kladov. V Braz\u00edlii v\u00fdskum ITDP uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee \u010derno\u0161sk\u00ed, hned\u00ed a n\u00edzkopr\u00edjmov\u00ed Braz\u00edl\u010dania platia vy\u0161\u0161ie cestovn\u00e9, vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa preplnenej\u0161ie autobusy a vlaky a k dispoz\u00edcii maj\u00fa menej mo\u017enost\u00ed dopravy, ktor\u00e9 by im pomohli dosiahnu\u0165 z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 \u017eivotn\u00e9 ciele.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Bez rie\u0161enia nerovnost\u00ed a n\u00e1silia p\u00e1chanom na \u017een\u00e1ch sa nepodar\u00ed zabezpe\u010di\u0165 dostupnos\u0165 dopravy<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n\n<p>\u017deny v priemere vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa verejn\u00fa dopravu viac ako mu\u017ei a s\u00fa na \u0148u viac odk\u00e1zan\u00e9. To m\u00f4\u017ee znamena\u0165, \u017ee na \u017eeny maj\u00fa n\u00e1klady na verejn\u00fa dopravu a invest\u00edcie do nej v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed vplyv ako na mu\u017eov.<\/p>\n\n<p>Obavy t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa bezpe\u010dnosti m\u00f4\u017eu zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 n\u00e1klady \u017eien a os\u00f4b LGBTQIA+. \u010casto sa musia rozhodova\u0165, \u010di zaplati\u0165 dodato\u010dn\u00e9 (skryt\u00e9) dopravn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady, ak si chc\u00fa zabezpe\u010di\u0165 bezpe\u010dnej\u0161ie cestovanie. Ide napr\u00edklad o vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00edm tax\u00edkov alebo cestovanie menej priamymi trasami verejnej dopravy. V \u0161t\u00fadii Rudinovho centra Newyorskej univerzity to naz\u00fdvaj\u00fa &#8222;ru\u017eovou da\u0148ou&#8220;; op\u00fdtan\u00e9 \u017eeny vynakladali mesa\u010dne v priemere o 26 a\u017e 50 dol\u00e1rov viac ako mu\u017ei, aby sa mohli bezpe\u010dne pohybova\u0165 po meste.<\/p>\n\n<p>Bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 vo verejnej doprave a v jej okol\u00ed je pre \u017eeny a komunitu LGBTQIA+ ve\u013ek\u00fdm probl\u00e9mom. Nebezpe\u010denstvo \u00fatokov, \u010di u\u017e slovn\u00fdch alebo verb\u00e1lnych, toti\u017e sp\u00f4sobuje, \u017ee doprava je pre nich menej dostupn\u00e1 a obmedz\u00ed ich \u017eivotn\u00e9 pr\u00edle\u017eitosti. V\u00fdskumn\u00edci zistili, \u017ee \u017eeny sa pri cestovan\u00ed metrom c\u00edtia v priemere o 10 % menej bezpe\u010dne ako mu\u017ei a v autobusoch o 6 % menej bezpe\u010dne.<\/p>\n\n<p>Napr\u00edklad India dosiahla ur\u010dit\u00fd pokrok v rie\u0161en\u00ed ot\u00e1zky rodovej rovnosti. Vl\u00e1da uviedla, \u017ee bezplatn\u00e9 autobusy pre \u017eeny v Karnataka viedli k 23 % n\u00e1rastu cestuj\u00facich autobusmi, a to po\u010das prv\u00fdch 2 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov. \u00daspech tohto programu a \u010fal\u0161\u00edch programov v celej Indii poukazuje na obrovsk\u00fd hospod\u00e1rsky pr\u00ednos, ak sa rie\u0161ia potreby \u017eien v oblasti mobility.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u0161iesty \u010dlovek na svete \u017eije \u017eivot s \u0165a\u017ek\u00fdm zdravotn\u00fdm postihnut\u00edm. Pr\u00edstupn\u00e1 verejn\u00e1 doprava je pre \u013eud\u00ed s postihnut\u00edm nevyhnutnos\u0165ou<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n\n<p>Odhaduje sa, \u017ee 1,3 miliardy \u013eud\u00ed m\u00e1 z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 zdravotn\u00e9 znev\u00fdhodnenie. N\u00e1sledne zaviedli mesa\u010dn\u00fd cestovn\u00fd l\u00edstok za 49 eur. &#8211; Deutschlandticket &#8211; na neobmedzen\u00e9 cestovanie v region\u00e1lnej doprave v Nemecku.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p>Lond\u00fdn sa \u010dasto uv\u00e1dza ako vzor dostupnej verejnej dopravy. Tretina stan\u00edc lond\u00fdnskeho metra je bez schodov a v\u0161etky lond\u00fdnske autobusy s\u00fa bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e9. Napriek tomu je v\u0161ak e\u0161te potrebn\u00e9 urobi\u0165 ve\u013ea pre to, aby boli v\u0161etky stanice v Lond\u00fdne (a inde takisto) plne pr\u00edstupn\u00e9 pre ka\u017ed\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n\n<p>Aj Japonsko sa v poslednom \u010dase sna\u017e\u00ed zlep\u0161i\u0165 dostupnos\u0165 verejnej dopravy. Napr\u00edklad Tokio m\u00e1 flotilu n\u00edzkopodla\u017en\u00fdch autobusov a stanice vo ve\u013ek\u00fdch mest\u00e1ch sa modernizuj\u00fa na bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e9.&nbsp; Uk\u00e1\u017ekou t\u00fdchto zlep\u0161en\u00ed boli v roku 2020 tokijsk\u00e9 paralympijsk\u00e9 hry.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pand\u00e9mia COVID-19 zv\u00fdraznila zranite\u013enos\u0165 os\u00f4b so zdravotn\u00fdm postihnut\u00edm pokia\u013e ide o vyu\u017e\u00edvanie verejnej dopravy. Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e9 opatrenia, ak\u00fdmi boli po\u017eiadavky na nosenie respir\u00e1torov \u010di soci\u00e1lny odstup, predstavovali \u010fal\u0161ie v\u00fdzvy pre niektor\u00fdch cestuj\u00facich so zdravotn\u00fdm znev\u00fdhodnen\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n<p>Zlep\u0161enie dostupnosti dopravy pre osoby so zdravotn\u00fdm znev\u00fdhodnen\u00edm je nevyhnutn\u00e9 z h\u013eadiska klimatickej spravodlivosti a spravodlivosti v oblasti mobility. Dopravn\u00fd syst\u00e9m, ktor\u00fd nesl\u00fa\u017ei v\u0161etk\u00fdm, nie je udr\u017eate\u013en\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
