Closer home, the struggle for justice after the MSC ELSA 3 shipwreck gained ground \u2014 with new evidence from the Wrecked Futures report and a landmark court order directing MSC to deposit \u20b91,277 crore as interim security deposit. Meanwhile, Dhaka\u2019s new heat-stress white paper reframed urban climate protection as a right, not a privilege.
