It also includes maintaining updated vendor and service-provider databases, researching and negotiating with suppliers, supporting field safety and duty-of-care arrangements, managing grievance and feedback mechanisms confidentially, and maintaining accurate records while providing general administrative and operational support.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Whom we\u2019re looking for:<\/strong><br>We\u2019re looking for a proactive, responsible, and adaptable individual with strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, Sinhala, and Tamil, confident in working with people, detail-oriented, willing to learn and take initiative, and flexible to travel when required.
