Nedan kan du l\u00e4sa mer om varf\u00f6r vi startade namninsamlingen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p>Transportsektorn, det vill s\u00e4ga: flygande, bilresor och varor som skickas fram och tillbaka i lastbilar och fartyg,  st\u00e5r f\u00f6r en fj\u00e4rdedel av EU:s alla utsl\u00e4pp av v\u00e4xthusgaser. F\u00f6r att undvika en klimatkatastrof \u00e4r det direkt avg\u00f6rande att utsl\u00e4ppen fr\u00e5n transporter minskar och d\u00e5 m\u00e5ste det b\u00e5de bli billigare och enklare att resa h\u00e5llbart. 1 + 1 = 2.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Tyv\u00e4rr verkar den svenska regeringen vilja ta Sverige \u00e5t helt motsatt h\u00e5ll.<\/strong> Genom att subventionera drivmedel ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att s\u00e4nka priserna f\u00f6r att resa kollektivt, <strong>bidrar regeringen till en \u00f6kning av att de alltf\u00f6r h\u00f6ga utsl\u00e4pp som EU:s transporter redan utg\u00f6r<\/strong>. F\u00f6r m\u00e5nga svenska medborgare \u00e4r det till sist pl\u00e5nboken som avg\u00f6r, det g\u00e5r inte att undg\u00e5. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det avg\u00f6rande att vi har en regering som satsar p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra h\u00e5llbart resande m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r alla.<br><br>N\u00e4r v\u00e5r regering prioriterar kortsiktiga s\u00e4nkningar av drivmedelspriser m\u00e5ste vi h\u00f6ja v\u00e5ra r\u00f6ster och kr\u00e4va b\u00e4ttring. <a href=\"#exempel\" data-type=\"internal\" data-id=\"#exempel\">Flera av v\u00e5ra europeiska grannl\u00e4nder som \u00d6sterrike, Tyskland och Spanien<\/a> har redan inf\u00f6rt s\u00e5 kallade klimatbiljetter. <strong>Nu \u00e4r det dags att v\u00e5r regering ser till att Sverige inte halkar efter.<\/strong> Tillsammans kan vi kr\u00e4va att v\u00e5ra folkvalda st\u00e5r upp f\u00f6r klimatet och v\u00e5r r\u00e4tt till h\u00e5llbara transporter. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fakta om kollektivtrafik och h\u00e5llbart resande <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kollektivtrafik<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>I en <a href=\"https:\/\/greenpeace.at\/uploads\/2023\/05\/report-climate-and-public-transport-tickets-in-europe.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">analys av Greenpeace<\/a> rankas kollektivtrafiken efter pris och enkelhet i 30 europeiska l\u00e4nder och deras huvudst\u00e4der. Sverige hamnar p\u00e5 plats 17 och Stockholm hamnar p\u00e5 plats 25, d\u00e4r priset snarare \u00e4n enkelheten ligger bakom de l\u00e5ga placeringarna. En 30 dagarsbiljett i Stockholmstrafiken kommer fr\u00e5n 2024 att kosta mer \u00e4n 1000 kronor, vilket inneb\u00e4r att priset n\u00e4stintill f\u00f6rdubblats \u00f6ver en period p\u00e5 tjugo \u00e5r. Pris\u00f6kningen \u00e4r betydligt kraftigare \u00e4n f\u00f6r andra tj\u00e4nster och varor, d\u00e4r den allm\u00e4nna prisutvecklingen mellan 2002-2022 var 36 procent, och pris\u00f6kningen f\u00f6r ett m\u00e5nadskort i Stockholms kollektivtrafik 94 procent. <strong>Men det \u00e4r inte bara i Stockholm som det blir dyrare att resa kollektivt, utan \u00f6ver <a href=\"https:\/\/www.svt.se\/nyheter\/inrikes\/granskning-billigare-att-tanka-men-allt-dyrare-att-ta-bussen\">hela Sverige, visar en unders\u00f6kning fr\u00e5n SVT.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Pris\u00f6kningen f\u00f6r bensin f\u00f6r samma tidsperiod har emellertid varit \u00e4nnu h\u00f6gre, hela 102 procent. MEN, bilar har blivit betydligt mer br\u00e4nslesn\u00e5la \u00f6ver denna tidsperiod, d\u00e4r nya bilar som s\u00e5ldes 2022 \u00e4r 50% mer br\u00e4nslesn\u00e5la \u00e4n de bilar som s\u00e5ldes \u00e5r 2002. Och om vi d\u00e5 ist\u00e4llet ser till kostnaden f\u00f6r att f\u00e4rdas en viss str\u00e4cka, och dessutom r\u00e4knar in l\u00f6neutvecklingen,<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/ekonomistas.se\/2022\/05\/30\/rekorddyr-bensin-men-historiskt-billigt-att-kora-bil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00e4r det inte dyrare att resa som bilresen\u00e4r idag j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med f\u00f6r tjugo \u00e5r sedan<\/a>.<\/strong> Trots detta f\u00f6reslog regeringen inf\u00f6r 2024 skattel\u00e4ttnader f\u00f6r bensin och diesel p\u00e5 5,6 miljarder kronor. \u00d6ver hela mandatperioden r\u00f6r det sig om runt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dn.se\/sverige\/tomas-ramberg-bilagare-tidoregeringens-karaste-kelgrisar\/\">17 miljarder kronor<\/a>, samtidigt som priset f\u00f6r att resa kollektivt allts\u00e5 \u00f6kar.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Resor mellan st\u00e4der och l\u00e4nder i Europa<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>I en <a href=\"https:\/\/www-stage.greenpeace.org\/sweden\/pressmeddelanden\/klimat\/rapport-dubbelt-sa-dyrt-att-aka-tag-jamfort-med-att-flyga-i-europa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rapport fr\u00e5n Greenpeace<\/a> unders\u00f6ks resandet mellan olika st\u00e4der i Europa. I en majoritet (79 av 112) av de analyserade rutterna \u00e4r flyget billigare \u00e4n t\u00e5get. <strong>I genomsnitt \u00e4r flyget dubbelt s\u00e5 billigt som t\u00e5get<\/strong>, trots att flygets totala klimatp\u00e5verkan kan vara mer \u00e4n 80 g\u00e5nger st\u00f6rre. F\u00f6r de \u00e5tta rutter som har analyserats inom, fr\u00e5n och till Sverige, \u00e4r t\u00e5get 32 procent dyrare \u00e4n flyget. Detta skulle kunna f\u00f6rklara varf\u00f6r s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga som 455 000 passagerare under 2022 valde att flyga mellan Stockholm och G\u00f6teborg, trots att bra och snabba t\u00e5gf\u00f6rbindelser existerar mellan dessa st\u00e4der.<\/p>\n\n<p>Flyget \u00e4r inte bara billigare \u00e4n t\u00e5get &#8211; det finns dessutom <strong>sex g\u00e5nger s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga direktresor med flyg j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med t\u00e5g i Europa<\/strong>, visar den <a href=\"https:\/\/greenpeace.at\/uploads\/2024\/07\/connectivity_analysis.pdf\">senaste rapporten fr\u00e5n Greenpeace<\/a>. <strong>Samtidigt beh\u00f6ver j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gen inte ens byggas ut f\u00f6r att tredubbla antalet direktresor med t\u00e5g i Europa,<\/strong> visar rapporten. Av de 990 rutter som har analyserats skulle 42 procent, allts\u00e5 419 olika rutter, enkelt kunna ha direktresor med t\u00e5g med de j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gssp\u00e5r som redan existerar. Tyv\u00e4rr \u00e4r det bara vid 27 procent av dessa, eller 114 av de 419 rutterna, som direktresor med t\u00e5g erbjuds.<\/p>\n\n<p>Varf\u00f6r kan vi till exempel inte resa med ett och samma t\u00e5g hela v\u00e4gen fr\u00e5n Stockholm via Malm\u00f6 till Amsterdam, Bryssel eller Paris? Det g\u00e5r till Berlin, det g\u00e5r till Hamburg &#8211; str\u00e4ckor som \u00e4r popul\u00e4ra i en tid n\u00e4r allt fler vill v\u00e4lja klimatsmarta alternativ. <strong>Fr\u00e5n Stockholm finns det 17 potentiella str\u00e4ckor f\u00f6r direktresor med t\u00e5g under 18 timmar, <a href=\"https:\/\/greenpeace.at\/uploads\/2024\/07\/connectivity_analysis.pdf\">visar rapporten<\/a>. \u00c4nd\u00e5 \u00e4r det bara vid fyra av dessa str\u00e4ckor som direktresor med t\u00e5g erbjuds.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Hur har vi d\u00e5 hamnat h\u00e4r?<\/strong> Under de senaste tre decennierna har Europas satsningar p\u00e5 infrastruktur mestadels g\u00e5tt till v\u00e4g- och flygtrafiken, och <a href=\"https:\/\/www-stage.greenpeace.org\/sweden\/pressmeddelanden\/klimat\/rapport-vag-och-flyg-dominerar-europas-infrastruktur-endast-en-tredjedel-av-alla-satsningar-laggs-pa-jarnvag\/\">sedan 1995 har det spenderats 66 procent mer p\u00e5 v\u00e4g och flyg j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med j\u00e4rnv\u00e4g. <\/a>Det har lett till att l\u00e4ngden p\u00e5 Europas motorv\u00e4gar har \u00f6kat med 60 procent, medan j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gsn\u00e4tet har minskat med 6,5 procent. Med s\u00e5dana biljetter kan resen\u00e4rer anv\u00e4nda en och samma biljett f\u00f6r all kollektivtrafik till rimliga priser, vilket har potential att minska utsl\u00e4ppen fr\u00e5n transportsektorn radikalt. <strong>Greenpeace anser att inf\u00f6randet av nationella klimatbiljetter \u00e4r ett avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6rsta steg.<\/strong> I slut\u00e4ndan b\u00f6r dock en prisv\u00e4rd klimatbiljett, giltig inom alla EU-l\u00e4nder och alla kollektivtrafikmedel, inf\u00f6ras. Det ska vara enkelt att resa h\u00e5llbart i hela Europa.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Greenpeace menar att klimatbiljetter i ett f\u00f6rsta steg b\u00f6r vara: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Omfattande: <\/strong>Klimatbiljetter b\u00f6r g\u00e4lla f\u00f6r st\u00f6rre geografiska omr\u00e5den, \u00e5tminstone st\u00f6rre regioner. De ska inte bara underl\u00e4tta f\u00f6r m\u00e4nniskor att ta sig till jobbet, utan ocks\u00e5 m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra kontakt med familj, v\u00e4nner och rekreation. I landets alla nio provinser finns dessutom regionala biljetter f\u00f6r runt 1\u20ac-1.50\u20ac per dag. En rabatt p\u00e5 minst 25 procent erbjuds \u00e4ven f\u00f6r grupper med s\u00e4rskilda behov. Initiativet har hittils n\u00e5tt stor framg\u00e5ng d\u00e4r runt 250,000 klimatbiljetter redan s\u00e5lts i \u00d6sterrike fram tills mitten av 2023, enligt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.infas.at\/reports\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Climate ticket Report 2022.<\/a><br><br><strong>Tyskland:<\/strong> \u201cDeutschlandticket\u201d, tidigare k\u00e4nd som \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dw.com\/en\/everything-you-need-to-know-about-germanys-9-euro-ticket\/a-61978439\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">9-euro Ticket<\/a>\u201d \u2013 var ursprungligen ett kraftigt rabatterat m\u00e5natligt transportkort, som l\u00e4t m\u00e4nniskor i Tyskland \u00e5ka regional kollektivtrafik f\u00f6r \u20ac9 (106kr) per m\u00e5nad i juni, juli och augusti 2022. Biljetten var en enorm framg\u00e5ng, \u00f6ver 50 miljoner m\u00e4nniskor i Tyskland k\u00f6pte den. Det sparade 1,8 miljoner ton CO2-utsl\u00e4pp, ledde till f\u00e4rre sp\u00e5rstopp och <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vdv.de\/bilanz-9-euro-ticket.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l\u00e4gre bilanv\u00e4ndning<\/a>. Den tyska regeringen beslutade om en permanent uppf\u00f6ljande &#8221;klimatbiljett&#8221; f\u00f6r \u20ac49 per m\u00e5nad, fr\u00e5n och med maj 2023. Ett pris p\u00e5 motsvarande 580kr.<br><br><strong>Spanien: <\/strong>Sedan <a href=\"https:\/\/edition.cnn.com\/travel\/article\/spain-to-introduce-free-train-journeys\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">september 2022 \u00e4r t\u00e5gresor gratis <\/a>via kollektivtrafik och regionala str\u00e4ckor, och f\u00f6r lokala transporter som bussar, tunnelbana, sp\u00e5rvagn \u00e4r priserna kraftigt rabatterade (30-50%). Under 2023 ut\u00f6kades de fria resorna till att omfatta \u00e4ven statlig busstrafik. J\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med januari och februari 2022 har andelen passagerare f\u00f6r landets statliga j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gar (Renfe) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.renfe.com\/es\/es\/grupo-renfe\/comunicacion\/renfe-al-dia\/sala-de-prensa\/renfe-incrementa-35-viajeros-trenes-cercanias-media-distancia-avant-respecto-mismo-periodo-2022\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00f6kat med 35.9 procent<\/a>.
