class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3>\uff08A\uff095000\u5834\uff08B\uff091\u842c\u5834\uff08C\uff092\u842c\u5834<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u7b54\u6848\uff1a\uff08C\uff092\u842c\u5834<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u64da\u74b0\u4fdd\u7f72\u7d71\u8a08\uff0c2017\u5e744\u6708\u81f32018\u5e7411\u6708\u9593\uff0c\u5168\u81fa\u5171\u52d5\u54e1\u8fd140\u842c\u7684\u4eba\u6b21\uff0c\u8209\u8fa623,469\u591a\u5834\u6de8\u7058\uff0c\u6d77\u7058\u4e0a\u6e05\u51fa7\u5343\u591a\u5678\u7684\u6d77\u6d0b\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u3002\u60a8\u731c\u5c0d\u4e86\u55ce\uff1f<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3>\uff08A\uff0930\u96bb\uff08B\uff0950\u96bb\uff08C\uff09100\u96bb<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u7b54\u6848\uff1a\uff08C\uff09100\u96bb<\/p>\n<p>\u5feb\u7be9\u5927\u968a\u53bb\u5e7410\u6708\uff0c\u9032\u884c\u5168\u81fa\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b21\u6d77\u5cb8\u5783\u573e\u8abf\u67e5\u6642\uff0c\u5728\u82d7\u6817\u901a\u5bb5\u6d77\u5cb8100\u516c\u5c3a\u7684\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\uff0c\u64bf\u5230100\u96bb\u978b\u5b50\uff08\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u662f\u62d6\u978b\uff0c\u6709\u4e09\u96d9\u6210\u5c0d\u7684\u7403\u978b\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u70ba\u671f\u4e00\u5e74\uff0c\u6bcf\u5b63\u74b0\u81fa\u4e00\u6b21\u7684\u6d77\u5cb8\u5feb\u7be9\u8abf\u67e5\uff0c\u7e7c2018\u5e747\u6708\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u53bb\u5e7410\u6708\u5df2\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b21\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u7e3d\u8a08\u5168\u81fa\u6d77\u5cb8\u5783\u573e\uff0c\u67091,095\u842c\u516c\u5347\u7684\u6d77\u5ee2\uff0c\u672a\u7d93\u58d3\u7e2e\u7684\u8a71\u53ef\u88dd1,800\u81fa\u5783\u573e\u8eca\uff0c\u8ddd\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u5fae\u5e45\u6e1b\u5c11\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenpeace.org\/taiwan\/press\/12791\/%e9%99%90%e5%a1%91%e8%88%87%e6%b7%a8%e7%81%98%e4%b8%a6%e9%80%b2%ef%bc%8c%e6%b5%b7%e5%bb%a2%e9%87%8f%e6%b8%9b%e5%b0%91%e6%9c%89%e6%84%9f\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u63a8\u4f30\u9019\u6b21\u6d77\u5ee2\u6e1b\u5c11\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u70ba\u6de8\u7058\u548c\u9650\u5851\u653f\u7b56<\/a>\uff0c\u5982\u5169\u6b21\u5feb\u7be9\u90fd\u5c45\u6d77\u5ee2\u6392\u884c\u699c\u9996\u4f4d\u7684\u65b0\u5317\u5e02\u745e\u82b3\u5340\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u5feb\u7be9\u7d50\u679c\u767c\u5e03\u5f8c\uff0c\u6771\u5317\u89d2\u98a8\u666f\u7ba1\u7406\u8655\u4e3b\u52d5\u6e05\u9664\uff0c\u800c9\u6708\u570b\u969b\u6de8\u7058\u65e5\uff0c\u4e0a\u767e\u5834\u5168\u81fa\u6de8\u7058\u6d3b\u52d5\u4e5f\u6210\u4e86\u6d77\u5ee2\u6e1b\u5c11\u7684\u80cc\u5f8c\u529f\u81e3\u3002\u53bb\u5e7412\u6708\uff0c\u516c\u6c11\u5718\u9ad4\u300c\u8352\u91ce\u4fdd\u8b77\u5354\u6703\u300d\u767c\u5e03\u6de8\u7058\u6578\u64da\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u5f9e\u6d77\u7058\u64bf\u5230\u7684\u5851\u81a0\u888b\u6bd4\u4f8b\uff0c\u662f14\u5e74\u4f86\u6700\u4f4e\uff0c<strong>\u986f\u793a\u6e1b\u5851\u653f\u7b56\u767c\u63ee\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u5e97\u5bb6\u4e0d\u514d\u8cbb\u63d0\u4f9b\u5851\u81a0\u888b\uff0c\u9023\u5e36\u5f71\u97ff\u6d77\u7058\u4e0a\u7684\u5783\u573e\u91cf\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6de8\u7058\u662f\u5c07\u6d77\u7058\u4e0a\u5783\u573e\u6e05\u9664\u6700\u5feb\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4f46\u7576\u5783\u573e\u51fa\u73fe\u5728\u6d77\u7058\u4e0a\u7684\u901f\u5ea6\u52dd\u904e\u6e05\u7406\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u5c31\u9700\u8981\u300c\u6297\u5851\u5927\u4f5c\u6230\u300d\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f\u6e90\u982d\u6e1b\u5851\uff0c\u66f4\u8981\u672b\u7aef\u6e05\u9664\u5df2\u7d93\u5806\u7a4d\u5728\u6d77\u5cb8\u4e0a\u7684\u5783\u573e\u3002\u56e0\u6b64<strong>\u627e\u51fa\u5168\u81fa\u6d77\u5cb8\u4e0a\u5783\u573e\u5be6\u969b\u7684\u6578\u91cf\uff0c\u6700\u591a\u7d2f\u7a4d\u5783\u573e\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u5728\u54ea\u88e1\uff0c\u597d\u505a\u91cd\u9ede\u6e05\u9664<\/strong>\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u300c\u6d77\u6f02\u5783\u573e\u300d\u6703\u5982\u4f55\u9806\u8457\u5b63\u98a8\u548c\u6d0b\u6d41\u53bb\u65c5\u884c\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u6d77\u5cb8\u5783\u573e\u5feb\u7be9\u8abf\u67e5\u7684\u4e00\u5927\u91cd\u9ede\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53bb\u5e747\u6708\uff0c\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u8207\u8352\u91ce\u4fdd\u8b77\u5354\u6703\uff0c\u7d50\u5408\u5176\u4ed6\u516c\u6c11\u5718\u9ad4\u8207\u500b\u4eba\uff0c\u555f\u52d5\u5168\u570b\u9996\u6b21\u6d77\u5cb8\u5783\u573e\u5feb\u7be9\u8abf\u67e5\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u8a08\u7b97\u51fa\u5168\u81fa\u6d77\u5cb8\u4e0a\u6709\u591a\u5c11\u5783\u573e\uff0c\u8abf\u67e5\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\uff0c<a
