class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u9bca\u9b5a\u8eab\u9c2d\u5df2\u7d93\u904e\u8655\u7406\u5206\u96e2<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u6d77\u6d0b\u5c08\u6848\u4e3b\u4efb\u984f\u5be7\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6b64\u985e\u975e\u6cd5\u4e8b\u4ef6\u56b4\u91cd\u5f71\u97ff\u53f0\u7063\u570b\u969b\u5f62\u8c61\uff0c\u6f01\u696d\u7f72\u82e5\u4e0d\u7a4d\u6975\u6aa2\u8996\u7ba1\u7406\u63aa\u65bd\u8207\u4fdd\u80b2\u65b9\u6848\u662f\u5426\u6709\u6548\u57f7\u884c\uff0c\u5c07\u5f71\u97ff\u53f0\u7063\u9060\u6d0b\u6f01\u696d\u7d93\u71df\u904b\u4f5c\uff0c\u4e14\u6c38\u7e8c\u6f01\u696d\u53ea\u662f\u6dea\u70ba\u53e3\u865f\u3002\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u547c\u7c72\u6f01\u696d\u7f72\u4e0d\u61c9\u59d1\u606f\u975e\u6cd5\u6f01\u696d\uff0c\u6301\u7e8c\u638f\u7a7a\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u8cc7\u6e90\u3002\u300d[\u8a3b2]\u64da\u4f30\u8a08\uff0c\u4e2d\u897f\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u7684\u6f01\u696d\u670921%\u523046%\u4f86\u81ea\u975e\u6cd5\u3001\u672a\u901a\u5831\u3001\u672a\u53d7\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u6f01\u696d\u884c\u70ba[\u8a3b3]\uff0c\u56b4\u91cd\u5f71\u97ff\u8cc7\u6e90\u7814\u7a76\u8207\u5236\u5b9a\u6709\u6548\u4fdd\u80b2\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u751f\u614b\u5e73\u8861\u52d8\u616e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53bb\u5e7412\u67088\u65e5\uff0c\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u8239\u8266\u300c\u5e0c\u671b\u865f\u300d\u6d3e\u51fa\u76f4\u5347\u6a5f\u8207\u5e1b\u7409\u653f\u5e9c\u5171\u540c\u9032\u884c\u6f01\u696d\u884c\u70ba\u76e3\u7763\u6642\uff0c\u76ee\u7779\u52dd\u5409\u8f1d7\u865f\u4e0a\u6355\u7372\u7684\u9bca\u9b5a\u8207\u9b5a\u7fc5\u3002\u8a72\u6c34\u57df\u57282009\u5e74\u5df2\u88ab\u5217\u70ba\u9bca\u9b5a\u4fdd\u8b77\u5340\uff0c\u4e0d\u5f97\u5f9e\u4e8b\u6355\u9bca\u884c\u70ba\u3002\u8a72\u8239\u5728\u5e1b\u7409\u653f\u5e9c\u524d\u5f80\u8abf\u67e5\u6642\u5ba3\u7a31\u5747\u7121\u9b5a\u7fc5\u4f5c\u696d\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u7d93\u904e\u5169\u500b\u6708\u8abf\u67e5\uff0c\u52dd\u5409\u8f1d7\u865f\u8239\u9577\u8207\u8239\u54e1\u5747\u627f\u8a8d\u5f9e\u4e8b\u6355\u9bca\u884c\u70ba\u3002\u5e1b\u7409\u653f\u5e9c\u5224\u5b9a\u8a72\u8239\u6240\u5c6cKuniyoshi Fishing Company\u5224\u8ce0$65,000\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u8a72\u8239\u8207\u8239\u9577\u4e00\u5e74\u5167\u4e0d\u5f97\u65bc\u5e1b\u7409\u6c34\u57df\u6355\u9b5a\u3002<\/p>\n<figure attachment_13157 class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u6f01\u5de5\u6b63\u5728\u8655\u7406\u9bca\u9b5a<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u53f0\u7063\u5728\u4e2d\u897f\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u64c1\u6709\u70ba\u6578\u6700\u591a\u7684\u6f01\u8239\uff0c\u4f54\u8a72\u5340\u768430%\uff0c\u800c\u6b64\u5340\u57df\u4f9b\u61c9\u5168\u740360%\u7684\u9baa\u9b5a\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u56db\u7a2e\u9baa\u9b5a\u4e2d\u6709\u4e09\u7a2e\u5df2\u540d\u5217\u81ea\u7136\u4fdd\u80b2\u806f\u76df\u7d05\u76ae\u66f8\u3002\u6f01\u696d\u7f72\u7ba1\u7406\u6a5f\u5236\u4e2d\uff0c\u9664\u63a1\u7d0d\u89c0\u5bdf\u54e1\u76e3\u7763\u7684\u6f01\u7372\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5916\uff0c\u5176\u9918\u6488\u6355\u91cf\u5747\u501a\u8cf4\u6f01\u8239\u4e3b\u52d5\u56de\u5831[\u8a3b4]\u3002\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u6f01\u8239\u5ffd\u8996\u4ed6\u570b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u8cea\u7591\u6f01\u696d\u7f72\u8981\u5982\u4f55\u78ba\u4fdd\u5176\u6703\u9075\u5b88\u53f0\u7063\u6cd5\u4ee4\uff0c\u5982\u5be6\u56de\u5831\u6f01\u7372\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u4ee5\u505a\u51fa\u6709\u6548\u7684\u8cc7\u6e90\u7ba1\u7406\u8a55\u4f30\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u547c\u7c72\u6f01\u696d\u7f72\uff0c\u6b63\u8996\u6f01\u696d\u8cc7\u6e90\u67af\u7aed\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u5728\u4eca\u5e74\u4e09\u6708\u5e95\u5373\u5c07\u5728\u95dc\u5cf6\u8209\u884c\u7684\u4e2d\u897f\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u6f01\u696d\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u5e74\u6703\u4e2d\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u8a2d\u7acb\u6d77\u6d0b\u4fdd\u80b2\u5340\u3001\u6e1b\u5c1150%\u6488\u6355\u91cf\u4ee5\u53ca\u7981\u7528\u4eba\u5de5\u96c6\u9b5a\u5668\u7b49\u5fa9\u80b2\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u984f\u5be7\u88dc\u5145\uff1a\u300c\u4e2d\u897f\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u888b\u72c0\u516c\u6d77\u8a2d\u7acb\u4fdd\u80b2\u5340\uff0c\u53ef\u63d0\u4f9b\u9baa\u985e\u8cc7\u6e90\u5b75\u80b2\u7a7a\u9593\uff0c\u66f4\u53ef\u675c\u7d55\u4ee5\u516c\u6d77\u5340\u57df\u4f5c\u70ba\u63a9\u8b77\uff0c\u7316\u7357\u7684\u975e\u6cd5\u6f01\u696d\u4f5c\u696d\u884c\u70ba\u3002\u6d77\u6d0b\u4fdd\u80b2\u5340\uff0c\u662f\u6f01\u696d\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u95dc\u9375\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<hr \u5e74\u53f0\u7063\u56e0\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u975e\u6cd5\u6f01\u7372\u8f49\u904b\u53d7ICCAT\u5236\u88c1\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c1170%\u5927\u76ee\u9baa\u914d\u984d\u4e26\u9032\u884c\u6e1b\u8239\u30022009\u5e74\u65bc\u4e2d\u897f\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u6f01\u696d\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u5e74\u6703\u4e2d\u53cd\u5c0d\u8a2d\u7acb\u90e8\u5206\u516c\u6d77\u70ba\u6d77\u6d0b\u4fdd\u80b2\u5340\uff0c\u9694\u5e74\u53c8\u53d7\u5230\u5eab\u514b\u7fa4\u5cf6\u65bc\u5927\u6703\u4e2d\u56b4\u53b2\u65a5\u8cac\u5176\u975e\u6cd5\u4f5c\u696d\u6848\u4f8b\u4e26\u8981\u6c42\u652f\u6301\u4e09\u865f\u516c\u6d77\u7ba1\u7406\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n<p>[3]\u00a0<a
