class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u6709\u6bd2\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8cea\u5728\u751f\u7522\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u6216\u8655\u7f6e\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\u4e2d\uff0c\u90fd\u6703\u5c0d\u4eba\u3001\u751f\u7269\u6216\u74b0\u5883\u5e36\u4f86\u6f5b\u5728\u5371\u5bb3\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u5371\u96aa\u6027\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u6301\u4e45\u6027\uff1a\u5728\u81ea\u7136\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u6703\u9017\u7559\u5f88\u9577\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\u901a\u904e\u751f\u7269\u964d\u89e3\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u65b9\u6cd5\u5206\u89e3\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u751f\u7269\u7d2f\u7a4d\u6027\uff1a\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u751f\u7269\u9ad4\u5167\u7d2f\u7a4d\u751a\u81f3\u5728\u98df\u7269\u93c8\u5167\u7d2f\u7a4d\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u6bd2\u6027\u3001\u81f4\u764c\u6027\uff1a\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u764c\u75c7\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u57fa\u56e0\u8a98\u8b8a\u6027\uff1a\u81f4\u8eab\u9ad4\u5167\u57fa\u56e0\u8b8a\u7570\u548c\u81f4\u7578\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u751f\u6b96\u7cfb\u7d71\u6bd2\u6027\uff1a\u6bd2\u5bb3\u751f\u6b96\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5e72\u64fe\u5167\u5206\u6ccc\uff1a\u5373\u4f7f\u5291\u91cf\u6975\u4f4e\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u6539\u8b8a\u8377\u723e\u8499\u7cfb\u7d71\u3001\u5e72\u64fe\u5167\u5206\u6ccc\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u795e\u7d93\u7cfb\u7d71\u6bd2\u6027\uff1a\u6bd2\u5bb3\u795e\u7d93\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u8a31\u591a\u6709\u6bd2\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8cea\uff08Hazardous Chemicals\uff09\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u90fd\u4e0d\u80fd\u5728\u5de5\u5ee0\u6392\u653e\u5230\u6cb3\u6d41\u5f8c\uff0c\u624d\u60f3\u8655\u7406\u65b9\u6cd5\u6d88\u9664\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u300c\u5148\u6c61\u67d3\u3001\u5f8c\u6cbb\u7406\u300d\u7684\u8fa6\u6cd5\u9700\u8981\u6975\u9ad8\u7684\u793e\u6703\u548c\u7d93\u6fdf\u6210\u672c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56e0\u70ba\u6709\u6bd2\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8cea\u4e00\u65e6\u88ab\u91cb\u653e\u5230\u74b0\u5883\u7576\u4e2d\uff0c\u5c31\u5f88\u96e3\u751a\u81f3\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u63a7\u5236\u5b83\u5011\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6709\u6bd2\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8cea \uff08Hazardous Chemicals\uff09\u901a\u904e\u5de5\u696d\u6c61\u6c34\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u7d93\u904e\u666e\u901a\u6c61\u6c34\u8655\u7406\u5ee0\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u6709\u5f88\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u6709\u6bd2\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8cea\u90fd\u4e0d\u80fd\u6d88\u9664\uff0c\u5b83\u5011\u6216\u8005\u901a\u904e\u6c61\u6c34\u6392\u653e\u81f3\u6c5f\u6cb3\u4e2d\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u7a4d\u805a\u5728\u6c61\u6c34\u88ab\u8655\u7406\u5f8c\u7522\u751f\u7684\u6de4\u6ce5\u4e2d\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5f62\u6210\u66f4\u52a0\u5371\u96aa\u7684\u5ee2\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6709\u6548\u505c\u6b62\u6709\u6bd2\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8cea\u7684\u751f\u7522\u548c\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u54c1\u6216\u6d88\u9664\u5c0d\u9019\u4e9b\u7269\u8cea\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u624d\u662f\u89e3\u6c7a\u8fa6\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"a1\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E6%9C%89%E6%AF%92%E6%9C%89%E5%AE%B3%E7%89%A9%E5%88%86%E7%82%BA%E5%85%A9%E5%A4%A7%E9%A1%9E%EF%BC%9A%E9%87%8D%E9%87%91%E5%B1%AC%E5%8F%8A%E6%8C%81%E4%B9%85%E6%80%A7%E7%94%9F%E7%89%A9%E7%B4%AF%E7%A9%8D%E6%80%A7%E6%B1%A1%E6%9F%93%E7%89%A9\"><\/span>\u6709\u6bd2\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u5206\u70ba\u5169\u5927\u985e\uff1a\u91cd\u91d1\u5c6c\u53ca\u6301\u4e45\u6027\u751f\u7269\u7d2f\u7a4d\u6027\u6c61\u67d3\u7269<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u6301\u4e45\u6027\u751f\u7269\u7d2f\u7a4d\u6027\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\uff08Persistent Bio-accumulative Toxins\uff0c\u7c21\u7a31PBT\uff09\u662f\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u6709\u6bd2\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u5982\u7532\u57fa\u6c5e\u3001PCBs\u3001DDT\u548c\u4e8c\u5641\u82f1\u7b49\uff0c\u5b83\u5011\u6703\u640d\u5bb3\u74b0\u5883\u548c\u4eba\u9ad4\u5065\u5eb7\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6bd2\u6027\u975e\u5e38\u6301\u4e45\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u74b0\u5883\u5b58\u7559\u5f88\u9577\u7684\u6642\u9593\u800c\u4e0d\u88ab\u5206\u89e3\u3002\u52d5\u7269\u548c\u4eba\u985e\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u5f9e\u98df\u7269\u4e2d\u651d\u53d6\u9019\u4e9b\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u4e26\u6b98\u7559\u5728\u8eab\u9ad4\u4e2d\uff1b\u7531\u65bc\u4eba\u985e\u4f4d\u65bc\u7684\u6700\u4e0a\u7aef\uff0c\u5438\u6536\u5230\u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\u6703\u66f4\u9ad8\u3002\u5982\u679c\u9b5a\u3001\u91ce\u751f\u52d5\u7269\u548c\u4eba\u985e\u9577\u671f \u66b4\u9732\u5728PBT\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f15\u4f86\u5f88\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u6bd2\u6027\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u640d\u5bb3\u4e2d\u6a1e\u795e\u7d93\u3001\u751f\u6b96\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u9020\u6210\u767c\u80b2\u969c\u7919\u3001\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u61c9\u6291\u5236\u3001\u764c\u75c7\u548c\u5167\u5206\u6ccc\u7d0a\u4e82\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"a2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E5%B8%B8%E8%A6%8B%E7%94%A8%E6%96%BC%E7%94%9F%E7%94%A2%E7%9A%84%E6%9C%89%E6%AF%92%E6%9C%89%E5%AE%B3%E7%89%A9%E8%B3%AA%EF%BC%8C%E4%BB%A5%E5%8F%8A%E5%AE%83%E5%80%91%E5%B0%8D%E7%92%B0%E5%A2%83%E5%92%8C%E4%BA%BA%E9%AB%94%E7%9A%84%E5%A8%81%E8%84%85%EF%BC%9A\"><\/span>\u5e38\u898b\u7528\u65bc\u751f\u7522\u7684\u6709\u6bd2\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5b83\u5011\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u548c\u4eba\u9ad4\u7684\u5a01\u8105\uff1a<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"a3\">\u925b\uff08Pb\uff09<\/h3>\n<p>\u4f5c\u70ba\u710a\u6599\uff08\u925b\u548c\u932b\u7684\u5408\u91d1\uff09\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6210\u5206\uff0c\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u4e2d\uff0c\u5982\u9670\u6975\u5c04\u7dda\u7ba1\uff08\u96fb\u8996\u6a5f\u548c\u986f\u793a\u5668\uff09\u73bb\u7483\u4ee5\u53ca\u925b\u9178\u96fb\u6c60\u4e2d\u7684\u6c27\u5316\u925b\u3002\u5176\u5316\u5408\u7269\u540c\u6a23\u9084\u5728\u805a\u6c2f\u4e59\u70ef \uff08PVC\uff09\u7dda\u7e9c\u548c\u5176\u5b83\u7522\u54c1\u4e2d\u7528\u4f5c\u7a69\u5b9a\u5291\u3002\u925b\u5c0d\u65bc\u4eba\u9ad4\u3001\u52d5\u7269\u548c\u690d\u7269\u5747\u5177\u6709\u6975\u5927\u7684\u6bd2\u6027\u3002\u925b\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u9577\u671f\u591a\u6b21\u63a5\u89f8\u9032\u5165\u4eba\u9ad4\uff0c\u4e26\u5c0d\u795e\u7d93\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u662f\u6b63\u8655\u65bc\u767c\u80b2\u7684\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u795e\u7d93\u7cfb\u7d71\u7522\u751f\u7121\u53ef\u633d\u56de\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<a id=\"a4\">\u9398\uff08Cd\uff09<\/h3>\n<p>\u901a\u5e38\u7528\u5728\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ee5\u9398\u5408\u91d1\u5f62\u5f0f\u51fa\u73fe\u5728\u958b\u95dc\u548c\u710a\u63a5\u9ede\uff0c\u4e5f\u7528\u4f5c\u53ef\u5145\u96fb\u96fb\u6c60\u7684\u9398\u5316\u5408\u7269\u3001\u820a\u5f0f\u805a\u6c2f\u4e59\u70ef\uff08PVC\uff09\u7dda\u7e9c\u88e1\u7684\u7d2b\u5916\u5149\u7a69\u5b9a\u5291\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u820a\u5f0f\u9670\u6975\u5c04\u7dda\u7ba1\u88cf\u7684\u300c\u78f7\u300d\u5c64\u3002\u8207\u925b\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u9398\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u4eba\u9ad4\u5167\u9577\u671f\u56e4\u7a4d\uff0c\u9577\u671f\u63a5\u89f8\u6703\u640d\u58de\u814e\u548c\u9aa8\u80f3\u69cb\u9020\u3002\u9398\u53ca\u5176\u5316\u5408\u7269\u70ba\u773e\u6240\u5468\u77e5\u7684\u81f4\u764c\u7269\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u901a\u904e\u5438\u5165\u53d7\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u6c23\u9ad4\u6216\u5875\u57c3\u9032\u5165\u4eba\u9ad4\u3002 id=\"a5\">\u591a\u6c2f\u806f\u82ef\uff08PCB\uff09<\/h3>\n<p>\u4e00\u76f4\u90fd\u88ab\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7528\u4f5c\u8b8a\u58d3\u5668\u548c\u96fb\u5bb9\u5668\u7684\u7d55\u7de3\u6db2\u9ad4\uff0c\u4e5f\u88ab\u7528\u4f5c\u805a\u6c2f\u4e59\u70ef\u548c\u5176\u5b83\u805a\u5408\u9ad4\u4e2d\u7684\u963b\u71c3\u589e\u5851\u5291\u3002\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u9ad8\u5ea6\u6301\u4e45\u5177\u751f\u7269\u7d2f\u7a4d\u6027\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u8fc5\u901f\u50b3\u64ad\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u91ce\u751f\u52d5\u690d\u7269\u7684\u9ad4\u5167\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d\uff0c\u6210\u5343\u4e0a\u842c\u500d\u8513\u5ef6\u3002\u591a\u6c2f\u806f\u82ef\u80fd\u5920\u7522\u751f\u591a\u7a2e\u6709\u6bd2\u6548\u61c9\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6291\u5236\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u3001\u809d\u81df\u640d\u50b7\u3001\u764c\u4fc3\u9032\u3001\u795e\u7d93\u7cfb\u7d71\u640d\u50b7\u3001\u884c\u70ba\u8f49\u8b8a\u4ee5\u53ca\u640d\u50b7\u7537\u6027\u548c\u5973\u6027\u7684\u751f\u6b96\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002<a
