\u516c\u5e03\u300a\u4e00\u6b21\u7528\u5851\u81a0\u6307\u4ee4 (Directive (EU) 2019\/904 on the reduction of the impact of certain plastic products on the environment) \u300b\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u653f\u7b56\u4f86\u89e3\u6c7a\u6b50\u6d32\u6d77\u7058\u4e0a\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u5851\u81a0\u6c61\u67d3\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u6839\u64da\u7522\u54c1\u53ca\u53ef\u66ff\u4ee3\u65b9\u6848\u63d0\u51fa\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5e02\u5834\u6d41\u901a\u7ba1\u5236\u3001\u6e1b\u91cf\u3001\u8a2d\u8a08\u53ca\u6a19\u793a\u898f\u7bc4\u548c\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5ef6\u4f38\u8cac\u4efb\u5236\u5ea6\u7b49\u5404\u9805\u63aa\u65bd\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u91dd\u5c0d\u5e02\u9762\u4e0a\u5df2\u6709\u66ff\u4ee3\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u5851\u81a0\u88fd\u54c1\uff0c\u5c07\u65bc 2021 \u5e74 7 \u6708\u5be6\u65bd\u5e02\u5834\u901a\u7ba1\u5236\uff0c\u82e5\u66ab\u6642\u7121\u53ef\u5ee3\u6cdb\u53d6\u5f97\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u54c1\uff0c\u5247\u8981\u6c42\u61c9\u7a4d\u6975\u6e1b\u91cf\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u81ea 2021 \u5e74 7 \u6708\u8d77\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5e02\u5834\u5c07\u5168\u9762\u7981\u7528\u5305\u62ec\u9910\u5177\uff08\u5200\u3001\u53c9\u3001\u52fa\u3001\u7b77\uff09\u3001\u9910\u76e4\u3001\u5438\u7ba1\u3001\u68c9\u82b1\u68d2\u3001\u98f2\u6599\u652a\u62cc\u68d2\u3001\u6c23\u7403\u687f\u3001\u4fdd\u9e97\u9f8d\u98df\u7269\u5bb9\u5668\u3001\u98f2\u6599\u5bb9\u5668\u53ca\u98f2\u6599\u676f\u7b49\u4e00\u6b21\u7528\u5851\u81a0\u7528\u54c1\u3002\u6b64\u898f\u7bc4\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u6240\u6709\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u5851\u81a0\u88fd\u54c1\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u50b3\u7d71\u5851\u81a0\u3001\u751f\u7269\u57fa\u3001\u751f\u7269\u53ef\u5206\u89e3\u6216\u53ef\u5806\u80a5\u5851\u81a0\u7b49\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u5851\u81a0\u88fd\u54c1\uff0c\u4e26\u6db5\u84cb\u5177\u6709\u5851\u81a0\u5167\u819c\u7b49\u8907\u5408\u5f0f\u6750\u8cea\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u7528\u54c1\uff0c\u81ea 2021 \u5e74 7 \u6708\u8d77\u90fd\u5c07\u7981\u6b62\u65bc\u6b50\u76df\u5e02\u5834\u4e2d\u6d41\u901a\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7531\u65bc\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u5851\u81a0\u7d19\u54c1\u7684\u53ef\u91cd\u8907\u4f7f\u7528\u66ff\u4ee3\u7522\u54c1\u5728\u6b50\u6d32\u5883\u5167\u5df2\u975e\u5e38\u666e\u53ca\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u8981\u6c42\u6703\u54e1\u570b\u61c9\u7a4d\u6975\u63a8\u5ee3\u53ef\u91cd\u8907\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u55ae\u7d14\u4ee5\u5176\u4ed6\u6750\u6599\u88fd\u9020\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u7522\u54c1\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6b50\u76df\u540c\u6642\u8981\u6c42\u6703\u54e1\u570b\u91dd\u5c0d\u98df\u7269\u5bb9\u5668\u53ca\u98f2\u6599\u676f\u63a1\u53d6\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u5728 2026 \u5e74\u4e4b\u524d\u9054\u6210\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u6e1b\u91cf\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u5404\u570b\u53ef\u4f9d\u64da\u570b\u60c5\u63a1\u53d6\u5408\u9069\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u591a\u9805\u63aa\u65bd\u642d\u914d\u66f4\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u9054\u6210\u6e1b\u91cf\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li
