class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u6839\u64da\u4e2d\u592e\u6c23\u8c61\u5c40\u8cc7\u6599\u986f\u793a\uff0c2019\u5e7412\u6708~2020\u5e742\u6708\u7684\u51ac\u5b63\uff0c\u5168\u81fa25\u500b\u6e2c\u7ad9\u5747\u6eab\u7686\u9ad8\u65bc\u6c23\u5019\u5e73\u5747\u503c\uff0c\u4e14\u9054\u5230\u300c\u9ad8\u6eab\u300d\u985e\u5225\uff0c\u66f4\u5275\u4e0b1947\u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86\u7b2c3\u6696\u51ac\u7684\u7d00\u9304\uff1b\u800c2020\u5e742\u30013\u6708\u4e5f\u6301\u7e8c\u504f\u6696\uff0c\u6708\u5747\u6eab\u9084\u5275\u4e0b\u6b77\u53f2\u7b2c2\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u904e\u9032\u51654\u6708\u4ee5\u5f8c\uff0c\u5247\u662f\u660e\u986f\u8f49\u51b7\uff0c\u9084\u51fa\u73fe4\u6708\u5c11\u898b\u7684\u5bd2\u6d41\uff0c\u5275\u4e0b1997\u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0824\u5e74\u9593\uff09\u6700\u51b74\u6708\u7684\u7d00\u9304\uff0c\u5747\u6eab\u70ba\u651d\u6c0f23.1\u5ea6\uff0c\u8f03\u904e\u53bb\u5747\u6eab\u9084\u4f4e\u4e861.38\u5ea6\uff1b\u4e3b\u8981\u53d7\u5927\u9678\u51b7\u6c23\u5718\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c4\u670813\u65e5\u9084\u6e2c\u5f97\u81fa\u5317\u7ad9\u6c23\u6eab10.3\u5ea6\u3001\u65b0\u7af9\u7ad99.5\u5ea6\u7684\u4f4e\u6eab\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u800c\u5bd2\u6d41\u4f86\u8972\u4e0d\u50c5\u5f71\u97ff\u4e00\u822c\u4eba\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u66f4\u885d\u64ca\u5168\u81fa\u8fb2\u696d\u751f\u7522\u8a08\u756b\uff0c\u50cf\u662f\u6625\u8336\u3001\u679c\u6a39\u7b49\uff0c\u5747\u56e0\u5bd2\u5bb3\u6e1b\u7522\u3002\u56de\u9867\u904e\u53bb\u6b77\u53f2\uff0c2000\u5e74~2017\u5e74\u9593\uff0c\u5171\u67099\u6b21\u57284\u6708\u9593\u51fa\u73fe\u5bd2\u6d41\uff0c1943\u5e74\u81fa\u5317\u4f4e\u6eab\u751a\u81f3\u53ea\u67094.7\u5ea6\uff0c\u63db\u7b97\u4e0b\u4f86\u5e73\u57472~3\u5e74\u5c31\u6709\u4e00\u6b214\u6708\u5bd2\u6d41\uff1b\u76f8\u8f03\u5bd2\u6d41\u5e7e\u4e4e\u96c6\u4e2d\u572812~3\u6708\u9593\uff0c4\u6708\u767c\u751f\u5bd2\u6d41\u6848\u4f8b\u8f03\u5c11\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E5%85%A8%E7%90%83%E5%9D%87%E6%BA%AB%E9%A3%86%E9%AB%98_%E6%A5%B5%E7%AB%AF%E6%B0%A3%E5%80%99%E4%BA%8B%E4%BB%B6%E9%A0%BB%E5%82%B3\"><\/span>\u5168\u7403\u5747\u6eab\u98c6\u9ad8 \u6975\u7aef\u6c23\u5019\u4e8b\u4ef6\u983b\u50b3<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u96a8\u8457\u5168\u7403\u5347\u6eab\u8da8\u52e2\uff0c\u6975\u7aef\u6c23\u5019\u4e8b\u4ef6\u6108\u767c\u983b\u7e41\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u5bb6\u6d77\u6d0b\u548c\u5927\u6c23\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff08NOAA\uff09\u8cc7\u6599\u986f\u793a\uff0c2020\u5e745\u6708\u5168\u7403\u8868\u9762\u6eab\u5ea6\u8f0320\u4e16\u7d00\u5747\u6eab\u9ad8\u51fa0.95\u5ea6\uff0c\u7a81\u7834140\u5e74\u7d00\u9304\uff1b\u540c\u6642\u5317\u534a\u74035\u6708\u6eab\u5ea6\u504f\u96e2\u5e73\u5747\u503c1.19\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e5f\u8b93\u5317\u534a\u7403\u5ea6\u904e\u6709\u7d00\u9304\u4ee5\u4f86\u6700\u71b1\u76845\u6708\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2019\u5e74\u6975\u7aef\u6c23\u5019\u4e8b\u4ef6\u983b\u50b3\uff0c\u6fb3\u6d32\u5747\u6eab\u98c6\u783440\u5ea6\u3001\u52a0\u4e0a\u7570\u5e38\u4e7e\u65f1\u8b93\u68ee\u6797\u91ce\u706b\u5ef6\u71d28\u500b\u6708\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u6700\u7d42\u56e030\u5e74\u4f86\u6700\u5927\u964d\u96e8\u6ec5\u4e86\u91ce\u706b\uff0c\u537b\u540c\u6642\u5e36\u4f86\u6c34\u60a3\uff0c\u6578\u5343\u4eba\u88ab\u8feb\u64a4\u96e2\u5bb6\u5712\uff1b\u5e7e\u4e4e\u540c\u4e00\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u5a01\u5c3c\u65af\u5247\u662f\u906d\u904753\u5e74\u4f86\u6700\u6158\u91cd\u6c34\u707d\uff0c\u6c34\u4f4d\u98c6\u9ad8\u52301.87\u516c\u5c3a\uff0c\u5275\u4e0b\u5a01\u5c3c\u65af\u53f2\u4e0a\u7b2c2\u9ad8\u7684\u6df9\u6c34\u7d00\u9304\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53cd\u89c0\u81fa\u7063\uff0c\u904e\u53bb5\u5e74\u7684\u5e74\u5747\u6eab\u4e0d\u65b7\u5275\u65b0\u9ad8\uff0c2015\u5e74~2019\u5e74\u7686\u70ba\u6700\u71b1\u5747\u6eab\u524d6\u540d\uff0c\u800c\u4e142015\u5e74\u5f8c\u7684\u5e74\u5747\u6eab\u5f9e\u672a\u4f4e\u65bc\u651d\u6c0f24.2\u5ea6\u3002\u4ee5\u5168\u7403\u8da8\u52e2\u4f86\u770b\uff0c\u8fd130\u5e74\u4f86\uff0c\u6bcf10\u5e74\u5747\u6eab\u4e0a\u53470.2\u5ea6\uff0c\u81ea1977\u5e74\u81f3\u4eca\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u5747\u6eab\u5df2\u9023\u7e8c43\u5e74\u9ad8\u65bc\u767e\u5e74\u6c23\u5019\u503c\uff0c\u4e14\u767e\u5e74\u4f86\u6700\u71b1\u5e74\u524d8\u540d\u90fd\u767c\u751f\u5728\u8fd110\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E6%B0%A3%E5%80%99%E8%AE%8A%E9%81%B7%E7%87%83%E7%87%92%E6%88%90%E6%B0%A3%E5%80%99%E5%8D%B1%E6%A9%9F\"><\/span>\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u9077\u71c3\u71d2\u6210\u6c23\u5019\u5371\u6a5f<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u9077\u52a0\u5287\uff0c\u8b93\u9ad8\u6eab\u3001\u5f37\u964d\u96e8\u7b49\u6975\u7aef\u6c23\u5019\u4e8b\u4ef6\u66f4\u983b\u7e41\u5730\u767c\u751f\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u96a8\u8457\u6975\u5708\u51b0\u5c64\u6d88\u878d\uff0c\u6d77\u5e73\u9762\u4e0a\u5347\u4e5f\u6210\u70ba\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u9077\u7684\u300c\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u300d\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u81fa\u7063\u5728\u5167\u7684\u6cbf\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u5cf6\u5dbc\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u6d77\u5e73\u9762\u4e0a\u5347\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7834\u7d00\u9304\u9ad8\u6eab\u662f\u5730\u7403\u7d66\u4eba\u985e\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u8b66\u8a0a\uff0c\u7576\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u9077\u6f14\u8b8a\u6210\u5a01\u8105\u4eba\u985e\u751f\u5b58\u7684\u6c23\u5019\u5371\u6a5f\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u61c9\u8a72\u52a0\u5feb\u6dd8\u6c70\u52a9\u9577\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u9077\u7684\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u662f\u71c3\u7164\u96fb\u529b\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f9e\u8f49\u7528\u66f4\u6c38\u7e8c\u4e14\u6e05\u6f54\u7684\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u96fb\u529b\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u6bcf\u6b21\u7528\u96fb\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0d\u5730\u7403\u8207\u4e0b\u4e00\u4ee3\u9020\u6210\u7684\u50b7\u5bb3\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u53c3\u8003\u8cc7\u6599\uff1a<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u4e2d\u592e\u6c23\u8c61\u5c40<a
