\/><\/p>\n<p>\u5f9e\u963f\u62c9\u65af\u52a0\u7684\u5317\u6975\u539f\u4f4f\u6c11\uff0c\u5230\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u5cf6\u570b\u7684\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u9077\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\uff0c\u5f9e\u7f8e\u570b\u897f\u96c5\u5716\u7684\u7368\u6728\u821f\u6297\u8b70\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u5230\u5805\u5b88\u5728 SHELL \u82f1\u570b\u7e3d\u90e8\u5916\u7684\u5de8\u578b\u5317\u6975\u718a\uff0c\u7576\u7136\u9084\u6709\u8eab\u8655\u81fa\u7063\u7684\u60a8\u8207\u5168\u7403\u8d85\u904e 700 \u842c\u300c\u5317\u6975\u5b88\u8b77\u8005\u300d\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u662f\u773e\u4eba\u5171\u540c\u7684\u52dd\u5229\uff01<\/p>\n<p>SHELL \u7684\u9019\u500b\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u6e90\u65bc SHELL \u4eca\u5e74\u590f\u5929\u6b63\u5f0f\u958b\u59cb\u5728\u963f\u62c9\u65af\u52a0\u695a\u79d1\u5947\u6d77\u540d\u70ba\u300cBURGER-J\u300d\u7684\u947d\u4e95\u8a66\u884c\u947d\u6cb9\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u7a2e\u7a2e\u8de1\u8c61\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u947d\u4e95\u7684\u77f3\u6cb9\u548c\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u300c\u4e26\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u652f\u6301\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u52d8\u63a2\u6d3b\u52d5\u300d\u3002\u96d6\u7136 SHELL \u5728\u683c\u9675\u862d\u7b49\u5730\u4e5f\u7372\u5f97\u947d\u6cb9\u8a31\u53ef\uff0c\u4f46\u7576\u5730\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u689d\u4ef6\u6bd4\u695a\u79d1\u5947\u6d77\u66f4\u70ba\u56b4\u82db\uff0cSHELL \u65e2\u5df2\u653e\u68c4\u695a\u79d1\u5947\u6d77\uff0c\u66f4\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u5230\u683c\u9675\u862d\u947d\u6cb9\uff0c\u63db\u53e5\u8a71\u8aaa\uff0cSHELL \u7684\u947d\u6cb9\u91ce\u5fc3\u53ef\u4ee5\u8aaa\u5df2\u7d93\u88ab\u300c\u51b0\u5c01\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u5be6 SHELL \u7684\u78ba\u5728\u963f\u62c9\u65af\u52a0\u5317\u6975\u627e\u5230\u860a\u85cf\u7684\u77f3\u6cb9\u548c\u5929\u7136\u6c23\uff0c\u4f46\u70ba\u4f55\u6700\u7d42\u653e\u68c4\u5317\u6975\u947d\u6cb9\uff1f<a href=\"http:\/\/www.shell.com\/global\/aboutshell\/investor\/news-and-library\/2015\/shell-updates-on-alaska-exploration.html\">SHELL \u5728\u8072\u660e<\/a>\u4e2d\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u6709\u95dc\u6c7a\u5b9a\u53cd\u6620\u947d\u4e95\u947d\u63a2\u7d50\u679c\u3001\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u9ad8\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u8207\u300c\u4e0d\u53ef\u9810\u77e5\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u76f8\u95dc\u76e3\u7ba1\u6311\u6230\u300d\u3002\u5f9e\u8072\u660e\u7684\u5b57\u88e1\u884c\u9593\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230 SHELL \u767c\u73fe\u53cd\u5c0d\u5b83\u7684\u6d6a\u6f6e\u8207\u65e5\u4ff1\u589e\uff0c\u5b83\u7684\u5317\u6975\u947d\u6cb9\u91ce\u5fc3\u66f4\u9010\u6f38\u5931\u53bb\u50c5\u9918\u7684\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5168\u7403\u8d85\u904e 700 \u842c\u300c\u5317\u6975\u5b88\u8b77\u8005\u300d\u53cd\u5c0d\u5317\u6975\u947d\u6cb9\u547c\u8072\u548c\u4e00\u6ce2\u63a5\u4e00\u6ce2\u7684\u6297\u8b70\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u662f SHELL \u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u653e\u68c4\u5317\u6975\u947d\u6cb9\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u5c31\u5982<a href=\"http:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/business\/2015\/sep\/28\/shell-ceases-alaska-arctic-drilling-exploratory-well-oil-gas-disappoints\">\u82f1\u570b\u300a\u885b\u5831\u300b<\/a>\u7684\u5831\u5c0e\u6240\u5f62\u5bb9\uff1a\u516c\u773e\u6297\u8b70\u884c\u52d5\u8b93 SHELL \u7684\u54c1\u724c\u5f62\u8c61\u56b4\u91cd\u53d7\u5275\uff0c\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u8b93 SHELL \u5403\u4e86\u4e00\u9a5a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8877\u5fc3\u611f\u8b1d\u60a8\u7684\u53c3\u8207\u548c\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u8b93 SHELL \u7d42\u65bc\u653e\u68c4\u5230\u5317\u6975\u947d\u6cb9\u3002\u904e\u53bb\u4e09\u5e74\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u4e0d\u8ad6\u662f\u53c3\u8207\u9023\u7f72\u3001\u5206\u4eab\u6700\u65b0\u6d88\u606f\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u6177\u6168\u6350\u52a9\uff0c\u9ede\u9ede\u6ef4\u6ef4\uff0c\u6210\u5c31\u4eca\u5929\u9019\u500b\u5b88\u8b77\u5317\u6975\u4e00\u5927\u52dd\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n<div \u9000\u51fa\u5317\u6975\uff0c\u8b93\u5176\u4ed6\u5168\u7403\u77f3\u6cb9\u4f01\u696d\u4e5f\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u91cd\u65b0\u5be9\u8996\u662f\u5426\u8981\u7e7c\u7e8c\u5192\u96aa\u8a66\u5716\u5230\u5317\u6975\u947d\u6cb9\uff0c\u4e5f\u986f\u793a\u5168\u7403\u7684\u5927\u52e2\u6240\u8da8\uff1a\u70ba\u61c9\u5c0d\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u9077\u9019\u4e00\u4e16\u4ee3\u7684\u6700\u5927\u5a01\u8105\uff0c\u50cf\u5317\u6975\u947d\u6cb9\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u300c\u6975\u7aef\u80fd\u6e90\u8a08\u5283\u300d\u4e0d\u61c9\u5b58\u5728\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u904e\u53bb\u4e09\u5e74\uff0c\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u7684\u300c\u5b88\u8b77\u5317\u6975\u300d\u5168\u7403\u5c08\u6848\uff0c\u8b93\u5962\u60f3\u5230\u5317\u6975\u947d\u6cb9\u7684 SHELL \u4ed8\u51fa\u8d85\u4e4e\u5176\u60f3\u50cf\u7684\u4ee3\u50f9\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u5e7e\u500b\u6708\u4f86\u7684\u548c\u5e73\u6297\u8b70\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u8b93 SHELL \u7684\u52d5\u5411\u4e00\u76f4\u5728\u516c\u773e\u6ce8\u8996\u76ee\u5149\u4e4b\u4e0b\u3002\u64da\u82f1\u570b\u300a\u885b\u5831\u300b\u5f15\u8ff0 SHELL \u57f7\u884c\u9577 Ben van Beurden \u7684\u56de\u61c9\u6307\u51fa\uff0cSHELL \u9664\u4e86\u70ba\u5317\u6975\u947d\u6cb9\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f62\u8c61\u800c\u5927\u5403\u4e00\u9a5a\uff0c\u4e5f\u64d4\u5fc3\u5317\u6975\u947d\u6cb9\u8b70\u984c\u6703\u6709\u7919\u77f3\u6cb9\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u9077\u8ac7\u5224\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u3002\u800c\u5c31\u5728\u5169\u500b\u6708\u5f8c\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u9818\u8896\u5c07\u805a\u9996\u6cd5\u570b\u5df4\u9ece\uff0c\u5c55\u958b\u65b0\u4e00\u8f2a\u7684\u6c23\u5019\u8ac7\u5224\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u63a5\u4e0b\u4f86\u6211\u5011\u4e0d\u4f46\u8981\u8b93\u6240\u6709\u570b\u969b\u77f3\u6cb9\u516c\u53f8\u653e\u68c4\u9032\u4f54\u5317\u6975\u7684\u91ce\u5fc3\uff0c\u4e5f\u8981\u63a8\u52d5\u7f8e\u570b\u7e3d\u7d71\u6b50\u5df4\u99ac\u53d6\u6d88\u6240\u6709\u5317\u6975\u947d\u6cb9\u8a31\u53ef\uff0c\u4e26\u5ba3\u4f48\u6c38\u4e45\u7981\u6b62\u5728\u5317\u6975\u963f\u62c9\u65af\u52a0\u5dde\u947d\u6cb9\u3002\u6700\u7d42\u9081\u5411\u6210\u7acb\u300c\u5317\u6975\u4fdd\u8b77\u5340\u300d\uff0c\u5168\u9762\u7981\u6b62\u5317\u6975\u6c34\u57df\u947d\u6cb9\u53ca\u5de5\u696d\u5316\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u6355\u6488\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002\u8207\u6b64\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4e5f\u5fc5\u9808\u52a0\u5feb\u63a8\u52d5\u4f7f\u7528\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u3001\u4e0d\u518d\u4f9d\u8cf4\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u7684\u672a\u4f86\u3002\u671f\u76fc\u60a8\u7e7c\u7e8c\u8207\u6211\u5011\u540c\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u5ef6\u4f38\u95b1\u8b80\uff1a<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a
