2018\u5e74\u81fa\u7063\u5ba3\u5e03\u5168\u9762\u7981\u7528\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u5851\u81a0\u88fd\u54c1\uff0c\u66fe\u88ab\u8b7d\u70ba\u4e9e\u6d32\u6e1b\u5851\u5148\u92d2\uff0c\u4f46\u4e09\u5e74\u904e\u53bb\uff0c\u6574\u9ad4\u5851\u81a0\u7528\u91cf\u4e0d\u6e1b\u53cd\u589e\uff0c\u53bb\u5e74\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u98f2\u6599\u676f\u7528\u91cf\u66f4\u8fd1\u905420\u5104\u500b\uff0c\u986f\u898b\u653f\u5e9c\u6e1b\u5851\u529b\u4e0d\u5f9e\u5fc3\uff0c\u7a7a\u6709\u9858\u666f\uff0c\u7f3a\u4e4f\u4f5c\u70ba\u3002\u570b\u969b\u9593\u5df2\u7d93\u6709\u70ba\u89e3\u6c7a\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u98f2\u6599\u676f\u4f7f\u7528\u6cdb\u6feb\u554f\u984c\u63a1\u53d6\u7684\u5f37\u5236\u6e1b\u91cf\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u5efa\u8b70\u74b0\u4fdd\u7f72\u53ef\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e0b\u534a\u5e74\u5373\u5c07\u4fee\u8a02\u300c\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u98f2\u6599\u676f\u6e1b\u91cf\u8fa6\u6cd5\u300d\u7684\u53c3\u8003\u4f5c\u6cd5\uff0c\u4ee5\u9130\u8fd1\u7684\u97d3\u570b\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c2018\u5e74\u97d3\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u8207\u5496\u5561\u5e97\u3001\u901f\u98df\u5e97\u7b49\u5927\u578b\u4f01\u696d\u5354\u8b70\u6e1b\u91cf\uff0c\u66fe\u6e1b\u4e0b14.4%\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u91cf\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u6cf0\u570b\u9810\u8a08\u57282022\u5e74\u5168\u9762\u6dd8\u6c70\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u5851\u81a0\u676f<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>\uff0c\u4e5f\u8b93\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u6182\u5fc3\u81fa\u7063\u672a\u4f86\u6050\u4ee5\uff02\u5851\u81a0\u73cd\u5976\uff02\u4e4b\u540d\u53d6\u4ee3\u6e1b\u5851\u4e9e\u6d32\u7b2c\u4e00\u7684\u7f8e\u540d\uff0c\u547c\u7c72\u74b0\u4fdd\u7f72\u9808\u589e\u8a02\u66f4\u591a\u5f37\u5236\u6e1b\u91cf\u8fa6\u6cd5\uff0c\u52a0\u5feb\u7981\u5851\u8173\u6b65\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u570b\u969b\u7981\u7528\u6642\u7a0b\u8d85\u524d\u81fa\u7063<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u904e\u53bb\u5341\u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u81fa\u7063\u5728\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u98f2\u6599\u676f\u7684\u7ba1\u5236\u4e0a\u50c5\u6709\u734e\u52f5\u6c11\u773e\u81ea\u5099\u74b0\u4fdd\u676f\u4e00\u9014\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u8a98\u56e0\u4e0d\u8db3\u4e5f\u975e\u5f37\u5236\u6e1b\u91cf\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u53bb\u5e74\u98f2\u6599\u676f\u4f7f\u7528\u91cf\u548c\u5341\u5e74\u524d\u76f8\u6bd4\u589e\u52a0\u4e865\u5104\u500b\u3002\u4eca\u5e74\u74b0\u4fdd\u7f72\u9810\u8a08\u65bc\u4e0b\u534a\u5e74\u4fee\u8a02\u300c\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u98f2\u6599\u676f\u6e1b\u91cf\u8fa6\u6cd5\u300d\uff0c\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u8a8d\u70ba\u9019\u6b63\u662f\u74b0\u4fdd\u7f72\u5927\u5200\u95ca\u65a7\u6539\u9769\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u5c08\u6848\u4e3b\u4efb\u5510\u5b89\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u74b0\u4fdd\u7f72\u9808\u5f9e\u5931\u6557\u4e2d\u8a18\u53d6\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u55ae\u4e00\u9f13\u52f5\u6027\u63aa\u65bd\u6c92\u6709\u767c\u63ee\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u9808\u8981\u63a1\u53d6\u66f4\u591a\u5143\u3001\u5177\u5f37\u5236\u6027\u7684\u6e1b\u91cf\u8fa6\u6cd5\uff0c\u5982\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u98f2\u6599\u676f\u6536\u8cbb\uff0c\u624d\u6703\u6709\u7acb\u7aff\u898b\u5f71\u7684\u6548\u679c\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u70ba\u4e86\u89e3\u9664\u5851\u81a0\u5371\u6a5f\uff0c\u7981\u7528\u8072\u6d6a\u4e00\u6ce2\u63a5\u4e00\u6ce2\u3002\u6cd5\u570b\u5c07\u65bc\u4eca\u5e747\u6708\u8d77\u7981\u7528\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u5851\u81a0\u676f\u3001\u6cf0\u570b\u4e5f\u9810\u8a082022\u5e74\u7981\u7528\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u5851\u81a0\u676f\uff0c\u7981\u7528\u6642\u7a0b\u90fd\u6bd4\u81fa\u7063\u63d0\u524d\u8a31\u591a\u3002\u5510\u5b89\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u300c\u81fa\u7063\u73fe\u884c\u98f2\u6599\u676f\u6e1b\u91cf\u8fa6\u6cd5\u548c\u7981\u7528\u6642\u7a0b\u5df2\u7d93\u843d\u5f8c\u570b\u969b\u8da8\u52e2\uff0c\u518d\u52a0\u4e0a\u98f2\u6599\u676f\u6301\u7e8c\u589e\u52a0\u4e2d\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u653f\u5e9c\u9808\u7acb\u5373\u63a1\u53d6\u5f37\u5236\u6e1b\u91cf\u8fa6\u6cd5\uff0c\u5f9e\u4f7f\u7528\u91cf\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u71b1\u9ede\u8457\u624b\uff0c\u5982\u98f2\u6599\u5e97\uff0c\u518d\u9010\u6b65\u64f4\u5927\u7981\u7528\u7bc4\u570d\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u653f\u5e9c\u9808\u589e\u52a0\u591a\u5143\u6e1b\u91cf\u8fa6\u6cd5\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u6210\u6548<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u570b\u969b\u9593\u6e1b\u5851\u63aa\u65bd\u4e5f\u63a1\u4ee5\u591a\u5143\u65b9\u5f0f\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u6210\u6548\uff0c\u50cf\u662f\u97d3\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u57282018\u5e74\u8207\u5496\u5561\u5e97\u3001\u901f\u98df\u5e97\u7b49\u5927\u578b\u4f01\u696d\u7c3d\u8a02\u6e1b\u5851\u5354\u8b70\uff0c\u5167\u7528\u4e0d\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u98f2\u6599\u676f\uff0c\u4e00\u5e74\u5167\u7528\u91cf\u6e1b\u5c1114.4\uff05\u3002\u800c\u7576\u6642\u5354\u8b70\u9084\u672a\u7981\u7528\u7684\u7d19\u676f\uff0c\u5247\u9810\u8a08\u5728\u4eca\u5e74\u4e5f\u7981\u6b62\u63d0\u4f9b\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u898f\u5283\u57282022\u5e74\u5916\u5e36\u676f\u8981\u6536\u53d6\u62bc\u91d1\uff0c\u76ee\u6a19\u6e1b\u5c1135%\u5305\u542b\u98f2\u6599\u676f\u5728\u5167\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u5851\u81a0<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>\u3002\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u6eab\u54e5\u83ef\u5e02\u4e5f\u5c07\u5728\u660e\u5e74\u589e\u52a0\u98f2\u6599\u676f\u6536\u8cbb\u63aa\u65bd<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>\u3002\u5510\u5b89\u8aaa\uff0c\u300c\u570b\u969b\u4e0a\u65bd\u884c\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u98f2\u6599\u676f\u6e1b\u91cf\u8fa7\u6cd5\u96d6\u8f03\u81fa\u7063\u665a\uff0c\u4f46\u52dd\u5728\u63aa\u65bd\u591a\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u91cf\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u4e0d\u50cf\u81fa\u7063\u662f\u589e\u52a0\u7684\u3002\u800c\u4e14\u4e0d\u540c\u6e1b\u91cf\u63aa\u65bd\u4e5f\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u5faa\u5e8f\u6539\u8b8a\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u7fd2\u6163\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u5e36\u52d5\u5927\u578b\u4f01\u696d\u767c\u5c55\u66f4\u591a\u6dd8\u6c70\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u5851\u81a0\u7684\u5275\u65b0\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u65e5\u524d\uff0c\u97d3\u570b\u661f\u5df4\u514b\u5ba3\u5e03\u4e0b\u534a\u5e74\u5728\u6fdf\u5dde\u9580\u5e02\u5553\u52d5\u300cBetter Together \u300d\u8a08\u756b\uff0c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u53ea\u8981\u4ed8\u62bc\u91d11000\u97d3\u5143\u5c31\u80fd\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u91cd\u8907\u6e05\u6d17\u7684\u5faa\u74b0\u676f\uff0c\u7528\u5b8c\u518d\u62ff\u56de\u5e97\u5167\u5373\u53ef\u53d6\u56de\u62bc\u91d1\uff0c\u9810\u8a08\u5728\u4e94\u5e74\u5167\u65bc\u5168\u97d3\u570b\u5206\u5e97\u6dd8\u6c70\u6240\u6709\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u98f2\u6599\u676f\u3002\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u661f\u5df4\u514b\u662f\u56e0\u61c9\u97d3\u570b\u5404\u9805\u6e1b\u5851\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u53ca\u672a\u4f86\u4e0d\u5f97\u518d\u4f7f\u7528\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u98f2\u6599\u676f\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u76ee\u6a19\u800c\u6539\u8b8a\u92b7\u552e\u578b\u614b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u570b\u969b\u4e0a\u7a4d\u6975\u4e14\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5f37\u5236\u6e1b\u91cf\u63aa\u65bd\u53ef\u4f5c\u70ba\u74b0\u4fdd\u7f72\u4fee\u8a02\u300c\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u98f2\u6599\u676f\u6e1b\u91cf\u8fa6\u6cd5\u300d\u7684\u53c3\u8003\uff0c\u537b\u4e5f\u53cd\u6620\u51fa\u6211\u5011\u4e9e\u6d32\u6e1b\u5851\u7b2c\u4e00\u7684\u5149\u74b0\u4e0d\u518d\u3002\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u518d\u6b21\u547c\u7c72\u74b0\u4fdd\u7f72\u61c9\u8d81\u9019\u6b21\u4fee\u8a02\u7684\u5951\u6a5f\uff0c\u63a1\u7d0d\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5efa\u8b70\uff0c\u4fc3\u4f7f\u73cd\u73e0\u5976\u8336\u6649\u5347\u6210\u70ba\u4e16\u754c\u7b2c\u4e00\u676f\u74b0\u4fdd\u73cd\u5976\uff0c\u91cd\u62fe\u7121\u5851\u69ae\u8000\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u5efa\u8b70\u653f\u5e9c\u63a1\u53d6\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8fa6\u6cd5\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u589e\u52a0\u81ea\u5099\u74b0\u4fdd\u676f\u6298\u6263\uff0c\u63a1\u6bd4\u4f8b\u539f\u5247\u6298\u6263\u81f3\u5c11<\/strong><strong>15<\/strong><strong>\uff05<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u98f2\u6599\u676f\u61c9\u6536\u53d6\u6700\u4f4e\u8cbb\u7528<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5167\u7528\u7981\u7528\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u98f2\u6599\u676f<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u8981\u6c42\u5177\u898f\u6a21\u696d\u8005\u63d0\u5831\u6e1b\u91cf\u8a08\u756b\uff0c\u81f3\u5c11\u5728<\/strong><strong>2025<\/strong><strong>\u5e74\u524d\u6e1b\u91cf\u9054<\/strong><strong>50%<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<style>table
