400;\">\u8868\u9054\u62d2\u7d55\u81fa\u7063\u8840\u6c57\u6d77\u9bae\u7684\u7acb\u5834\u3002\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u7684\u884c\u52d5\u8005\uff0c\u5c07\u6f06\u6709\u6597\u5927\u300cSOS\u300d\u5b57\u6a23\u7684\u4eff\u88fd\u6f01\u8239\u8239\u8259\u642c\u5230\u884c\u653f\u9662\u5927\u9580\u53e3\u524d\uff0c\u8259\u5167\u6301\u7e8c\u64ad\u653e\u8457\u66fe\u5728\u81fa\u7063\u6f01\u8239\u4e0a\u5de5\u4f5c\u904e\u7684\u5370\u5c3c\u6f01\u5de5\u8207\u5176\u5bb6\u4eba\u7684\u9673\u60c5\u5f71\u7247\uff0c\u671f\u76fc\u81fa\u7063\u653f\u5e9c\u91cd\u8996\u5916\u7c4d\u6f01\u5de5\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7d00\u9304\u5916\u7c4d\u6f01\u5de5\u65e5\u5e38\u7684\u77ed\u7247\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e00\u4f4d\u5370\u5c3c\u7c4d\u7537\u5b50<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nurmansyah<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u63d0\u5230\uff0c\u4ed6\u64d4\u4efb\u6f01\u5de5\u7684\u5bb6\u4eba\u6b7b\u5728\u81fa\u7063\u6f01\u8239\u4e0a\uff0c\u64da\u4ed6\u6240\u77e5\uff0c\u6f01\u5de5\u751f\u75c5\u6642\uff0c\u8239\u9577\u6c92\u6709\u7d66\u4ed6\u4efb\u4f55\u85e5\uff0c\u300c\u6211\u8acb\u6c42\u5404\u4f4d\u95dc\u6ce8\u6f01\u5de5\u4eba\u6b0a\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4ed6\u5011\u75c5\u4e86\uff0c\u8acb\u7d66\u4ed6\u5011\u85e5\u5403\uff0c\u5225\u653e\u8457\u4e0d\u7ba1\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u4ed6\u5011\u6703\u6b7b\u53bb\u3002\u300d\u4e00\u65c1\u4eff\u88fd\u8239\u8259\u65c1\u7684\u5927\u578b\u6f01\u7db2\u4e0a\uff0c\u639b\u8457\u4f86\u81ea\u7f8e\u570b\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u7684\u74f6\u4e2d\u4fe1\uff0c\u547c\u7c72\u81fa\u7063\u653f\u5e9c\u7acb\u5373\u4fee\u6cd5\u63d0\u5347\u6f01\u5de5\u4eba\u6b0a\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span 400;\">\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u5f9e\u4e8b\u9060\u6d0b\u6f01\u696d\u7684\u5916\u7c4d\u6f01\u5de5\u906d\u5230\u5f37\u8feb\u52de\u52d5\u7684\u4e8b\u4ef6\u5c64\u51fa\u4e0d\u7aae\uff0c\u4e14\u653f\u5e9c\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u4e0d\u77e5\u60c5\uff0c\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u6771\u5357\u4e9e\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u4eca\u5e74\u767c\u5e03\u7684\u8abf\u67e5\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u6307\u51fa\u6709\u4e94\u8258\u8207\u81fa\u7063\u6709\u95dc\u7684\u6f01\u8239\u906d\u63a7\u8a34\u6d89\u5acc\u5f37\u8feb\u52de\u52d5\uff0c\u5168\u6578\u90fd\u6709\u6263\u767c\u85aa\u8cc7\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8239\u4e0a\u751f\u6d3b\u8207\u5de5\u4f5c\u689d\u4ef6\u82db\u523b\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002\u800c\u74b0\u5883\u6b63\u7fa9\u57fa\u91d1\u6703\uff08EJF\uff09\u5f37\u8abf\uff0c\u81fa\u7063\u9060\u6d0b\u6f01\u696d\u9664\u4e86\u5f37\u8feb\u52de\u52d5\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u975e\u6cd5\u6f01\u696d\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u5c08\u6848\u4e3b\u4efb\u8449\u4e8e\u7444\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u300c\u904e\u53bb\u4e00\u5e74\u81fa\u7063\u9060\u6d0b\u6f01\u696d\u9664\u4e86\u88ab\u9ede\u540d\u5f37\u8feb\u52de\u52d5\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u66f4\u9996\u5ea6\u88ab\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u5bb6\u6d77\u6d0b\u66a8\u5927\u6c23\u7e3d\u7f72\uff08NOAA\uff09\u5217\u5165\u975e\u6cd5\u6f01\u696d\u6e05\u55ae\uff0c\u53ef\u898b\u7522\u696d\u9700\u8981\u6539\u9769\u7684\u6025\u8feb\u6027\u3002\u904e\u53bb\u74b0\u5883\u6b63\u7fa9\u57fa\u91d1\u6703\u7684\u8abf\u67e5\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u7f3a\u4e4f\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u800c\u5c0e\u81f4\u975e\u6cd5\u6f01\u696d\u8207\u52de\u52d5\u525d\u524a\u7d93\u5e38\u540c\u6642\u767c\u751f\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u4e26\u4e14\u78ba\u5be6\u57f7\u6cd5\u624d\u80fd\u771f\u6b63\u89e3\u6c7a\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u5f37\u5236\u6240\u6709\u6f01\u8239\u88dd\u8a2d\u5305\u62ecCCTV\u7b49\u96fb\u5b50\u76e3\u63a7\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u78ba\u5be6\u638c\u63e1\u6f01\u8239\u4f5c\u696d\u3001\u6f01\u5de5\u52de\u52d5\u60c5\u5f62\u3002\u300d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
