\/><\/p>\n<p><strong>ICT\u7522\u696d\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u767c\u5c55\u7a7a\u6709\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u5be6\u969b\u9032\u5ea6\u7de9\u6162<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5831\u544a\u5167\u5bb9\u6307\u51fa\uff0cICT\u7522\u696d\u7684\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u8d85\u904e8\u6210\u4f86\u81ea\u65bc\u96fb\u529b\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u6574\u9ad4\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u4f7f\u7528\u6bd4\u4f8b\u537b\u975e\u5e38\u4f4e\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u7e3d\u78b3\u6392\u4e0d\u6e1b\u53cd\u589e\u3002\u5118\u7ba1\u53f0\u7a4d\u96fb\u3001\u53cb\u9054\u3001\u806f\u96fb\u90fd\u6709\u627f\u8afeRE100\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u4f46\u9664\u4e86\u53f0\u7a4d\u96fb\u4ee5\u5916\uff0c\u53cb\u9054\u3001\u806f\u96fb\u3001\u7fa4\u5275\u548c\u53f0\u7063\u7f8e\u5149\u7b49\u4f01\u696d\u57282022\u5e74\u7684\u5be6\u969b\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u4f7f\u7528\u6bd4\u4f8b\u5747\u4f4e\u65bc0.2%\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u53c8\u4ee5\u53f0\u7063\u7f8e\u5149\u8868\u73fe\u6700\u70ba\u843d\u5f8c\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u6c92\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u4f7f\u7528\u9032\u5ea6\u548c\u76ee\u6a19\u898f\u5283\u3002\u53cb\u9054\u548c\u7fa4\u5275\u5247\u662f\u5efa\u7f6e\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u8e89\u552e\u7d66\u53f0\u96fb\u7372\u53d6\u5927\u91cf\u5229\u6f64\uff0c\u537b\u5c07\u5176\u81ea\u8eab\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u4f7f\u7528\u9032\u5ea6\u7f6e\u4e4b\u4e0d\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u50b3\u7d71\u7522\u696d\u6b20\u7f3a\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u8f49\u578b\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u6e1b\u78b3\u4e4b\u8def\u6f2b\u9577<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u50b3\u7d71\u7522\u696d\u96d6\u5df2\u5236\u5b9a\u4e2d\u9577\u671f\u7684\u6e1b\u78b3\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u5177\u9ad4\u7684\u6e1b\u78b3\u9032\u5ea6\u4e0a\u537b\u6709\u5f85\u52a0\u5f37\uff0c\u96e3\u4ee5\u9054\u5230\u300c\u6291\u5236\u5168\u7403\u5347\u6eab\u81f31.5\u00b0C\u300d\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6e1b\u78b3\u9032\u5ea6\u3002\u66f4\u4ee4\u4eba\u64d4\u6182\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u50b3\u7d71\u7522\u696d\u5728\u80fd\u6e90\u8f49\u578b\u4e0a\u7f3a\u4e4f\u7a4d\u6975\u6027\uff0c\u5e7e\u4e4e\u6c92\u6709\u4f01\u696d\u63d0\u51fa\u660e\u78ba\u7684\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u66f4\u6c92\u6709\u4e00\u5bb6\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u4f7f\u7528\u6bd4\u4f8b\u8d85\u904e0.7%\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u67099\u5bb6\u4f01\u696d\u57282022\u5e74\u5b8c\u5168\u6c92\u6709\u4f7f\u7528\u4efb\u4f55\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\uff0c\u5728\u76ee\u6a19\u548c\u5be6\u969b\u4f7f\u7528\u65b9\u9762\u90fd\u53d6\u5f97\u7d05\u71c8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7da0\u9818\u4eba\u624d\u57f9\u80b2\u8207\u751f\u7269\u591a\u6a23\u6027\u4fdd\u80b2\u5747\u672a\u53d7\u91cd\u8996\uff0c\u672a\u4f86\u6050\u6210\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\u98a8\u96aa<br \/>\n\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u751f\u7269\u591a\u6a23\u6027\u4fdd\u80b2\u65b9\u9762\u88ab\u6307\u51fa\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u8d85\u904e\u4e94\u6210\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u5728\u9019\u65b9\u9762\u7f3a\u4e4f\u627f\u8afe\u6216\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u50c5\u6709\u53f0\u7a4d\u96fb\u3001\u53f0\u6ce5\u4f9d\u5faaTNFD\u6846\u67b6\uff0c\u5b9a\u671f\u9032\u884c\u76f8\u95dc\u76e3\u6e2c\u8207\u4fdd\u80b2\u884c\u52d5\u800c\u53d6\u5f97\u552f\u4e8c\u7684\u7da0\u71c8\u3002\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u53f0\u6ce5\u3001\u4e2d\u92fc\u3001\u7fa4\u5275\u5916\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u666e\u904d\u5c0d\u7da0\u9818\u4eba\u624d\u57f9\u80b2\u7684\u91cd\u8996\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5145\u5206\u7684\u5167\u90e8\u8a13\u7df4\u3001\u6280\u80fd\u57f9\u8a13\u6216\u5916\u90e8\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u4f01\u696d\u5728\u6de8\u96f6\u8f49\u578b\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u51fa\u73fe\u4eba\u624d\u7f3a\u53e3\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u8981\u6c42\u4f01\u696d\u7a4d\u6975\u63a1\u53d6\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e09\u9805\u6c23\u5019\u884c\u52d5:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>ICT\u7522\u696d\u76e1\u5feb\u6295\u5165\u7da0\u96fb\u81ea\u767c\u81ea\u7528\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u76ee\u524dICT\u7522\u696d\u7a7a\u6709\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u57f7\u884c\u9032\u5ea6\u537b\u5341\u5206\u7de9\u6162\u3002\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u547c\u7c72\uff0c\u9762\u5c0d\u81ea\u8eab\u9f90\u5927\u4e14\u9010\u5e74\u6210\u9577\u7684\u7da0\u96fb\u9700\u6c42\uff0cICT\u7522\u696d\u5fc5\u9808\u900f\u904e\u9ad8\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u7684\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u53d6\u5f97\u6a21\u5f0f\u4f86\u589e\u52a0\u4f7f\u7528\u6bd4\u4f8b\uff08\u5982\u81ea\u767c\u81ea\u7528\u3001\u76f4\u63a5\u6295\u8cc7\u6848\u5834\u548c\u4f01\u696d\u8cfc\u96fb\u5354\u8b70\u7b49\uff09\uff0c\u5e36\u982d\u6295\u5165\u7da0\u96fb\u81ea\u767c\u81ea\u7528\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u4f7f\u7528\u8ca0\u8cac\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u6392\u78b3\u5927\u6236\u80fd\u6e90\u8f49\u578b\u7684\u9818\u982d\u7f8a\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u70ba\u63d0\u5347\u6c38\u7e8c\u7af6\u722d\u529b\u4e26\u5be6\u8e10\u74b0\u5883\u53ca\u793e\u6703\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u4f7f\u7528\u76ee\u6a19\u61c9\u8ddf\u4e0a\u570b\u969b\u54c1\u724c\u8a2d\u5b9a2030\u5e74\u9054\u5230100%\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u50b3\u7d71\u7522\u696d\u5fc5\u9808\u5236\u5b9a\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u76ee\u6a19\u4e26\u52a0\u901f\u8f49\u578b\u3002\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\u50b3\u7d71\u7522\u696d\u5df2\u671d\u5411\u7da0\u8272\u88fd\u7a0b\u96fb\u529b\u5316\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u4f7f\u7528\u5c07\u6703\u6210\u70ba\u50b3\u7d71\u7522\u696d\u6e1b\u78b3\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u50b3\u7d71\u7522\u696d\u61c9\u660e\u78ba\u8a2d\u5b9a\u4e2d\u3001\u9577\u671f\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u4f7f\u7528\u76ee\u6a19\u4e26\u76e1\u901f\u6295\u5165\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u9010\u6b65\u964d\u4f4e\u96fb\u529b\u4f7f\u7528\u9020\u6210\u7684\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u6392\u78b3\u5927\u6236\u61c9\u52a0\u5f37\u751f\u7269\u591a\u6a23\u6027\u4fdd\u80b2\u8207\u7da0\u9818\u4eba\u624d\u57f9\u80b2\u3002\u70ba\u5be6\u8e10\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u6392\u78b3\u5927\u6236\u61c9\u5b9a\u671f\u76e3\u6e2c\u3001\u8a55\u4f30\u548c\u63ed\u9732\u4f01\u696d\u71df\u904b\u5c0d\u751f\u7269\u591a\u6a23\u6027\u9020\u6210\u7684\u885d\u64ca\uff0c\u4e26\u63a8\u52d5\u76f8\u95dc\u5fa9\u80b2\u3001\u4fdd\u8b77\u8207\u6c38\u7e8c\u5229\u7528\u3002\u70ba\u6709\u6548\u898f\u5283\u4e26\u5be6\u8e10\u6c23\u5019\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u6392\u78b3\u5927\u6236\u4e5f\u61c9\u8a55\u4f30\u56e0\u61c9\u8f49\u578b\u6240\u9700\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u6280\u80fd\u8207\u4eba\u624d\u7f3a\u53e3\uff0c\u4e26\u898f\u5283\u76f8\u95dc\u57f9\u80b2\u8a08\u756b\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u54e1\u5de5\u5177\u5099\u61c9\u5c0d\u6de8\u96f6\u8f49\u578b\u6311\u6230\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6280\u80fd\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u5f90\u7965\u8aa0\u547c\u7c7220\u5bb6\u6392\u78b3\u5927\u6236\uff0c\u7a4d\u6975\u63a1\u53d6\u6c23\u5019\u884c\u52d5\u64fa\u812b\u5c0d\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u7684\u4f9d\u8cf4\uff0c\u5c31\u80fd\u964d\u4f4e\u73fe\u4eca\u9762\u5c0d\u96fb\u50f9\u8abf\u6f32\u3001\u78b3\u8cbb\u5fb5\u6536\u7b49\u4f01\u696d\u5916\u90e8\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u81ea\u8eab\u7522\u696d\u7af6\u722d\u529b\u3002\u6295\u5165\u767c\u5c55\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u4e5f\u80fd\u6e1b\u8f15\u53f0\u96fb\u8667\u640d\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u6392\u78b3\u5927\u6236\u7528\u96fb\u7531\u5168\u6c11\u4f86\u88dc\u8cbc\u7684\u7a98\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9644\u8a3b\uff1a<br 100+\u3001TCFD\u3001TNFD\u7b49\u8a55\u6bd4\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u300c\u6e1b\u78b3\u300d\u3001\u300c\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u300d\u3001\u300c\u751f\u7269\u591a\u6a23\u6027\u4fdd\u80b2\u300d\u3001\u300c\u7da0\u9818\u4eba\u624d\u57f9\u80b2\u300d\u7b49\u56db\u5927\u9762\u5411\u9032\u884c\u6392\u78b3\u5927\u6236\u6c23\u5019\u884c\u52d5\u5206\u6790\u3002<br
