\u97d3\u570b\u5927\u5c71\u3011\u6b63\u5728\u97d3\u570b\u91dc\u5c71\u9032\u884c\u7684\u806f\u5408\u570b\u5168\u7403\u5851\u81a0\u516c\u7d04\u6700\u7d42\u8ac7\u5224\u9032\u5165\u6700\u5f8c\u968e\u6bb5<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (1)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\uff0c\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u570b\u969b\u9593\u7684\u884c\u52d5\u4eba\u58eb\u767b\u4e0a\u4e86\u4e00\u8258\u6b63\u5728\u5f9e\u5357\u97d3\u7684\u97d3\u83ef\u9053\u9054\u723e\u80fd\u6e90\uff08Hanwha TotalEnergies\uff09\u5de5\u5ee0\u88dd\u8f09\u6709\u6bd2\u5851\u81a0\u5316\u5b78\u54c1\u7684\u904b\u8f38\u8239\u3002\u884c\u52d5\u8005\u547c\u7c72\u5404\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\uff0c\u62b5\u5236\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u8207\u77f3\u5316\u7522\u696d\u7684\u5e72\u6d89\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u516c\u7d04\u5167\u5bb9\u6e1b\u5c11\u5851\u81a0\u751f\u7522\u91cf\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6309\u7167\u76ee\u524d\u8da8\u52e2\uff0c\u5851\u81a0\u751f\u7522\u91cf\u52302050\u5e74\u5c07\u589e\u52a0\u4e09\u500d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u884c\u52d5\u8005\u6234\u4e0a\u4e86\u9632\u8b77\u88dd\u5099\uff0c\u5f9e\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u7684\u5f69\u8679\u52c7\u58eb\u865f\uff08Rainbow Warrior\uff09\u4e0a\u99d5\u99db\u5145\u6c23\u8247\u767b\u4e0a\u540d\u70baBuena Alba\u7684\u904b\u8f38\u8239\uff0c\u5728\u8239\u6845\u4e0a\u67b6\u8a2d\u6500\u722c\u8a2d\u5099\uff0c\u4e26\u7528\u53ef\u6e05\u6d17\u7684\u984f\u6599\uff0c\u5728\u8239\u5074\u5beb\u4e0a <\/span><b>\u201cPlastic kills \u201c<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\uff08\u5851\u81a0\u81f4\u547d\uff09\u7684\u5b57\u6a23\u3002\u9019\u825896\u516c\u5c3a\u9577\u7684Buena Alba\uff0832\uff09\u6b63\u5728\u88dd\u8f09\u7531\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u88fd\u6210\u7684\u5851\u81a0\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u6599\uff0c\u4e19\u70ef\u3002<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(2\u30013)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6839\u64da\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u4e00\u4efd\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u81fa\u7063\u53ca\u6b64\u6b21\u6703\u8b70\u7684\u4e3b\u8fa6\u570b\u5357\u97d3\u7684\u77f3\u5316\u7522\u696d\uff0c\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u5851\u81a0\u6c61\u67d3\u548c\u6c23\u5019\u5371\u6a5f\u65b9\u9762\u626e\u6f14\u8457\u91cd\u8981\u89d2\u8272\u3002\u97d3\u570b\u3001\u81fa\u7063\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u4e09\u5730\u7684\u521d\u7d1a\u5851\u81a0\u805a\u5408\u7269\u7522\u80fd\u6bcf\u5e74\u53ef\u90544,199\u842c\u5678\uff08Mt\uff09\uff0c\u63a8\u4f30\u56e0\u6b64\u53ef\u7522\u751f\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u76f8\u7576\u65bc99.93\u767e\u842c\u516c\u5678\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u81fa\u7063\u7684\u53f0\u5851\u77f3\u5316\uff08Formosa\uff09\u548c\u97d3\u570b\u7684\u6a02\u5929\uff08Lotte\uff09\u5728\u4e09\u5730\u5851\u81a0\u7e3d\u7522\u80fd\u5404\u4f54\u7d0410%\uff0c\u5206\u5225\u64c1\u6709449\u842c\u516c\u5678\u548c430\u842c\u516c\u5678\u7684\u7522\u80fd\uff084\uff09\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5831\u544a\u4e2d\u4e5f\u63ed\u793a\uff0c\u5357\u97d3\u7684\u5851\u81a0\u7522\u80fd\u6240\u9020\u6210\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u91cf\uff0c\u8207\u65e5\u672c\u548c\u81fa\u7063\u7684\u7e3d\u548c\u76f8\u7576\uff0c\u986f\u793a\u5851\u81a0\u6e1b\u7522\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u6392\u653e\u7684\u7dca\u8feb\u6027\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u9996\u723e\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u5c08\u6848\u7d93\u7406 Mikyoung Kim \u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u5357\u97d3\u662f\u7d93\u6fdf\u5408\u4f5c\u8207\u767c\u5c55\u7d44\u7e54\uff08OECD\uff09\u4e2d\u4eba\u5747\u5851\u81a0\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7522\u91cf\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u5168\u7403\u77f3\u5316\u7522\u696d\u7684\u7b2c\u56db\u5927\u751f\u7522\u570b\u3002\u5357\u97d3\u653f\u5e9c\u61c9\u8a72\u50be\u807d\u5e0c\u671b\u7d42\u6b62\u5851\u81a0\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u6c11\u773e\u8072\u97f3\uff0c\u4e0d\u61c9\u8b93\u4f01\u696d\u5229\u76ca\u51cc\u99d5\u65bc\u516c\u5171\u5229\u76ca\u4e4b\u4e0a\u3002\u6b64\u6b21\u5728\u91dc\u5c71\u8209\u884c\u7684\u5168\u7403\u5851\u81a0\u516c\u7d04\u7b2c\u4e94\u6b21\u8ac7\u5224\u6703\u8b70\uff08INC-5\uff09\uff0c\u6b63\u662f\u89e3\u6c7a\u9019\u4e00\u554f\u984c\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u662f\u5357\u97d3\u8207\u4e16\u754c\u4e00\u540c\u4f5c\u51fa\u6b63\u78ba\u9078\u64c7\u7684\u6642\u5019\u3002\u300d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4f86\u81ea\u81fa\u7063\u7684\u884c\u52d5\u8005 Ash \u8868\u793a\u300c\u5168\u7403\u5851\u81a0\u516c\u7d04\u6b63\u5728\u91dc\u5c71\u8209\u884c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5728\u6b64\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u8b93\u5404\u570b\u9818\u5c0e\u4eba\u770b\u5230\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u4eba\u6c11\u8981\u6c42\u6e1b\u5851\u7684\u8072\u97f3\uff0c\u4e5f\u5e0c\u671b\u5404\u754c\u95dc\u6ce8\u6771\u4e9e\u7684\u6e1b\u5851\u9032\u7a0b\u3002\u81fa\u7063\u7684\u5851\u81a0\u7522\u80fd\u9084\u662f\u5f88\u5927\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u5728\u5340\u57df\u9593\u7684\u6e1b\u5851\u9032\u5ea6\u683c\u5916\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u4f01\u696d\u90fd\u8981\u6295\u5165\u6e1b\u5c11\u5851\u81a0\u751f\u7522\u624d\u80fd\u89e3\u6c7a\u5851\u81a0\u6c61\u67d3\u3002\u300d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8ac7\u5224\u6703\u8b70\u671f\u9593\u4e5f\u6709\u4e00\u4efd\u7531\u570b\u969b\u74b0\u5883\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08CIEL\uff09\u6700\u65b0\u767c\u4f48\u7684\u5206\u6790\u5831\u544a\u3002\u5831\u544a\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u6709\u8d85\u904e220\u540d\u77f3\u5316\u7522\u696d\u7684\u8aaa\u5ba2\u53c3\u8207\u4e86\u91dc\u5c71\u7684\u6700\u7d42\u8ac7\u5224\uff0c\u5275\u4e0b\u6b77\u53f2\u65b0\u9ad8\u3002\u5305\u62ec\u9676\u6c0f\u5316\u5b78\uff08Dow\uff09\u548c\u57c3\u514b\u68ee\u7f8e\u5b5a\uff08Exxon\uff09\u5728\u5167\u7684\u5927\u578b\u77f3\u6cb9\u548c\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u77f3\u5316\u751f\u7522\u570b\u7b49\uff0c\u5728\u904e\u53bb\u7684\u516c\u7d04\u8ac7\u5224\u4e2d\u4f54\u64da\u4e86\u4e3b\u5c0e\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u4e26\u7a4d\u6975\u904a\u8aaa\u5c07\u6e1b\u5c11\u751f\u7522\u6392\u9664\u5728\u516c\u7d04\u4e4b\u5916\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4f86\u81ea\u82f1\u570b\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u7684\u884c\u52d5\u8005 Alex Wilson \u8868\u793a\uff0c\u300c\u6211\u5011\u4eca\u5929\u76f4\u63a5\u63a1\u53d6\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u963b\u6b62\u9019\u6279\u5851\u81a0\u539f\u6599\u7684\u904b\u8f38\uff0c\u60f3\u8b93\u4e16\u754c\u9818\u5c0e\u4eba\u807d\u5230\u4f86\u81ea\u5168\u7403\u6578\u767e\u842c\u6c11\u773e\u3001\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u548c\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u8072\u97f3\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u524a\u6e1b\u5851\u81a0\u751f\u7522\u4ee5\u7d42\u6b62\u5851\u81a0\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u300d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728\u6b64\u6b21\u8ac7\u5224\u4e2d\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u5728\u516c\u7d04\u4e2d\u7d0d\u5165\u300c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5851\u81a0\u751f\u7522\u300d\u7684\u8072\u97f3\u5341\u5206\u5f37\u70c8\u3002\u5468\u56db\uff0828\u65e5\uff09\uff0c\u4e00\u9805\u8de8\u5340\u57df\u7684\u65b0\u63d0\u6848\u88ab\u63d0\u51fa\uff0c\u5236\u5b9a\u5168\u7403\u5851\u81a0\u751f\u7522\u6e1b\u7522\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u5f97\u5230\u4e8687\u500b\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u652f\u6301(5)\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u7531\u5168\u7403350\u5bb6\u4f01\u696d\u7d44\u6210\u7684\u65b0\u806f\u76df\u300c\u7121\u5851\u5148\u92d2\u300d\uff08Champions of Change\uff09\u5247\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u547c\u7c72\u9023\u7d50\u5851\u81a0\u6e1b\u7522\u8207\u6c23\u5019\u627f\u8afe\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u5168\u7403\u5851\u81a0\u516c\u7d04\u8ac7\u5224\u5718\u968a\u8ca0\u8cac\u4eba\u53ca\u7f8e\u570b\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u6e1b\u5851\u5c08\u6848\u8ca0\u8cac\u4eba\u683c\u96f7\u00b7\u798f\u5e03\u65af\uff08Graham Forbes\uff09\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u6b63\u8655\u65bc\u8ac7\u5224\u7684\u6700\u5f8c\u95dc\u982d\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6566\u4fc3\u4e16\u754c\u9818\u5c0e\u4eba\u6293\u4f4f\u9019\u500b\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6027\u7684\u6642\u523b\uff0c\u626d\u8f49\u5851\u81a0\u5371\u6a5f\u3002\u5404\u570b\u5fc5\u9808\u540c\u610f\u6e1b\u5c11\u5851\u81a0\u751f\u7522\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u8b77\u4eba\u985e\u5065\u5eb7\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u6c23\u5019\u707d\u96e3\uff0c\u4e26\u4fc3\u9032\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u3002\u4e00\u4efd\u7121\u6cd5\u89e3\u6c7a\u5851\u81a0\u751f\u7522\u554f\u984c\u7684\u516c\u7d04\u5c07\u662f\u4e00\u5834\u5931\u6557\uff0c\u9019\u61c9\u8a72\u662f\u6240\u6709\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u7d50\u675f\u5851\u81a0\u6c61\u67d3\u5371\u6a5f\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u5fc5\u9808\u8981\u907f\u514d\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u3002\u300d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><span
