rel=\"noopener\">\u300a\u5929\u4e0b\u7368\u7acb\u8a55\u8ad6\u300b\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u5c08\u6b04<\/a>\u3011<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">\u4e2d\u6771\u885d\u7a81\u5f15\u767c\u7684\u5168\u7403\u80fd\u6e90\u4f9b\u61c9\u5371\u6a5f\uff0c\u518d\u6b21\u6572\u97ff\u4e86\u81fa\u7063\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u8b66\u9418\u3002\u6839\u64da\u7f8e\u570b\u300a\u5f6d\u535a\u65b0\u805e\u300b\u5c08\u6b04\u4f5c\u5bb6\u8cbb\u514b\u9748\u6307\u51fa\uff1a\u300c\u9019\u5834\u6230\u4e8b\u537b\u76f4\u63a5\u66b4\u9732\u4e86\u81fa\u7063\u6700\u5927\u7684\u300e\u8edf\u808b\u300f\uff0c\u5373\u662f\u9ad8\u5ea6\u4ef0\u8cf4\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u9032\u53e3\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u56f0\u5883\u3002\u300d\u7d93\u6fdf\u90e8\u4ea6\u5c07\u539f\u8a02 5 \u6708\u5230\u671f\u7684\u53f0\u5851\u9ea5\u5bee\u71c3\u7164\u96fb\u5ee0\u5ef6\u5f8c\u9000\u5f79\u3002\u5118\u7ba1\u53f0\u96fb\u5f37\u8abf\u9019\u50c5\u662f\u300c\u77ed\u671f\u8abf\u5ea6\u300d\uff0c\u4f46\u6b64\u8209\u5df2\u63ed\u9732\u81fa\u7063\u96fb\u529b\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u8106\u5f31\u6027\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u7f3a\u4e4f\u66f4\u5177\u97cc\u6027\u7684\u9078\u9805\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81fa\u7063\u76ee\u524d 95% \u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u4ef0\u8cf4\u9032\u53e3\uff0c\u71c3\u6c23\u767c\u96fb\u5360\u6bd4\u9ad8\u9054 5 \u6210\u3002\u7f8e\u570b\u524d\u4e9e\u6d32\u5b89\u5168\u60c5\u5831\u5b98\u54e1\u4ea8\u5229\uff08Lonnie Henley\uff09\u66fe\u65bc 2023 \u5e74\u8b66\u544a\uff0c\u5728\u6975\u7aef\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u81fa\u7063\u73fe\u6709\u7684\u6db2\u5316\u5929\u7136\u6c23\uff08LNG\uff09\u50c5\u80fd\u652f\u6490 11 \u5929\u3001\u7164\u70ad\u7d04 40 \u5929\u3002\u660e\u986f\u4e0d\u8ad6\u662f\u7164\u6216\u6c23\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u4ef0\u8cf4\u6d77\u4e0a\u904b\u8f38\uff0c\u90fd\u6703\u6210\u70ba\u570b\u5b89\u9632\u7dda\u7684\u7834\u53e3\uff0c\u800c\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u5b89\u5168\u4e0d\u5728\u65bc\u300c\u7164\u300d\u8207\u300c\u6c23\u300d\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u5207\u63db\uff0c\u800c\u5728\u65bc\u300c\u80fd\u6e90\u672c\u571f\u5316\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<div class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u9762\u5c0d\u80fd\u6e90\u5b64\u5cf6\u7684\u5a01\u8105\uff0c\u8207\u81fa\u7063\u5730\u7406\u3001\u7522\u696d\u7d50\u69cb\u76f8\u4f3c\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u65e9\u5df2\u5c07\u80fd\u6e90\u8f49\u578b\u5b9a\u8abf\u70ba\u300c\u80fd\u6e90\u4e3b\u6b0a\u300d\u4fdd\u885b\u6230\u3002\u4ee5\u570b\u571f\u9762\u7a4d\u8207\u81fa\u7063\u76f8\u4f3c\u7684\u8377\u862d\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u5176\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u767c\u96fb\u91cf\u5df2\u9ad8\u9054\u81fa\u7063\u7684\u5169\u500d\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u4f86\u81ea\u5149\u96fb\u8207\u98a8\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u3002\u540c\u6642\u66f4\u63a8\u52d5 Energy Hub\uff08\u80fd\u6e90\u6a1e\u7d10\uff09\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u5de5\u696d\u5340\u4f01\u696d\u5171\u540c\u5354\u8abf\u7da0\u96fb\u751f\u7522\u3001\u5132\u80fd\u8207\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u5316\u89e3\u4e86\u96fb\u7db2\u58c5\u585e\uff0c\u66f4\u78ba\u4fdd\u5728\u5916\u90e8\u96fb\u7db2\u53d7\u640d\u6642\uff0c\u7522\u7dda\u4ecd\u80fd\u7dad\u6301\u81ea\u4e3b\u904b\u8f49\uff0c\u5c07\u505c\u7522\u98a8\u96aa\u964d\u81f3\u6700\u4f4e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9130\u8fd1\u7684\u97d3\u570b\u4ea6\u65e9\u65bc\u53bb\u5e74\u6210\u7acb\u300c\u6c23\u5019\u80fd\u6e90\u74b0\u5883\u90e8\u300d\u6574\u5408\u6b0a\u8cac\uff0c\u4fee\u8a02\u300a\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u6cd5\u300b\u8207\u300a\u6c2b\u80fd\u6cd5\u300b\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u96fb\u5be9\u6838\u6d41\u7a0b\u7c21\u5316\uff0c\u5927\u5e45\u7e2e\u6e1b\u958b\u767c\u6642\u9593\u3002\u97d3\u570b\u7e3d\u7d71\u674e\u5728\u660e\u4e5f<a rel=\"noopener\">\u516c\u958b\u547c\u7c72<\/a>\uff1a\u300c\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u7684\u8f49\u578b\u6bd4\u4ee5\u5f80\u4efb\u4f55\u6642\u5019\u90fd\u66f4\u52a0\u7dca\u8feb\u300d\u5f37\u8abf\u80fd\u6e90\u5371\u6a5f\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f\u7d93\u6fdf\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u63a8\u52d5\u570b\u5bb6\u80fd\u6e90\u7d50\u69cb\u8f49\u578b\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u5951\u6a5f\uff0c\u5c07\u52a0\u5927\u5c0d\u5149\u96fb\u3001\u98a8\u96fb\u53ca\u5132\u80fd\u6280\u8853\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\uff0c\u76ee\u6a19 2030 \u5e74\u63d0\u5347\u7e3d\u88dd\u7f6e\u5bb9\u91cf\u81f3 100 GW\uff0c\u4ea6\u5373\u5728 4 \u5e74\u5167\u8981\u500d\u6578\u6210\u9577\uff0c\u52a0\u901f\u812b\u96e2\u5c0d\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u7684\u4f9d\u8cf4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u76f8\u8f03\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u81fa\u7063\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5177\u9ad8\u5ea6\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u8868\u614b\uff0c\u5be6\u52d9\u7684\u63a8\u9032\u7d93\u5e38\u53d7\u56f0\u65bc\u90e8\u6703\u9593\u6b0a\u8cac\u4e0d\u5206\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u8fd1\u671f\u5149\u96fb\u74b0\u8a55\u898f\u5b9a\u4fee\u6b63\uff0c\u56b4\u82db\u7684\u689d\u4ef6\u5927\u5e45\u9650\u7e2e\u4e86\u5149\u96fb\u7684\u958b\u767c\u3002\u96ea\u4e0a\u52a0\u971c\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u539f\u8a02\u65bc 8 \u6708\u4e0a\u8def\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u4e00\u5b9a\u9762\u7a4d\uff081,000 \u5e73\u65b9\u516c\u5c3a\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff09\u7684\u65b0\u5efa\u3001\u589e\u5efa\u6216\u6539\u5efa\u5efa\u7269\uff0c\u9808\u8a2d\u7f6e\u5c4b\u9802\u5149\u96fb\u7684\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u5982\u4eca\u5728\u7acb\u6cd5\u9662\u9762\u81e8\u5728\u91ce\u9ee8\u7684\u676f\u845b\uff0c\u7a2e\u7a2e\u539f\u56e0\u5c0e\u81f4\u7da0\u96fb\u958b\u767c\u9032\u7a0b\u653e\u7de9\u3001\u6210\u672c\u589e\u52a0\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E8%BD%89%E5%90%91%E8%83%BD%E6%BA%90%E9%9F%8C%E6%80%A7%EF%BC%9A%E5%BE%9E%E5%A4%A7%E5%9E%8B%E9%9B%BB%E7%B6%B2%E5%88%B0%E8%87%AA%E4%B8%BB%E5%BE%AE%E9%9B%BB%E7%B6%B2\"><\/span><strong>\u8f49\u5411\u80fd\u6e90\u97cc\u6027\uff1a\u5f9e\u5927\u578b\u96fb\u7db2\u5230\u81ea\u4e3b\u5fae\u96fb\u7db2<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u9762\u5c0d\u73fe\u5728\u5168\u7403\u6700\u8feb\u5207\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u5371\u6a5f\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u8981\u8a8d\u77e5\u5230\u80fd\u6e90\u5371\u6a5f\u5373\u7b49\u540c\u570b\u5b89\u5371\u6a5f\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u91cd\u91cd\u969c\u7919\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f\u570b\u5bb6\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u70b8\u5f48\uff0c\u66f4\u5c07\u56b4\u91cd\u6253\u64ca\u81fa\u7063\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u547d\u8108\u2500\u2500\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u7522\u696d\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u5f71\u97ff\u81fa\u7063\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u767c\u5c55\u8207\u5168\u7403\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u5730\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u653f\u5e9c\u61c9\u501f\u9452\u570b\u969b\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u4e0d\u518d\u4f7f\u7528 19 \u4e16\u7d00\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u601d\u7dad\u61c9\u5c0d 21 \u4e16\u7d00\u7684\u5371\u6a5f\uff0c\u96d9\u7ba1\u9f4a\u4e0b\u7a4d\u6975\u63a1\u53d6\u80fd\u6e90\u81ea\u4e3b\u7684\u884c\u52d5\u3002\u7b2c\u4e00\u662f\u5f37\u5316\u7368\u7acb\u5fae\u96fb\u7db2\uff0c\u6548\u4eff\u8377\u862d\u7531\u653f\u5e9c\u63a8\u52d5\u4f01\u696d\u5efa\u7f6e\u81ea\u4e3b\u80fd\u6e90\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u7da0\u96fb\u4f7f\u7528\u5ea6\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u5c0d\u96c6\u4e2d\u5f0f\u96fb\u7db2\u7684\u4f9d\u8cf4\uff1b\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5247\u7531\u7d93\u6fdf\u90e8\u5229\u7528\u300a\u7528\u96fb\u5927\u6236\u689d\u6b3e\u300b\u4eca\u5e74\u7684\u6aa2\u8a0e\u5951\u6a5f\uff0c\u5c07\u7da0\u96fb\u7fa9\u52d9\u6bd4\u4f8b\u63d0\u5347\u81f3 20%-30%\uff0c\u91cb\u51fa\u8a98\u56e0\u3001\u88dc\u8cbc\u5f15\u5c0e\u4f01\u696d\uff0c\u5f9e\u300c\u8cb7\u6191\u8b49\u5408\u898f\u300d\u8f49\u5411\u300c\u81ea\u767c\u81ea\u7528\u300d\uff0c\u914d\u5408\u300a\u7522\u5275\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\u4fee\u8a02\uff0c\u300c\u7bc0\u80fd\u6e1b\u78b3\u300d\u6700\u9ad8\u9054 18 \u5104\u5143\u7684\u652f\u51fa\u4e0a\u9650\u88dc\u8cbc\uff0c\u6b63\u662f\u9a45\u52d5\u7522\u696d\u80fd\u6e90\u8f49\u578b\u7684\u6700\u5f37\u63a8\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81fa\u7063\u4f5c\u70ba\u5f15\u9818\u5168\u7403 AI \u79d1\u6280\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u6838\u5fc3\uff0c\u552f\u6709\u63a8\u52d5\u80fd\u6e90\u672c\u571f\u5316\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u72c0\u6cc1\u4e0b\u5b88\u4f4f\u81fa\u7063\uff0c\u5b88\u4f4f\u6211\u5011\u7684\u8b77\u570b\u795e\u5c71\uff0c\u5316\u5371\u6a5f\u70ba\u8f49\u6a5f\u3002\u8b93\u6bcf\u4e00\u5ea6\u5728\u81fa\u7063\u571f\u5730\u4e0a\u7522\u751f\u7684\u7da0\u96fb\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u5b88\u8b77\u9019\u5ea7\u5cf6\u5dbc\u80fd\u6e90\u81ea\u4e3b\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u9632\u7dda\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3010\u672c\u6587\u539f\u520a\u65bc<a href=\"https:\/\/opinion.cw.com.tw\/blog\/profile\/510\/article\/17313\" target=\"_blank\"
