Provide timely recruitment status reports for monitoring of performance and yearly recruitment cost reports including historical cost sorted by channels and vendors for cost &amp; effectiveness analysis. <\/li><li>Build up a professional network to attract high potential candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, etc. <\/li><li>Stay active with current job boards, social networks and platforms to find talent, and plan, create and release job descriptions and announcements. \u2022 Proactively search for new candidate sources both in Bangkok and upcountry including surveying and participating in university job fairs, private job fairs, putting up adverts in print media or websites. \u2022 Coordinate with line manager to update DDC job descriptions in the Fundraising Department.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related fields. <\/li><li>At least 2-5 years&#8217; experience in HR Recruitment, Training, Administration or other relation position. <\/li><li>Good in Ms. Excel, Word and PPT. <\/li><li>Calm under pressure; good team player with effective problem-solving skill. Persistent and able to work in a high pressure environment. <\/li><li>Good communication skills in English (writing, speaking and presenting) <\/li><li>Ability to manage budgets and people. <\/li><li>Passionate with Greenpeace cause and Core Value.
