By aligning initiatives with the Global Strategic Plan, the Lead will ensure Greenpeace Thailand demonstrates its value as a contributor to international campaigns, while remaining deeply connected to the Thai context.<\/p>\n\n<p>This role is a fixed-term contract based in the Greenpeace Thailand office.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-green-800-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a0c51a03820d384b705d754364f1d657\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and refine national campaign strategies that operationalize regional and global priorities into impactful, locally resonant campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporate emerging trends, political shifts, and stakeholder interests to maintain strategic relevance and impact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate campaign planning with other teams by applying existing frameworks that connect research, advocacy, communications, and public engagement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee the execution of multiple national-level campaigns, ensuring efficiency, budget discipline, and alignment with global strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage, mentor and foster professional development and accountability within the campaign team, ensuring a sustainable and collaborative work culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build an agile, inclusive, empathetic team environment that values diverse perspectives and encourages team well-being.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with other teams to support the development of integrated and creative campaign projects that align with organizational goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share insights and strategies with regional and global teams to strengthen collective campaigning efforts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent Greenpeace Thailand\u2019s campaign interests in public and stakeholder forums, and, when required, act as a spokesperson on specific campaign issues when required, helping to raise the visibility and credibility of Greenpeace Thailand\u2019s work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthen partnerships with community organizations, funding foundations, NGOs, and local groups to co-create impactful initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with regional and global Greenpeace counterparts, sharing learnings and aligning on campaign priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements across campaigns, addressing challenges proactively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and adapt to emerging challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uphold rigorous standards for strategic clarity, factual accuracy, and brand integrity in all campaign communications and materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invest in the continuous improvement of campaign staff capabilities through coaching, knowledge sharing, and recommended training aligned with campaign objectives and organizational priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate campaign outcomes, extracting insights and best practices to inform iterative improvements and future planning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to campaign budget planning by recommending how resources can be fairly allocated across teams, ensuring core functions are supported in delivering campaign objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-green-800-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f4aaf9440c7df8f584d8f41845680324\"><strong>Skills and Experience:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience in environmental advocacy, social justice, communications, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including leadership or project management roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated ability to align local campaigns with broader regional and global strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of Thailand\u2019s social, political, and cultural landscape, with expertise in climate and fossil gas issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-green-800-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-fbba4fc2ea2ce09a13f930070797162c\"><strong><strong>Key Competencies:<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Strategic Leadership<\/strong>:&nbsp;Skilled at refining and implementing campaigns aligned with global and local priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Team Management<\/strong>:&nbsp;Proven ability to lead and mentor teams while fostering a sustainable work culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resource Optimization<\/strong>:&nbsp;Adept at balancing impact and effort, ensuring limited resources are utilized effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Communication<\/strong>:&nbsp;Strong in verbal and written English and Thai (preferred), translating complex issues into compelling narratives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement<\/strong>:&nbsp;Experienced in building and maintaining strategic partnerships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Adaptability &amp;
