Raporda 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 A\u011fustos, Ekim ve Kas\u0131m aylar\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de faaliyet g\u00f6steren be\u015f b\u00fcy\u00fck market ve bir semt pazar\u0131ndan al\u0131nan 30\u2019ar adet domates, ye\u015fil biber ve salatal\u0131k olmak \u00fczere toplam 90 \u00f6rnek incelendi. G\u0131da \u00f6rneklerinde 620 farkl\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fit pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 incelendi,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pestisit analizleri konusunda uluslararas\u0131 akreditasyona sahip bir laboratuvarda analiz ettirildi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rapordan \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan dikkat \u00e7ekici bulgular \u015f\u00f6yle:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>90 adet<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> domates, ye\u015fil biber ve salatal\u0131k \u00f6rneklerinin<\/span><b> y\u00fczde 15,6\u2019s\u0131nda (14\u2019\u00fcnde) \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 yasak <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 tespit edildi.* <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A\u011fustos ay\u0131nda al\u0131narak incelenen domates, ye\u015fil biber ve h\u0131yar \u00f6rneklerinde tespit edilen pestisit say\u0131s\u0131 toplamda 56 iken, bu say\u0131n\u0131n sebzelerin yeti\u015ftikleri mevsim d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda al\u0131n\u0131p incelenen \u00f6rneklerde artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Ekim ay\u0131nda say\u0131n\u0131n neredeyse iki kat\u0131na (96) ve Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda ise yakla\u015f\u0131k \u00fc\u00e7 kat\u0131na (139) \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edildi.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">90 \u00f6rne\u011fin <\/span><b>yar\u0131s\u0131nda <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(y\u00fczde 52) hormonal sistem \u00fczerinde etkili <\/span><b>bir ya da birden fazla say\u0131da pestisit <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 tespit edildi.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">90 \u00f6rne\u011fin <\/span><b>yar\u0131s\u0131nda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (y\u00fczde 49) <\/span><b>sucul canl\u0131lar, ar\u0131lar, algler ve faydal\u0131 b\u00f6cekler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e7ok zararl\u0131 olan pestisitlerin kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 tespit edildi.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marketlerden al\u0131nan \u00f6rneklerin pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan pazarlardan al\u0131nan \u00f6rneklere k\u0131yasla <\/span><b>y\u00fczde 14<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> farkla daha fazla risk i\u00e7erdi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">90 adet g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n (y\u00fczde 42) do\u011fal hayatta biyolojik birikime neden olan, toksik etkisi \u00e7ok uzun s\u00fcre kal\u0131c\u0131 pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7erdi\u011fi belirlendi.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">90 \u00f6rne\u011fin <\/span><b>\u00fc\u00e7te birinde <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(y\u00fczde 33,3) <\/span><b>pestisit uygulay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan sorun te\u015fkil eden pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 tespit edildi.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A\u011fustos ay\u0131nda al\u0131nan \u00f6rneklerin hi\u00e7birinde 5 ve 5\u2019ten fazla pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7eren \u00f6rnek tespit edilmedi. Ekim ay\u0131nda al\u0131nan 30 \u00f6rne\u011fin 4\u2019te 1\u2019inde; Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda al\u0131nan 30 adet \u00f6rne\u011fin ise yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131nda 5 ve 5\u2019ten fazla pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131na rastland\u0131.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda sadece bir ye\u015fil biber \u00f6rne\u011finde tam 14 adet farkl\u0131 pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 bulundu. Bir pestisitin tek ba\u015f\u0131na sahip oldu\u011fu toksik etki di\u011fer pestisitlerle bir arada oldu\u011funda <\/span><b>\u201ckokteyl etkisi\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> denen daha fazla olumsuz etkiye sahip olabiliyor.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Greenpeace 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda pestisitleri sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa etkilerine g\u00f6re s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rarak bir \u201cKara Liste\u201d haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Yeni ara\u015ft\u0131rmada incelenen 90 \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fczde 77\u2019sindeki pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n \u201cKara Liste\u201ddeki memelilere toksisite ve \u00e7evresel toksisite i\u00e7inde yer alan kriterlerin birine ya da birka\u00e7\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131 oldu\u011fu tespit edildi.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Greenpeace Akdeniz G\u0131da ve Tar\u0131m Proje Sorumlusu <\/span><b>Berkan \u00d6zyer <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cSofram\u0131zda zehir var. Yasaklanan, piyasadan toplanmas\u0131 ve kullan\u0131lmamas\u0131 gereken kimyasal maddeleri \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131za ve sevdiklerimize yediriyoruz. Mutfa\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n en temel malzemelerine y\u00f6nelik yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu analizin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 acilen harekete ge\u00e7ilmesi gerekti\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor. Zehirli kimyasal kullanmadan, ithal girdiye ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 olmadan sofralar\u0131m\u0131zda temiz ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 g\u0131da t\u00fcketebilmeliyiz. Bunun yolu da Greenpeace olarak savundu\u011fumuz \u2018ekolojik tar\u0131m\u2019 modelinden ge\u00e7iyor. Bu modelin uygulanmas\u0131 ve denetimin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc tar\u0131m politikalar\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 var. Ekolojik tar\u0131m modeliyle hem \u00e7ift\u00e7ileri pestisit \u00e7\u0131kmaz\u0131ndan kurtarabilir hem de sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 g\u0131daya eri\u015fim sa\u011flayabiliriz. \u00c7ift\u00e7ilerin emeklerinin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 alabilmesi de burada kilit bir \u00f6neme sahip. \u00dcretici ve t\u00fcketicilerin do\u011frudan bulu\u015fmas\u0131, tedarik zincirinin k\u0131salmas\u0131 gerekiyor.
