Bu proje, kentin Avrupa Yakas\u0131&#8217;nda kurulacak bir deniz suyu kanal\u0131yla Karadeniz ile Akdeniz\u2019i birbirine ba\u011flamay\u0131 hedefliyor. Bo\u011faz\u0131n gemi trafi\u011fini hafifletmesi ve gemi ge\u00e7i\u015f \u00fccretleriyle \u00f6nemli bir gelir getirmesi beklenen bu yapay suyolunun uzunlu\u011fu 45 kilometreyi, geni\u015fli\u011fi 275 metreyi bulacak. Kanal\u0131n derinli\u011fiyse yakla\u015f\u0131k 20,75 metre olacak. <strong>Peki, bu kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli bir proje \u0130stanbul\u2019un su varl\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fczerinde nas\u0131l etkiler yaratacak? Dahas\u0131 bu etkiler, s\u00fcrekli b\u00fcy\u00fcyen n\u00fcfus, artan su talebi, yap\u0131la\u015fmayla i\u015fgal edilen ve betonla\u015fan su havzalar\u0131 ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle birle\u015fti\u011finde gelecekte bizi nas\u0131l bir \u0130stanbul bekliyor?<\/strong> Bu proje, il s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7indeki su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131p geriye kalan\u0131n\u0131 risk alt\u0131na sokacak; yeralt\u0131 sular\u0131n\u0131 kirletecek; &nbsp;\u00f6nemli su altyap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rakacak; su havzalar\u0131ndaki mevcut yap\u0131la\u015fma bask\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 daha da b\u00fcy\u00fctecek; ve yeni barajlar\u0131n kurulmas\u0131n\u0131 mecbur k\u0131lacak. T\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz sonucu olarak \u0130stanbul iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda daha da k\u0131r\u0131lgan hale gelecek. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Su varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 azal\u0131p yeralt\u0131 sular\u0131 kirlenecek<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Kanal \u0130stanbul projesinin \u00c7ED raporuna ili\u015fkin olarak Devlet Su \u0130\u015fleri\u2019nden istenen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 22549675-611.02-783348 say\u0131l\u0131 3 Aral\u0131k 2019 tarihli metinde de belirtildi\u011fi gibi <strong>bu proje, Terkos G\u00f6l\u00fc besleme havzas\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 km<sup>2<\/sup>\u2019lik bir alan\u0131n\u0131 ve Sazl\u0131dere Baraj\u0131\u2019n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rakacak.<\/strong> Yani \u0130stanbul\u2019un Sazl\u0131dere Baraj\u0131 rezervuar\u0131ndan gelen y\u0131ll\u0131k 55 milyon metrek\u00fcpl\u00fck su ile Terkos havzas\u0131ndan gelen 18 milyon m<sup>3<\/sup>\u2019l\u00fck su eksilmi\u015f olacak. Toplamda 73 milyon metrek\u00fcp\u00fc bulan su kayb\u0131 Avrupa yakas\u0131ndaki tatl\u0131suyun y\u00fczde 13\u2019\u00fcne tekab\u00fcl ediyor. Ba\u015fka bir ifadeyle t\u00fcm \u0130stanbul\u2019un yakla\u015f\u0131k bir ayl\u0131k t\u00fcketimine denk miktarda su do\u011frudan kaybedilmi\u015f olacak.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ancak daha b\u00fcy\u00fck tehlike, kanal\u0131n deniz suyu ta\u015f\u0131yacak olmas\u0131. Kanal\u0131n i\u00e7inden akan tuzlu su, hem k\u0131sa hem de uzun vadede, kanal\u0131n do\u011fu ve bat\u0131s\u0131 olmak \u00fczere iki y\u00f6nde de topra\u011f\u0131n ve yeralt\u0131 sular\u0131n\u0131n tuzlanmas\u0131na neden olabilir. Nitekim proje alan\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131 Yeralt\u0131 Suyu \u0130\u015fletme Sahas\u0131&nbsp;i\u00e7inde kal\u0131yor. Kanal\u0131n g\u00fcneyindeki Marmara kesiminden tuzlusu giri\u015fi olabilir ve kanal\u0131n t\u00fcm g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131nda bulunan akiferler tuzlu suyla kirlenebilir. Bu kirlenme sadece \u0130stanbul\u2019un de\u011fil orta ve uzun vadede Trakya\u2019n\u0131n yeralt\u0131 sular\u0131n\u0131n da geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc olmaz bi\u00e7imde tuzlanmas\u0131na neden olabilir. Asl\u0131nda bu bir olas\u0131l\u0131ktan \u00e7ok zaman meselesidir. <strong>Tuzlanma ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011findeyse \u0130stanbul\u2019un Avrupa yakas\u0131ndaki tatl\u0131su kaynaklar\u0131 kullan\u0131lmaz hale gelir. Yani projenin su havzalar\u0131na etkisi K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece G\u00f6l\u00fc, Sazl\u0131dere Baraj\u0131 ve Terkos G\u00f6l\u00fc&#8217;yle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmayacak.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Projenin bir ba\u015fka etkisi de 66 farkl\u0131 alt havzayla temas etmesi dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu havzalar\u0131n suyunun kanala bo\u015falacak \u015fekilde d\u00fczenlenecek olmas\u0131. Bunlardan sadece ikisi kanala do\u011frudan ba\u011flanmay\u0131p, K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019ne de\u015farj olacak. <strong>Geriye kalan 64 dere do\u011frudan kanala akacak.<\/strong> Yani onca dere, topra\u011f\u0131 ve yeralt\u0131 sular\u0131n\u0131 beslemek yerine, kanal yoluyla Karadeniz\u2019den Marmara\u2019ya ta\u015f\u0131nan deniz suyuna kar\u0131\u015f\u0131p heba olacak. <strong>Toprakta ya\u015fayan her canl\u0131n\u0131n faydalanaca\u011f\u0131, tar\u0131m, i\u00e7me ve kullanma i\u00e7in herkesin kullanabilece\u011fi tatl\u0131su kullan\u0131lmaz hale gelecek. <\/strong>\u0130\u015fte t\u00fcm bu su kayb\u0131 ve yeralt\u0131 suyu tuzlanma riski, su bak\u0131m\u0131ndan kendisine zaten yetmeyen bir kent i\u00e7in \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir tehdit demek.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mevcut su altyap\u0131lar\u0131 devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kalacak<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Kanal \u0130stanbul, ayn\u0131 zamanda Avrupa yakas\u0131ndaki su altyap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 da boydan boya kesecek ve pek \u00e7o\u011funu iptal edecek bir proje. \u00d6rne\u011fin Terkos G\u00f6l\u00fc, \u0130stanbul\u2019a su sa\u011flayan 7 barajdan (Pabu\u00e7dere, Kazandere, D\u00fczdere, Kuzuludere, B\u00fcy\u00fckdere, Sultanbah\u00e7edere ve Elmal\u0131dere barajlar\u0131) gelen 235 milyon m<sup>3<\/sup>&nbsp;suyun aktar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir ara depo. Kanal \u0130stanbul, kendi suyuyla birlikte toplam 377 milyon m<sup>3<\/sup>\u2019l\u00fck suyun ge\u00e7i\u015fini sa\u011flayan Terkos G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019nden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p Sazl\u0131dere ve Alibeyk\u00f6y barajlar\u0131na uzanan isale hatlar\u0131n\u0131 da devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rakacak. Yani kanal, Terkos- Ka\u011f\u0131thane \u0130\u00e7mesuyu isale hatlar\u0131n\u0131&nbsp;ve&nbsp;Terkos- \u0130kitelli isale hatlar\u0131n\u0131&nbsp;kesecek. Kanal Sazl\u0131dere Baraj\u0131\u2019n\u0131 zaten ortadan kald\u0131raca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in toplamda 432 milyon metrek\u00fcp suyun kesilmesi s\u00f6z konusu olacak. <strong>Ba\u015fka bir ifadeyle Avrupa yakas\u0131n\u0131 besleyen suyun y\u00fczde 65\u2019i kanal yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kalacak. Bu \u0130stanbul\u2019da 5 milyon insan\u0131n suyunun kesilmesi anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\u0130sale hatlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda at\u0131ksu kolekt\u00f6rleri, \u015febeke hatlar\u0131, ar\u0131tma tesisleri gibi altyap\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131 kanal nedeniyle ortadan kalkacak veya i\u015flevini yitirecek. Bu sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilmesi i\u00e7in kanal in\u015fas\u0131na ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce, proje alan\u0131ndaki ve \u00e7evresindeki yeni isale hatlar\u0131n\u0131n ve di\u011fer altyap\u0131lar\u0131n belirlenip in\u015fa edilmi\u015f ve kullan\u0131l\u0131r hale getirilmi\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Aksi takdirde kanal\u0131n kurulu\u015fu s\u0131ras\u0131nda su kesintilerinin ya\u015fanmas\u0131, altyap\u0131 hizmetlerinin durmas\u0131 gibi sonu\u00e7lar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak. \u0130stanbul\u2019un su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 40\u2019\u0131n\u0131n n\u00fcfusunun ise y\u00fczde 65\u2019inin Avrupa yakas\u0131nda oldu\u011fu hesaba kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda sorunun daha da b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olacak. <strong>Kanal \u0130stanbul\u2019un devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rakaca\u011f\u0131 su altyap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 yeniden kurman\u0131n toplam maliyetinin 20 milyar T\u00fcrk Liras\u0131\u2019n\u0131 a\u015faca\u011f\u0131 hesap ediliyor.<\/strong> B\u00f6ylesine y\u00fckl\u00fc bir b\u00fct\u00e7enin alt\u0131ndan ne \u0130SK\u0130 ne de \u0130BB kalkabilir.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Havzalarda mevcut yap\u0131la\u015fma bask\u0131s\u0131 daha da b\u00fcy\u00fcyecek<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>\u0130stanbul n\u00fcfusunun \u00fc\u00e7te ikisinin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Avrupa yakas\u0131nda Terkos G\u00f6l\u00fc, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece G\u00f6l\u00fc, &nbsp;K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece G\u00f6l\u00fc, Sazl\u0131dere ve Alibey baraj havzalar\u0131 \u00fczerinde on y\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00fcren bir yap\u0131la\u015fma bask\u0131s\u0131 var. Say\u0131lan bu su kaynaklar\u0131 h\u0131zl\u0131 ve d\u00fczensiz n\u00fcfus art\u0131\u015f\u0131, kentle\u015fme, sanayi ve tar\u0131msal faaliyetlerle kirleniyor. Buna ek olarak beton yap\u0131larla adeta m\u00fch\u00fcrlenmi\u015f ve ge\u00e7irgenli\u011fi azalm\u0131\u015f bu havzalara d\u00fc\u015fen ya\u011f\u0131\u015f su rezervuarlar\u0131n\u0131 da yeterince besleyemiyor. Bu olumsuzluklar\u0131n \u00fczerine Kanal \u0130stanbul\u2019un getirece\u011fi 83 milyon m<sup>2<\/sup>\u2019lik alandaki yap\u0131la\u015fma da eklendi\u011finde Sazl\u0131dere, Terkos ve K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece havzalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerindeki mevcut bask\u0131lar\u0131n katlanarak artaca\u011f\u0131 a\u015fik\u00e2r. Kanal \u0130stanbul projesi ger\u00e7ekle\u015firse \u0130stanbul\u2019daki b\u00fct\u00fcn havzalar\u0131n K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece G\u00f6l\u00fc \u00f6rne\u011findeki gibi havza i\u015fgali ve kirlenmeye ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak kentin tatl\u0131su kaynaklar\u0131 aras\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu olacak.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Yeni barajlar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 zorunlu hale gelecek<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Havzalar\u0131n\u0131n hemen hepsi b\u00fcy\u00fck yap\u0131la\u015fma ve kirlenme bask\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda olan \u0130stanbul, suyunun yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 havzalararas\u0131 su ta\u015f\u0131ma projeleriyle ba\u015fka kentlerden sa\u011fl\u0131yor. K\u0131rklareli\u2019nden D\u00fczce\u2019ye kadar Marmara B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nin kuzeyi boyunca pek \u00e7ok akarsu \u0130stanbul\u2019un h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcyen n\u00fcfusunun su ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in tahsis edilmi\u015f durumda. Suda d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya bu kadar ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 bir \u015fehrin kendi su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 Kanal \u0130stanbul gibi projelerle ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131rken, kanal\u0131n yarataca\u011f\u0131 su a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kapamak i\u00e7in Hamzal\u0131 Baraj\u0131, Pirin\u00e7\u00e7i Baraj\u0131 ile planlama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam eden Karamandere Baraj\u0131 gibi su altyap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 in\u015fa etmesi zorunlu hale gelecek. &nbsp;Ayn\u0131 nedenlerle Osmangazi ve Sungurlu barajlar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 da \u015fart olacak.<\/p>\n\n<p>T\u00fcm bunlara kanal\u0131n etraf\u0131nda olu\u015facak yeni yerle\u015fim yerlerinin \u00e7ekece\u011fi en az 1,2 milyonluk n\u00fcfusun ve \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc K\u00f6pr\u00fc, Kuzey Marmara Otoyolu ve \u0130stanbul Havaliman\u0131 ile olu\u015fan yeni yerle\u015fimlerin su talebi de eklendi\u011finde daha uzak mesafelerde daha fazla say\u0131da baraj\u0131n ve daha uzun isale hatlar\u0131n\u0131n kurulmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olacak. B\u00f6ylece \u0130stanbul\u2019un susuzluk sorunu daha geni\u015f bir co\u011frafi alan\u0131n meselesi haline gelecek. A\u00e7\u0131lan her yeni barajla k\u0131rsal kesimden daha fazla insan su ve toprak kayb\u0131 ya\u015fay\u0131p kente g\u00f6\u00e7 etmek zorunda kalacak. Bu da kent n\u00fcfusunun ve kentle\u015fmenin artmas\u0131, su havzalar\u0131n\u0131n ise daha yo\u011fun bir yap\u0131la\u015fma ile daralmas\u0131 ve kirlenmesi demek. Kanal \u0130stanbul gibi projelerle bu k\u0131s\u0131rd\u00f6ng\u00fc daha b\u00fcy\u00fcyecek.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u0130stanbul iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda daha k\u0131r\u0131lgan hale gelecek<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Kanal \u0130stanbul, proje alan\u0131nda ve \u00e7evresinde bulunan 13 derenin yataklar\u0131n\u0131, havzalar\u0131n\u0131, topografyas\u0131n\u0131 ve ak\u0131\u015f rejimini de de\u011fi\u015ftirecek. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin etkisiyle zaten de\u011fi\u015fen su d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcne ve ak\u0131\u015f rejimlerine bir de bu projenin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ek y\u00fckler binecek. Son y\u0131llarda kurakl\u0131k, s\u0131cak dalgalar\u0131, orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131 ve sellerle s\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00fcndeme gelen \u0130stanbul\u2019un iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ve onunla uyumsuz kentle\u015fme politikalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcne eklenen Kanal \u0130stanbul ile tablo daha da kararacak.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi nedeniyle 4 veya 5 senede bir kurakl\u0131k ya\u015fan\u0131r hale gelen \u0130stanbul\u2019un su s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle uyumsuz kentle\u015fme politikalar\u0131 ve artan n\u00fcfusu ile birlikte \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde daha da b\u00fcy\u00fcyecek. <\/strong>Susuzlukla m\u00fccadele etmek i\u00e7in 1990\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llardan itibaren \u0130stanbul d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kurulmaya ba\u015flanan yeni barajlar, \u0130stanbul\u2019un susuzlu\u011funa ilk a\u015famada \u00e7are olsa da k\u0131sa s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde yetersiz kalmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. <strong>\u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6nlem olarak kurulan bu barajlar, \u0130stanbul\u2019un susuzluk sorunu \u00e7\u00f6zemedi\u011fi gibi meseleyi Marmara B\u00f6lgesi \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fine ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131. <\/strong>\u00d6rne\u011fin 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130stanbul\u2019da kurakl\u0131k y\u00fcz\u00fcnden susuzluk ya\u015fan\u0131rken D\u00fczce\u2019de Melen \u00c7ay\u0131\u2019n\u0131n debisi de y\u00fczde 50 oran\u0131nda azalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ve yine ayn\u0131 y\u0131l K\u0131rklareli\u2019nde Kurulu Pabu\u00e7dere ve Kazandere barajlar\u0131ndaki su seviyesi de kritik d\u00fczeye inmi\u015fti. Kurak d\u00f6nemlerde bu barajlar da kurakl\u0131ktan etkilendi\u011fi i\u00e7in istenen verimi veremiyor. \u00dcstelik barajlar\u0131n kuruldu\u011fu b\u00f6lgelerde suyu ve topra\u011f\u0131 elinden giden k\u00f6yl\u00fc k\u0131rsaldan kente g\u00f6\u00e7 etmek zorunda kal\u0131yor. Bu da \u0130stanbul\u2019un n\u00fcfusunu, su talebini art\u0131r\u0131p, i\u00e7inden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmaz bir y\u00f6netimsel k\u0131s\u0131rd\u00f6ng\u00fcy\u00fc besliyor.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Kanal \u0130stanbul\u2019un yarataca\u011f\u0131 ba\u015fka bir olumsuzluk ise kentin ortas\u0131nda dev bir ada yaratacak olmas\u0131. \u0130stanbul\u2019un iki yar\u0131madadan olu\u015fma avantaj\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131p, milyonlarca insan\u0131 anakarayla ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kopartarak bir adaya hapsetmesi iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenin tam tersini yapmak demek.<\/strong> Sadece kurakl\u0131k, seller, s\u0131cak dalgalar\u0131 gibi iklim felaketleri s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda de\u011fil \u00f6rne\u011fin bir deprem durumunda, n\u00fcfusun \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funu bar\u0131nd\u0131racak olan bu yeni adada tatl\u0131su ihtiyac\u0131 nas\u0131l kar\u015f\u0131lanacak? Bu projeyle zaten k\u0131r\u0131lgan olan bir kent katbekat daha k\u0131r\u0131lgan hale gelmez mi? Bu sorunun cevab\u0131 maalesef evet.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Peki, ne yapmal\u0131?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Kanal \u0130stanbul projesinin sadece \u0130stanbul\u2019un su varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkilerine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bile nas\u0131l b\u00fcy\u00fck bir tehditle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011fumuzu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. &nbsp;<strong>Son on y\u0131lda n\u00fcfusu y\u00fczde 16 artan, kendi su havzalar\u0131n\u0131 yap\u0131la\u015fma ve kirlilik bask\u0131lar\u0131 alt\u0131nda kaybeden, suyunun yar\u0131s\u0131 D\u00fczce, Sakarya, Kocaeli, Tekirda\u011f ve K\u0131rklareli illerini de i\u00e7ine alan Marmara, Sakarya ve Bat\u0131 Karadeniz havzalar\u0131ndan gelen bu kadar k\u0131r\u0131lgan bir kente Kanal \u0130stanbul projesi son darbeyi vuracak. <\/strong>B\u00fcy\u00fck boyutlarda su israf\u0131 ve su rejimleri de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi yartaca\u011f\u0131 ba\u015ftan belli olan Kanal \u0130stanbul projesine t\u00fcm \u0130stanbullular\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn varl\u0131klar\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131 olmalar\u0131 bu nedenle kilit \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ancak projenin iptali durumunda bile m\u00fccadele bitmeyecek. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n internet sitesinde,<strong> Kanal \u0130stanbul\u2019un \u00c7ED raporu eklerindeki uyar\u0131lar ve \u00f6nlemler bile umursanmadan t\u00fcm \u00e7evresi \u201cYeni \u0130stanbul\u201d olarak yap\u0131la\u015fmaya a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131yor. <\/strong>Projenin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi beklentisiyle defalarca el de\u011fi\u015ftirerek emlak de\u011ferleri a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u015fekilde y\u00fckselen bu alanlar\u0131, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar projenin iptali durumunda bile rahat b\u0131rakmayacak. <strong>Kanal \u0130stanbul rotas\u0131 boyunca bo\u015f araziler \u00fczerine dikili reklam panolar\u0131nda \u201cal\u0131rken ye\u015fil, satarken alt\u0131n\u201d yaz\u0131yor. <\/strong>Hemen her parseli \u00e7itlenmi\u015f arazilerin sadece her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yap\u0131la\u015fmadan korunmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu nedenle de b\u00f6lgedeki mevcut k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli tar\u0131m ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k faaliyetlerinin korunmas\u0131, desteklenmeli ve geli\u015ftirilmeli. Tar\u0131msal de\u011feri y\u00fcksek bu topraklar\u0131n korunmas\u0131 \u0130stanbul\u2019un g\u0131da konusundaki d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n da azalt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7ar. B\u00f6lgenin rekreasyonel ve ekoturizm potansiyeli de iyi de\u011ferlendirilmeli. K\u0131sacas\u0131, proje alan\u0131n\u0131n emlak getirisine saplanmak yerine say\u0131lan bu de\u011ferlerine odaklan\u0131lmal\u0131. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>Elbette ki t\u00fcm bu de\u011ferlerin ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikle su varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ve \u00fczerlerindeki bask\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n hafifletilmesi \u015fart. Bu nedenle de su tasarrufunun ve su verimlili\u011finin hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi i\u00e7in somut ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lmal\u0131. \u0130stanbul\u2019un \u015febeke suyundaki y\u00fczde 23,4\u2019l\u00fck su kay\u0131p ve ka\u00e7aklar\u0131n\u0131n makul seviyeye \u00e7ekilmesi i\u00e7in gereken her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yat\u0131r\u0131m zaman kaybedilmeden yap\u0131lmal\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca musluklar\u0131m\u0131za varan suyun da verimli \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi (\u0130BB) ve \u0130stanbul Su ve Kanalizasyon \u0130daresi (\u0130SK\u0130) \u00f6zellikle de yeni binalarda gri suyun yeniden kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve ya\u011fmur hasad\u0131 gibi uygulamalar\u0131 yasal zorunlulukla ve te\u015fvikle yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131.
